NOSE
First aromas are an aromatic spiced bouquet with caramel. As we get closer to the spirits, there are distinct notes of cinnamon, liquorice and citrus followed by strong chocolate with hints of toasted sugar.

PALATE
Enters the palate with cinnamon and toasted caramel flavours. As the liquid fills the mouth with pleasant bitter and liquorice notes, the finish fades into lasting flavours of chocolate and sweet herbs.

This whisky is matured in re-charred red wine casks, oloroso sherry butts, and bourbon barrels. After maturation, a few drops of water are added to achieve a batch strength of 57% abv. The result is a monumental dram that marries Kilchoman's natural peat smoke and citrus character with notes of dark fruits, rich spices, and salted caramel sweetness.

Glen Scotia Double Cask Rum Cask Finish Single Malt Scotch Whisky beautifully marries the traditional maritime qualities of Campbeltown malt with the sweet, tropical influence of Caribbean rum casks. Fuenteseca Tequila presents the mastery of agave cultivation and tequila distillation using agave cultivated in various soil types, distilled in assorted still types, and rested in an array of vessels, be they of stainless steel or a collection of wooden casks from around the world… harmonizing to create incomparable spirits in a series of limited bottlings.

Distilled in the late winter of 2006, this unique expression of tequila was crafted with two-thirds distilled in a modified double-copper column still to achieve a lower proof, and the remaining third distilled in an alembic pot still. For the aging process, one-third of the batch was placed in American white oak casks that had previously aged California red wine, while the remaining two-thirds were aged in used dark French oak barrels. These casks were then aged for a full 11 years at an elevation of 3,800 feet in a cool, subterranean barrel room. 

Lismore 15 Year is a sherried single malt Scotch whisky sourced from a distinguished Speyside distillery, known for its Red doors and owned by independent bottler William Lundie & Co. It presents enticing aromas of salty roasted nuts, apricot marmalade, and floral honey on the nose. The palate offers a dry, fruity experience with notes of raisin toast, brown sugar, Creme Brûlée, and Christmas spice, all wrapped in a medium-to-full body. Our most highly awarded tequila, Hornitos Black Barrel starts as a premium Añejo, then spends four months in deeply charred oak barrels to give it rich, smoky flavor and a golden amber color. It spends an additional two months in specially toasted barrels for more depth and complexity and a bold taste that embodies the Hornitos spirit.

This attractively golden-hued whiskey shows the delicate aromas of orange peel, white pepper, and butterscotch. Upon tasting there is a gentle heat that gives ample zip to the smooth texture of baked apples, raw vanilla bean, crushed spices, and lightly charred oak.

With a bold and smoky aroma, this whisky captivates the senses with sweet spice, dried dark fruit, caramel, tar, brine, and toasted nuts. On the palate, it delivers richness, sweetness, and smoothness, unveiling robust flavors of smoky campfire, cumin, molasses, and peat, accompanied by hints of apple crumble and spice.

Terminado is a unique blend that marries Smokehead Islay single malt with tequila, resulting in an unprecedented and captivating whisky experience. The combination of the fiery peat of Islay whisky with the distinct flavors of tequila cask finishing creates a mesmerizing interplay of smoke, agave, sweetness, and citrus. This unconventional union produces a whisky that is bold, complex, and utterly distinctive, offering a taste sensation unlike any other.

The nosing passes find lightly toasted malt notes along with wood, sawdust, distant mint, and light caramel—not the most expressive Highland Park bouquet. The palate entry highlights the maltiness; at midpalate the taste becomes sweeter and honey like complementing the grain/malt base. Finishes assertively with the spirit underlining the honeyed sweetness.

Tomoe Gozen, a legendary female samurai from 13th century Japan, who led troops into battle armed with a naginata and kaiken, lends her name to a Japanese whisky crafted at the Yamanashi Prefecture Distillery. Aged for 8 years in Mizunara oak barrels, this whisky combines grain and malt whisky to create a profile characterized by warm, fruity, and vanilla notes, complemented by hints of oak, red apple, coconut, and marzipan flavors. The experience culminates in a medium-length finish, embodying the spirit of this revered warrior.

Founded in 1832, the Maison Castarède elaborates and for more than 190 years of life in the Pure Gascon tradition. Whether initially in the cellars located in Pont de Bordes or on the property of the Château de Maniban, the Castarède family loves this ancestral know-how with love. This 1993 vintage low-armagnac is, once distilled, raised in oak barrels until it is borrowed on the counter label.
