Daishichi Minowamon Junmai Daiginjo (Fukushima) is a premium, award-winning sake crafted using the traditional kimoto method and innovative "super-flat" rice polishing (50% ratio). It features a silky, creamy texture with elegant, refined notes of pear, mango, and melon, balanced by a rich umami backbone, offering a clean, smooth finish. 

Tenzan Shichida Junmai Daiginjo is a premium, non-charcoal filtered (muroka) sake from Saga, Japan, renowned for its elegant aroma, robust umami-driven flavor, and silky texture. Crafted with Yamada Nishiki rice polished to 45%, it features notes of white flowers, peach, and melon with a refined acidity and a long,, clean, dry finish.

Dream Blue M6+ (Meng Zhi Lan) is a premium Chinese Baijiu, upgraded from the classic M6 with enhanced, richer, and mellower flavors. Fermented for 180 days and aged for 15 years, it features a 550ml bottle design in deep blue and champagne gold. Known for a smooth, thick texture and fragrant, floral aroma, it is a high-end spirit.

Clément Cuvée Homère is a premium, aged rhum agricole from Martinique, created as an homage to founder Homère Clément. A "Hors d'Age" blend, it combines rums aged for 6 to 15+ years in oak barrels, offering a complex, velvety profile of dark mahogany color with notes of toasted caramel, candied orange, dried fruits, and tobacco.

The Dalmore 12 Year Old Sherry Cask Select is an elegant Highland Single Malt (43% ABV) that is matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks before being finished in a special blend of aged Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. It features notes of caramelised orange, ginger, sultanas, dark chocolate, and cinnamon.

Penderyn Gold Range Portwood is a 46% ABV Welsh single malt whisky matured in bourbon barrels and finished in port casks, offering a rich, creamy, and fruity profile. It features prominent notes of dried fruits, dark chocolate, cranberries, toasty oak, and honey, often described as a, sweet and full-bodied, unpeated whisky.

Glen Garioch (prounouced 'Geery') is one of the oldest operating distilleries in Scotland, located in the quaint and historic town of Oldmeldrum, near Aberdeen, the most easterly located. They've been distilling since 1797, but 200 years in 1997, they re-opened after being closed for two years and started the Renaissance line. This 18-year-old is the 4th and final chapter in the lineup, understanding the character of an 18 year old. Matured for 18 years in both bourbon and sherry barrels, this light golden amber Scotch has a nose of honey, toffee, vanilla and some white chocolate. The taste is big and bold with oaky spices, pepper and cinnamon and a long, smooth finish.

Suntory Whisky Ao is a Japanese blended whisky produced by Suntory, one of Japan's most renowned distilleries. "Ao" means "blue" in Japanese and is meant to evoke the image of the pristine waters of Japan. This gin is foraged from the mountains in Lake Como and the ideology of these spirit makers is to take and give to the land which has already won over six awards. No artificial colours or stabilizers are used, so while the flavour will last forever, the unique indigo colour will fade over time. Elijah Craig Barrel Proof (ECBP) is a highly acclaimed, uncut, and non-chill filtered straight bourbon whiskey bottled directly from the barrel, typically aged for 12 years (though recent batches vary). It is released three times yearly (A, B, C), featuring intense caramel, oak, and baking spice notes with a high proof.

It features a bright color, smooth texture, and aromas of sweet plum, grass, and tea, often using high-quality Uji matcha for depth.

Old Falcon (Stara Sokolova) Quince Brandy is a Serbian fruit brandy (rakija) made from ripe quinces, double-distilled in copper stills, offering a harmonious balance of sweet and tart quince fruit flavor, with bold aromas and a smooth finish, often aged in oak barrels for added complexity, reflecting a centuries-old family tradition.

Stara Sokolova Plum Brandy Lux 7 Year is a premium, aged Serbian rakija (plum brandy) from the Bogdanović family, offering a smooth, rich profile with notes of stewed plum, vanilla, toasted oak, caramel, and spice, resulting from seven years of maturation in barrels, making it a complex digestif to be enjoyed neat, slightly chilled, as a symbol of Serbian tradition.

Created by longtime friends with a shared love of tequila. The focus was to create a smooth spirit that does not require salt or lime. Slowly crafted and aged for several months, results in a golden colour filled with notes of oak, caramel, and cocoa. Superb silkiness on the palate with a finish that is long and smooth.

E.T. 51 PREMIUM AMBER RUM is a rich, smooth, well-aged rum from the Caribbean, featuring a blend of natural ingredients and distilled five times to achieve a complex flavor profile with notes of vanilla, honey, and toffee, and is described as a luxurious addition to any bar, best enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or in cocktails.

Diplomatico Mantuano is a Venezuelan blended rum aged for up to eight years, showcasing aromas of dried plums, oak, and vanilla with notes of dried fruits, spices, and dark chocolate on the palate. It is a versatile spirit, offering a complex, well-balanced, and smooth taste that is excellent for classic and tiki cocktails, punches, or enjoyed neat.

The Shichida Aiyama Hiya-Oroshi is a seasonal Japanese sake from the Tenzan brewery, released in autumn. It features the popular Aiyama sake rice, known for its robust flavor, delicate sweetness, and unique combination of umami and acidity. The sake offers tasting notes of ripe grapes, figs, and cashew, with a weighty, plump mouthfeel and a balanced, yet slightly dry finish. It's a food-friendly sake, recommended with dishes like tripe stew or sweet potato in cream sauce.

A 25-year-old Bas Armagnac typically offers a rich, complex flavor profile with notes of caramel, dried fruits, and vanilla, often accompanied by subtle spice and oaky notes. The finish is generally long, with lingering hints of chocolate, coffee, and a touch of cinnamon.

Time-honoured and exquisitely smooth, Lana Tequila Añejo undergoes extended barrel aging, resulting in a deeply layered and indulgent spirit. Warm aromas of dark chocolate, dried fruit, and roasted nuts lead to a silky palate of oak, spice, and butterscotch. This is a tequila meant for slow sipping—rich, elegant, and unforgettable.

A 2 Year Old Straight Bourbon from Texas distillery, Ironroot Republic. This has been distilled from a mash of 100% Bloody Butcher Corn, meeting the requirements for Bourbon having been matured in a new charred oak barrel (Char 1 - Heavy Toast).

Once again we’ve bottled this at natural cask strength and and have filled just 242 bottles.

An absolutely striking variety of Heirloom corn grown since the 1800’s, Bloody Butcher is probably the deepest red corn available anywhere. Ears grow to 12″, with a deep and bright red colour.

The distillery uses multiple varieties of corn, rye, wheat, and barley. The vast majority of which are grown within 60 miles of the distillery.

Bloody Butcher Corn is a pretty important grain for Ironroot Republic. They use it as a flavouring grain in about 20% of the whiskeys that they make, so to have a single cask 100% Bloody Butcher Corn Bourbon is kind of a big deal
