Dassai "Beyond" (often referred to as Dassai Migaki Sonosaki e or 獺祭 磨きその先へ) is an ultra-premium Junmai Daiginjo sake produced by Asahi Shuzo in Yamaguchi Prefecture, Japan. It was created with the specific, challenging goal of surpassing their own renowned Dassai 23 sake. The Balvenie 14 Year Old The Week of Peat is a 48.3% ABV Speyside single malt, part of the Balvenie Stories Collection, created from heavily peated malted barley distilled for one week annually. It balances gentle earthy smoke with classic honey, vanilla, and citrus notes, resulting in a velvety, creamy, and distinctively smoky flavor profile. 

Jian Nan Chun - Dong Fang Hong is a prestigious, high-end strong-aroma (Nongxiang) Baijiu from Mianzhu, Sichuan, representing the pinnacle of the brand's traditional, multi-grain (sorghum, rice, glutinous rice, wheat, corn) brewing techniques. Known for its complex, tropical fruit aroma, it offers a smooth, balanced, and savory flavor with a long-lasting, refined finish.

Clarendon 2007 refers to a series of highly regarded Jamaican pot still rums distilled in 2007 at the Clarendon Distillery (often associated with the Monymusk brand). These rums are generally bottled by independent bottlers (such as Rum Sponge, Plantation/Maison Ferrand, Thompson Bros, and Kill Devil) at various ages, mostly around 13–15 years old, and are celebrated for their intense, fruity, and "funky" character.

The Moonbroch Glen Moray 2013 is a 9-year-old single malt Scotch whisky from Speyside, bottled at 54.3% ABV as part of the "Spaceman" indie series. It features a flavor profile of creamy vanilla, honeyed malt, orchard fruits, Turkish delight, and soft oak, offering a smooth, sweet, and approachable palate.

Kurayoshi 12 Year Old is a premium Japanese blended malt whisky from Matsui Shuzou, featuring a mix of malt whiskies (including Scottish) aged for at least 12 years in ex-bourbon casks. It offers a fragrant, complex profile with notes of toasted almonds, lemon grass, vanilla, and orchard fruits, finished with a subtle hint of smoke.

The Kurayoshi Sherry Cask Pure Malt is a Japanese whisky from Matsui Distillery, aged for over 3 years in oak and finished in sherry casks. Rich and dramatic, the 2019 Valandraud bursts with aromas of berry fruit, plums and licorice, framed by a lavish but far from exaggerated application of creamy new oak. Full-bodied, fleshy and sensual, it's broad and enveloping, its lavish core of fruit framed by ripe, polished tannins and succulent balancing acids.

This is really excellent with creamy tannins and a lovely berry, currant and blueberry character. Full and luscious for the vintage. Superb. Second wine of Ausone.

The Buccella Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted from thoughtfully cultivated small vineyards in Napa Valley, primarily in Oakville, Yountville and Coombsville. Low yields and great clonal pedigree, combined with meticulous farming within a variety of cooler appellations, are essential to producing our Cabernet Sauvignon. We believe it is this blend of concentrated ripe fruit that results in our wine’s unique character, complexity, depth and balance.

Lamb's Palm Breeze is a smooth, Canadian-produced 40% ABV amber rum with a pale gold color, dating back to 1849. It features a sweet aroma of vanilla and butter-rum, with a complex palate of molasses, oak, and tropical island spices. Best served with ice or mixed with ginger beer.

Made with 10 botanicals, this gin highlights, as a central ingredient, the Jalisco lime that offers unique characteristics to the distillate.

Ometeo gin is a mixture that exalts Mexican culture. A fresh and intense drink that is shared. Because we take the best of the past and give it a twist to renew a classic drink.

A mild and very wet winter led to an early and even budbreak. The damp weather lasted all the way through Spring accompanied by some very cool temperatures. Miraculously, full flowering took place between the 7th and the 11th of June which was a 5-day period of lovely weather and relatively hot temperatures. These conditions encouraged a quick and uniform flowering followed by a good return of fruit. The midpoint of the colour change of the berries happened around the 10th of August, with excellent uniformity across all the grape varieties. Despite these unpredictable swings of Nature; the heat and the absence of rain, the vines could maintain a healthy foliage right up to the beginning of the harvest thanks both to the water reserves and to the ploughing of the plots. Harvesting started 8 days late. Light showers at the beginning of September and a lovely Indian summer during the picking meant that all the grape varieties achieved perfect ripeness and a healthy condition placing the 2016 vintage among the great vintages.

The aroma of this wine is rich with succulent dark berries, plums, and mulberries, enticingly accompanied by deeper notes of cinnamon, clove, and vanilla. On the palate, it showcases a robust and full-bodied character, with firm yet smooth tannins leading to a long and satisfying finish, featuring hints of woodsmoke and sweet spice.

The enchanting Montepulciano d'Abruzzo casts its spell with a timeless blend of crushed rocks, violets, lavender, delicate hints of blood orange, and nuanced strawberry notes. Its textured, ripe wild berry flavors embrace the palate, leading to a delightful mineral essence that adds a satisfying crunch towards the finish. The wine maintains its elegance throughout, concluding with a lightly structured yet concentrated profile, accompanied by captivating floral aromas that linger astonishingly long. Exhibiting pure elegance, Potazzine Rosso di Montalcino unfurls gradually, initially presenting notes of red plum and dusty rose. With some gentle coaxing, it reveals violet florals, cedar, and crushed stone aromas that come to the forefront. The palate is captivated by a dynamic blend of succulent wild berries and contrasting saline mineral undertones, all complemented by a refreshing acidity. A lingering interplay of citrus and cranberry adds a delightful tension, leaving a pleasant pinch on the cheeks and enticing the taste buds for more, while gentle fine tannins slowly emerge, providing a delicate coating. This wine is truly stunning, but it is advisable to decant it or cellar it for the next five to eight years to fully appreciate its beauty.

Pale straw yellow, with greenish hues. The nose is full of different inspirations: cedar, green apple, lemon, lime. Slightly smoky, with refreshing chalky aromas. The palate is rich, with a tingly acidity. Long and elegant mineral finish.

Bordering with British Columbia at the northwestern tip of the United States, Washington State is gradually stepping out of the shadows of its neighbours with expressive and well-defined cuvées. Wrapped around flavours of blueberry jam, this Syrah adds accents of vanilla, chocolate and black fruits to its already exuberant and very ripe profile.

Barnard Griffin Winery began in 1983 with borrowed grapes and a rented cellar, the dream of founders Deborah Barnard and Rob Griffin. It has since become one of Washington's most enduring and award-winning wineries. The white grape of Verdicchio makes a surprisingly delicious sparkling wine! Made in the Martinotti method (tank), the wine is finished as extra brut and is dry in the mouth with fine bubbles and notes of lemon curd, sweet almond and sponge toffee.
