The Vigneto Cialdini is Cleto Chiarli's top-of-the-line Lambrusco Grasparossa. The vineyard is located in the heart of the Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro denomination, where this member of the Lambrusco family has been cultivated since time immemorial. The wine is made through a single fermentation under pressure, rather than the normal two-fermentation process of almost all other sparkling wines. This is in the brut range, with a slight sweetness detectable. Vigneto Cialdini is the name of the vineyard, dedicated to Enrico Cialdini, who was a famous general during the unification of Italy.

Seguin-Manuel Beaune Clos des Mouches Blanc is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes sourced from the Clos des Mouches vineyard, a premier cru appellation in the Beaune subregion of Burgundy. The wine is aged in oak barrels, with 30% new oak, for up to 18 months. It has aromas of white flowers, honey, and ripe tropical fruits, such as pineapple and mango, with a subtle minerality. After this solid recognition, he started Grgich Hills winery in Rutherford Hills. 2023 marks the 100th birthday of this iconic producer who is a legend in Napa Valley. This Cabernet offers black currant and ripe black cherries, followed by forest floor and bay leaf and vanilla undertones. Bright acidity, and youthful tannins are evident; no doubt this wine has the ability to age.

Trellised and bush vine Pinotage and Cabernet Sauvignon from the Coastal Region were purposefully grown to produce our high-quality Rosé. With supplemented irrigation, the well-drained vineyards planted in weathered shale soils, produced 12 tons per hectare. Pale rose gold in colour, with a pronounced bouquet of watermelon, raspberry coulis and passion fruit. The palate is dry with a medium acidity, packed with red berry flavours, floral undertones and a crisp citrus tail. A seductive wine and a really nice expression of the Chardonnay grape!

The color is golden, with some green reflections. Among the floral and fruity aromas, almond and ripe grapes dominate. On the palate, the wine is refreshingly pleasant, ethereal in its lightness. Long and refreshing aftertaste.

Pair with hors d'oeuvres, delicately flavored charcuterie, oysters, mussels and any other shellfish.

Viorica wine is made entirely from Viorica grapes, harvested manually and vinified by the traditional method. The white wine Viorica de Purcari is a sensory explosion: it has the aroma of acacia and basil flowers, it is fresh, easy and memorable. The golden color, with bright amber shades, is complemented wonderfully with its balanced and velvety taste and the fine taste of muscatel. Viorica conquers through its complex aroma and subtle finesse.

Wynns Black Label Cabernet Sauvignon is a true icon of Australian wine and a perennial favourite in auction circles. First released in 1954, Black Label Cabernet Sauvignon is produced from only the top 20 to 25 per cent of Cabernet Sauvignon fruit grown in their Terra Rossa Vineyards. A vibrant purple hue colour with an intense black core, the hints of juicy mulberries and red cherries, with hints old dark fruit and creamy oak. The palate contains medium-bodied cassis flavours, supported by fine tannins and integrated French oak. Pair with baked salmon, roast potatoes and leafy greens.
