Osoyoos Larose is a single-block vineyard overlooking the magnificent Osoyoos Lake, a flagship estate of the Canadian wine scene and exclusive property of Groupe Taillan since 2013. Decoy Sauvignon Blanc is a single-varietal wine made entirely from Sauvignon Blanc grapes sourced from premium vineyards in Sonoma County, California. The wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve its fresh and vibrant character. Decoy Sauvignon Blanc has a pale straw colour with aromas of citrus, melon, and tropical fruit. On the palate, it is crisp and refreshing with flavours of grapefruit, lime, and passion fruit. The wine has a bright acidity and a clean, zesty finish.

This wine is ideal for pairing with seafood, salads, and light appetizers.

The story of Maison Jadot began with vines and the purchase of a Premier Cru site in 1826. Three decades later in 1859 the family-owned domaine was completed. Louis Jadot also became contributed to the renown of Burgundy by becoming the first negociant, with a focus on selling these unprecedented wines in the Northern European markets with his descendants following in his footsteps.

The Les Boucherottes vineyard covers 8.5ha and has a deep clay soil that adds a lush quality to the the wines. As such, this is a full-bodied aromatic Pinot Noir that is plump and round with a dense structure. The aromas of raspberry and plum mingle with rosehip, raw cocoa and spice. It is a classic expression of the Louis Jadot style, which emphasizes balance, elegance, and terroir-driven wines.

Tenuta Scuotto's Greco di Tufo DOCG is a crisp and refreshing white wine with a bright straw yellow colour. The nose is intense and floral, with notes of white peach, yellow apple, and acacia flowers. It is fresh and lively on the palate, with a mineral backbone and ripe stone fruit and citrus flavours. The wine is well-structured with a balanced acidity, making it an excellent pairing for seafood dishes, grilled vegetables, and light pasta dishes. The grapes are handpicked and fermented in stainless steel tanks, with a short maceration period to preserve the wine's delicate aromas and flavours. Overall, this Greco di Tufo represents the Campania region's unique terroir and winemaking traditions.

Nebbiolo is known as Chiavennascain Lombardia and it is so elegant, perfumey, and graceful, you might not want to go back to drinking Barolo! ArPePe is an iconic producer in this region and their Grumello is a subzone of the quality Valtellina region. At 10 years old, this wine is gorgeous. 

Located in Calabria, the toe of Italy's boot, Cirò is the only DOC of the region for red wines, it is made from 100% Gaglioppo. Juicy and vibrant, it exudes aromas of small red berries, citrus zest, and earthy underbrush notes with a hint of minerality. Ready to drink and enjoy with your barbecued burgers this summer!

With about 19 different Lambrusco names in the family, one of the most common is Salomino. This wine is made from Lambrusco Salomino for the tannins, roundess and black fruit it also has a touch of Sorbara, for freshness and acidity. A perfect pairing with parmigiano cheese drizzled with Balsamic vinegar, Tagliatelle with Bolognese or Gnoccho Fritto, the local dish of deep fried bread with prosciutto.

Dominio de Pingus is a cult classic in Ribera del Duero, established in 1995. The flagship Pingus has been established as one of the world's best wines and always scores very high. The vine age is very old and never treated with herbicides or pesticides. The PSI or "baby" of the three that are made is named after the 23rd letter of the Greek alphabet. Made with Tinto Fino (what tempranillo is called here), this vintage has 10% garnacha for added juiciness and freshness. Always fine grain an silky tannins, the creamy mouthfeel will make another sip necessary. A great introduction to the wines of Pingus.

Santa Cristina Casasole Orvieto Classico is a light straw yellow, slightly sweet (
) white wine from Umbria, Italy, typically blending Procanico and Grechetto grapes. It offers intense aromas of banana, green apple, citrus, and orange blossom. Featuring 12.5% ABV, it is fresh, balanced, and ideal for pairing with light meals, seafood, and fruit desserts.

Bright golden appearance shot through with amber highlights. A delightfully refined Rivesaltes with a classy bouquet of soft caramel, stewed apples, pears, nuts and an overriding impression of completeness. Round and elegant on the palate, with a Margaux like understated sophistication. Unmistakeable rancio characters help to place this in a blind tasting, but this is preceeded by impressions of butterscotch, walnut fudge, soft brown sugar and a little treacle. Very gentle on the long length with a pleasing warmth that lingers long after the wine has disappeared.

This wine boasts an intense garnet color and a bouquet of red fruits like cherry and blackberry, intertwined with vanilla and spice notes from oak aging. Flavors of liquored cherries, black pepper, eucalyptus, and fig emerge on the palate, supported by silky, well-integrated tannins and balsamic acidity. It's full-bodied, structured, and fleshy, yet remains elegant, balanced, and harmonious, leading to a long, satisfying aftertaste!

This wine is light in colour, featuring spicy, floral, cherry, and licorice aromas. It opens with a dry, savoury attack with sour cherry, smoky, peppery, and celery salt notes, complemented by soft and round tannins. Flavours of blackberry, blueberry, and dark chocolate balance the mid-palate, enhanced by a touch of oak from barrel ageing. The finish is light, with lingering notes of plum and violets.

Antoniolo Erbaluce di Caluso is a bright yellow wine with pale green reflections in the glass. The nose is very floral, with jasmine, green apple and apricot. The palate is crisp and very fine, elegant, with very tasty acidity. Strong mineral core, very refreshing.

Konrad Salwey is a third generation winemaker from the heart of Kaiserstuhl and whose focus is Pinot Noir. With harvests done in both Burgundy and Alsace, Konrad is making some excellent, world class Pinot Noir. Organic farming principles and low-yielding old vines produce a complex red wine with silky tannins. Dominated by ripe dark cherry, the palate is balanced by a pleasant acidity and supported by well-integrated, elegant tannins. This wine is worth so much more than the price it displays!

Bottega Petalo Moscato is made from the Moscato grape variety, known for its aromatic and sweet characteristics. Baglio di Pianetto ViaFrancia Rosato is an organic, high-altitude Sicilian rosé (Terre Siciliane IGT) made from 100% Syrah, offering a pale coral pink color. It is known for its intense aromatic profile of red berries, pomegranate, and citrus notes, paired with high freshness, a marked mineral edge, and a savory, persistent finish.

Domaine Tempier Bandol Rosé is a world-renowned, high-quality, and age-worthy rosé from Provence, France, known for its pale color and complex, savory character. Predominantly made from Mourvèdre (50-60%) alongside Grenache and Cinsault, this organically farmed wine offers aromatic notes of grapefruit, peach, white flowers, and Mediterranean herbs with a, mineral-driven, creamy texture. 

Exclusive to CLS, we don't often see Nebbiolo done in rose form, but the brother and sister team at Antoniolo of Lorella (whom this wine is named after)and Alberto have created this gorgeous rosato that is intense and fragrant with juicy red raspberries and violets. Initial mouth feel is soft but the acidity is high with a subtle spicy kick. Slight tannins and medium alcohol all rolled into a perfectly balanced wine. Only 50 more bottles left in the province, and they are here at CLS, so be sure to get your hands on one (or three, or...)

Deep garnet in color with rich raspberry, fig, exotic clove spice, and notes of fresh mint. Layered briary fruit on the palate with cocoa and a slight crushed granite minerality. Supple tannins and a long, lingering finish. MB (2/22)

The Assuli Fiordiligi Grillo Bio is a Sicilian white wine, made from 100% Grillo grapes, offering a fresh, elegant profile with citrus and tropical fruit notes, and a harmonious blend of salinity and minerality.

Valbuena is the purest expression of Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) from Vega Sicilia, where Tinto Fino dominates the blend, complemented by Merlot, the proportion of which varies depending on the vintage. The Tempranillo comes from plots on gentle concave slopes, with soils rich in eroded material and deep calcic horizons. Valbuena showcases the greatness of this terroir, with each vintage uniquely influenced by the year's weather, providing an authentic and consistent representation of the land. Its production process remains unchanged, allowing the natural variations of each harvest to shine through.

Duas Quintas captures the precision, freshness, and richness of Douro's iconic still wines. The Duas Quintas Red, sourced from the Douro Superior, specifically from Quinta de Ervamoira and Quinta dos Bons Ares, is a blend of traditional grape varieties that highlights the exceptional potential of this extreme region.

If you're looking for Beaujolais Cru, look no further. Of the 10 Cru, CLS has wines from seven. Rather than sourcing the grapes from all across the Beaujolais region, each individual Cru has their own terroir and soil structure; all made with 100% Gamay with the resulting wines unique and set-apart from each other. At the foot of the Côte du Py are the “Grand Cras” plots, a magnificent terroir composed of compacted sediments from the Côte du Py (a mixture of schist, metamorphic rock, and clay) and decomposing granite. This unique blend with the 75-year old vines produces wines with great character and complexity.
The Grand Cras is very complex and powerful. As it opens up, it presents notes of red fruit. The tannins are mature, leading into a velvety and persistent finish reminiscent of a Burgundian Pinot Noir.

If you're looking for Beaujolais Cru, look no further. Of the 10 Cru, CLS has wines from seven. Rather than sourcing the grapes from all across the Beaujolais region, each individual Cru has their own terroir and soil structure; all made with 100% Gamay with the resulting wines unique and set-apart from each other. Moulin-a-Vent is known as one of the more 'robust' Cru. From the Les Thorins sector of Moulin-à-Vent, this wine is dense with some solid tannins. Rich, juicy and generously structured with jammy red fruits, Lucien’s Moulin-À-Vent has a red crimson robe.The complexity is deep, with spicy aromas, and a lovely bouquet of blueberries and violets. It is rich in body and character with a beautiful long silky finish backed by mature tannins.

The nose begins with earthy, stony, and slightly dusty notes, followed by a tart, astringent fruitiness with sugary hints of vanilla and cola. The fruit sweetens on the palate, yet the initial earthy minerality persists, enhanced by the tannins and acidity.

Fresh, crisp, and lively, this wine features notes of peach, white flowers, lime juice, and refreshing lemon, evoking dreams of warmer temperatures and sunny days.

Nebbiolo is not known for making sparkling wine, but it has all the characteristics to make it into a great sparkling. This is 100% Nebbiolo in a delicate shade of pink with a nose of strawberries, and small red berries with cream on a brioche bun. Delicate perlage and bright acidity on the palate along with juicy red berries and hints of orange zest make this a pleasant bubbly.

This wine is beautifully structured and well-balanced in a classic style, with surprising body and sparkle. The initial firmness evolves into a rounded, creamy texture, complemented by a subtle sweet and sour note of pink grapefruit!

Gerard Bertrand is an icon for wines of Southern France. In 1975 in the vineyards of Corbieres that Gerard Bertrand found his passion for wine. Learning under his father Georges, Gerard is the third generation of family winemakers and is now working alongside the fourth generation, Emma & Mathias. Owning several ‘Chateaux’ and ‘Domaine’, Bertrand is continuing to develop his vision and diversity of Languedoc wines. The Orange Gold tells the story of the origins of a time, that of the first wines made in Georgia. Also known as "amber wine", orange wine is the stuff of this fourth color, as singular as it is surprising. Bright and sunny, the orange wine, a true southern wine, offers a great potential for aging with its fresh and subtle notes. Very dry, it is distinguished by its tannic, complex and radiant character. A classic, yet clean orange wine, it is made with Chardonnay, Grenache Blanc, Viognier, Marsanne, Mauzac, Muscat, and Clairette. The nose is complex, fragrant and very fresh, brimming with peach, apricot and mirabelle plum. The palate is round, smooth and fine-textured with the precise flavours experienced on the nose, along with a fine balance of acid, and yes, tannins (due to fermentation on the skins.

The project by the Cusomano brothers was founded in 2013, after years of producing wine under the Cusomano name in other parts of Sicily, the opportunity arose to acquire the first three contrade , or single vineyard sites on the northern slopes of Mt. Etna. These single vineyard sites gave birth to the name Alta Mora, which exemplified the stunning beauty of these sites.  Made from 100% Nerello Mascalese, one of the native red grapes grown on the mountain, the grapes are sourced from four different contrade.  This is a vibrant wine with spicy pepper aromas and flavours of black currant, mountain herbs and the ever-present minerality evident from volcanic soul. The acidity is high yet balanced with well integrated tannins.
