With over 170 years of history the Ippolito winery is the oldest in the region of Calabria and only grows native cultivars on old vines. Ca dei Frati I Frati Lugana DOC is a white wine made from 100% Trebbiano di Lugana grapes grown in the Lugana subregion of Lombardy, Italy. The wine has a straw yellow color with greenish highlights and a complex aroma of white flowers, citrus, and tropical fruits. "LVNAE is named after the ancient "Portus Lunae" (the Port of the moon), one of the most important cities and ports of the ancient Roman Empire. It was established in 1966 by Paolo Bosoni, who transformed the winery by combining farming wisdom and business acumen. He is now joined by his children Debora and Diego. Lunae currently represents the largest winery in Liguria with an annual total production of approx. 780,000 bottles and a total of 85Ha. 50Ha are family-owned vineyards in the hills of Luni and Castelnuovo Magra and, in part, on the plain surrounding the ruins of the ancient city of Luni. 15Ha are on long-term leases and the other 20ha are from approximately 150 local growers who, supported by the company's technical staff, contribute their small grape production, keeping alive traditions and the unique quality of the wine.
The focus is on Vermentino which is distinguished by a selection of different vines and vinification and perfectly reflects the nature of the soil and unique climate which favors crisp, acidic, mineral whites and fruity, fresh reds. The red wines are Sangiovese-based blended with local varietals such as Massareta, Pollera Nera and Sangiovese (Sangiovese is very widespread in this area due to its proximity to Tuscany - 2 km only to the border)."

This aromatic white wine comes from one of Italy's smallest wine regions. Known as the "Italian Riviera", Liguria is a narrow coastal strip that lies between the Ligurian Sea and the Maritime Alps and the Apennines. An area with little cultivable land, most of Liguria's wines are consumed locally. Owned by the Bosoni family, Cantine Lunae is one of the few Ligurian producers that has a presence in international markets. Based in the eastern Ligurian appellation of Colli di Luni, the winery is renowned for its Vermentino dominated wines. A wonderful match for Liguria's exceptional seafood driven cuisine, Vermentino is known for its balanced acidity and minerality. The Vicini family, established near Pescara around 1500, has been engaged in agriculture since their wool merchant days, with their wine cantina built in 1853. 100% Carricante. Pietradolce “Archineri” Etna Bianco DOC is a structured wine, with complex aromas of grapefruit and herbs; fresh and flavorful, long finish. Founded by Alberto and Diego Cusomano, the winery was birthed by a vision of growing quality grapes on the slopes of Mt. Etna in northern Sicily. Carricante is the native white grape and can ripen up to altitudes of 900 meters above sea level. High, zesty acidity is a hallmark of this grape, and the Alta Mora is no exception to this rule. Barone Fini Pinot Grigio Valdadige is a light-bodied, dry white wine from the Italian Valdadige region with delicate floral aromas and flavors of citrus, green apple, and honeydew. It features bright acidity and a balanced minerality, leading to a crisp and clean finish.
