This lime-green, anise-scented liqueur is sweet at first sip, then herbaceous in the middle, showing fennel, pine, tarragon and mild floral notes. The finish is spicy and warming, with anise, white pepper and ginger heat. It's a bit too viscous and fiery for straight-up sipping, but it's beautifully complex and a key ingredient for the classic Last Word and other cocktails.

Dark ruby colour with purple highlights. The nose is very open, with notes of small black fruit and vanilla on a finely woody background. Fresh on the palate, supple and round. A lively and structured wine, with tannins that are present but coated. The finish is tart.

Pale straw in colour with a fine mousse; defined aromas of roasted nuts, rye bread toast and grapefruit; the palate is extra-dry with just-shy-of-medium body and lovely replay of flavours from the nose with a mineral note on a clean finish.

After aging in a combination of red oak and ancient Cognac barrels, this bottle is now a blend of cognacs ranging from 30 to 80 years old, which is then averaged out as 50 years, allowing them to continue to produce this special celebration of their art year after year.

Nose: Old cigar boxes appear immediately, followed by nuts and spices. Very round and mellow with good rancio.

Palate: The palate keeps the oak light, bringing forth an almond sweetness. The finish is exceptionally long.

"This premium version of the standard Grand Marnier uses Cognacs aged up to 25 years. The result is a deep amber color and earthier scent, showing aromatic orange peel and honeysuckle notes. The flavor is richer than the regular Cordon Rouge bottling, but still honeyed, showing bright orange notes on the finish. Full-bodied and sippable."

Cognac is a type of brandy made from white grapes grown in the Cognac region and double distilled in copper pot stills. Rémy Martin is known for its high-quality cognacs, which are made from a blend of eaux-de-vie (a type of brandy) aged for at least two and a half years. The company produces a range of cognacs, including Rémy Martin VSOP (Very Superior Old Pale), Rémy Martin XO (Extra Old), and Rémy Martin Louis XIII, which is a blend of more than 1,200 eaux-de-vie aged for an average of 40 years. The wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fresh and fruity character of the grape variety. On the nose, the wine exhibits aromas of red cherry, raspberry, and a hint of spice. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied, with soft tannins and a good balance of acidity. This non-vintage Rose is the end result of a desire to create a Rose champagne with a delightfully luscious, fruit-based charm. Jacques Peters, the cellarmaster, and his team wanted a champagne that would be accessible and naturally engaging while conserving Veuve Clicquot's essential values in terms of style.

The wine has a luminous color with attractive pink glints. The nose is generous and elegant, with initial aromas of fresh red fruit (raspberry, wild strawberry, cherry, blackberry), leading to biscuity notes of dried fruits and Viennese pastries (almonds, apricots and brioche).

The fresh attack is followed by a fruity harmonious sensation on the palate. The wine is perfectly balanced in the best Veuve Clicquot style of pink champagnes, combining elegance and flair. The wine works its magic—this delectably full champagne can be enjoyed as a true delicacy. A deliciously fruity wine in earlybloom, this is a wonderful aperitif to be shared as a twosome or simply with friends.

Made using 50 to 60 different crus, the cuvee is based on Brut Yellow Label's traditional blend: 50 to 55% Pinot Noir, 15 to 20% Pinot Meunier, and 28 to 33% Chardonnay.

Louis-Alexandre had a love for aged cognac. His own preference was to add an extra drop of Cognac to his glass of Grand Marnier, giving it a more intense taste. As a tribute, we created the premium Grand Marnier Cuvée Louis-Alexandre in 1977, using VSOP cognacs from the finest growing areas in the Cognac region, aged to perfection in tronçais oak casks for richer and deeper flavours.

Floral and black raspberry and coffee bean nose, medium bodied with an open easy to drink, soft and sweet personality. From yields of 25 hectoliters per hectare, the wine was produced from a blend of 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc. The wine reached 13% ABV and is aging in 50% new oak.

The Charles Heidsieck Brut 2012 is a vintage champagne made by one of the oldest and most prestigious houses in Champagne.
