Domaine Fourrier Côte de Nuits-Villages "Le Préau" (often labeled Vieille Vigne or Vieilles Vignes) is a highly regarded Pinot Noir produced by Jean-Marie Fourrier in Burgundy, France. It is known for its purity, elegance, and concentration, representing a high-quality, entry-level offering from a top-tier producer of old-vine wines.

Catena Zapata White Bones Chardonnay is an intense, mineral-driven white from Adrianna Vineyard, known for its unique limestone/fossil soil, offering aromas of citrus, herbs (thyme, dill), ginger, wet stones, and floral notes, with a palate of saline, chalky texture, vibrant acidity, and flavors of lemon, green apple, and white peach, resulting in a complex, age-worthy wine with exceptional focus and minerality, often showing slight flor influence for added complexity.

The Château Monbousquet 2016 Blanc is a vibrant, medium-bodied Bordeaux white wine, known for its aromatic complexity with notes of citrus (lime, grapefruit), stone fruits (peach), tropical hints (pineapple), and floral elements (orange blossom, honeysuckle), offering a rich, zesty palate with a satiny texture, bright acidity, and a long, refreshing finish with hints of minerality or spice. Made primarily from Sauvignon Blanc, it's both fresh and concentrated, with excellent aging potential.

The name "Confiscated" pays tribute to a warehouse of Kentucky Owl barrels lost in 1916. As Prohibition loomed, government forces, emboldened by the temperance movement's growing influence, seized over $40 million worth of bourbon from then-Master Blender C.M. Dedman. This event, coupled with the devastating impact of Prohibition, led to Kentucky Owl's decline into obscurity. Nearly a century later, Dedman's great-great-grandson, Master Blender Dixon Dedman, revived the brand, drawing inspiration from these long-lost barrels for his latest release.

Briones Abad Cantamuda Roble is a 100% Tempranillo wine from the Ribera del Duero region of Spain, characterized by its cherry-red color, and aromas of ripe black and red fruits, with notes of vanilla, toffee, and coffee from its oak aging. The wine is described as rich, balanced, and smooth, with a long, persistent finish from its mature tannins and aging in French oak barrels.

Reflecting centuries of winemaking mastery, Chateau Ferriere 2016-347 offers a full-bodied profile with vibrant acidity and layers of dark fruit —an exceptional wine that captures the soul of its vineyard with every sip.

A wine with the complexity of an Estate, of two varieties and three vintages, which were made separately and aged in Bordeaux barrels, later to be blended in large 1,200-litre open barrels, or Fudres. There they were to remain for 16 months, allowing the wine to evolve, without tiring it too much due to its light contact with wood, respecting the essence of the Estate, gaining in complexity, and creating one of Finca Villacreces' most surprising wines.

This is a unique expression crafted entirely on Islay, from conception to bottling. The barley used in this release was grown locally by seven farming partners within a 10-mile radius of the distillery, showcasing the distinct terroir of the island. Malted to 40ppm on the Scottish mainland, the barley is then brought back to Islay for distillation in tall, narrow-necked stills to achieve elegance and finesse. During maturation, the spirit undergoes a complex journey, with a combination of sherry butts and first and second-fill American whiskey barrels, followed by recasking into Sauternes wine casks from Bordeaux. The resulting whisky is a classic representation of Islay's peated single malt style, offering a harmonious blend of floral notes, honeyed coconut, fudge, and the signature Port Charlotte BBQ peat smoke.

Similarly, The Singleton whisky embodies elegance and refinement, curated by the Malt Master with meticulous care akin to haute couture craftsmanship. Finished in Chardonnay de Bourgogne French Oak casks, it exudes a rich and magnetic character, offering lavish honeyed aromas, buttery Chardonnay notes, and layers of smooth texture with hints of ripe fruit and toffee. Clos Figueras is located in Gratallops, within the Priorat Qualified Designation of Origin. The property was purchased in 1997 by Charlotte and Christopher Cannan. Clos Figueras owns an original estate of old Garnacha and Cariñena vineyards. In addition, other varieties such as Syrah, Cabernet and Viognier have been planted. The Clos Figueres wine is made of a blend of grenache and carignan from 80 year old vines.The nose shows lively red cherry and black fruit flavours with a touch of classy oak. Young and fresh with the classic mineral character of the Priorat. The palate is smooth and rich with great finesse, depth and class. Ageing potential for up to 20 years.

They produce wines of purity and elegance, with much softer tannins than the nebbiolos of Langhe. Like all traditionally-made nebbiolo, delicate aromas and light colour are but appearance. These are wines of great complexity, depth and density. The single vineyard of Osso San Grato has south facing exposure. With only 5500 bottles produced per year, the nose is intense with furity notes of black cherry, dried roses, violets and distinct notes of tar. The palate is full-bodied and intense with persisten tannis that are sweet and velvety.

It's dark and vibrant on the palate, with perfect ripeness of tannins and an amazingly refreshing finish.

Bright wine with a beautiful deep garnet color and several purple highlights. Good aromatic intensity, the nose is fine and fresh. It opens on aromas of violet and red berries which make up a bouquet of typical expression. Well delineated on the palate and well rounded, highly concentrated. The length is accompanied by soft tannins.

This wine is from a contiguous parcel that sits astride the Clos Prieur du Haut (classified 1er Cru) and the Clos Prieur du Bas (classified as a village wine); rather than create two tiny cuvées, the domaine prefers to blend the two to make an extra-fine village wine from the lieu-dit “Clos Prieur”. Harmand-Geoffroy owns a bit less than a half-hectare of vineyards in Clos Prieur and the vines therein were planted between 50 and 85 years ago. In our opinion, this is one of the finest village wines available from Gevrey; it is elegant yet powerful with a compelling density and ripe, sweet tannins.

Pian Delle Vigne Vignaferrovia Riserva is an elite, 100% Sangiovese Brunello di Montalcino DOCG Riserva produced by Marchesi Antinori only in top vintages from a 4-hectare plot, known for its deep ruby red color, complex notes of ripe red fruit, tobacco, and balsamic, alongside velvety tannins. It is aged for roughly 2.5 years in small barrels and large casks.

Friuli-Venezia Giulia is one of the smallest regions in Italy, yet also one of the mightiest. With a plethora of indigenous grape varieties not grown outside of the region, and even fewer producers that are embracing them, Zidarich is truly one of the best.

There are many “malvasia” named grapes within Italy, with some more quality than others. One of the best Malvasia grapes is Istriana, grown in the Friuli region as well as neighbouring Slovenia. Benjamin Zidarich practices biodynamic viticulture, picking grapes and bottling wine according to the phases of the moon. He will tell you that the grapes are grown by the sun and the earth, and the wine is grown by the moon.  The nose has notes of white peaches, oriental mixed spices, mineral, and stony notes. Maceration on the skins will give the wine slight tannins that overlay crunchy stone fruits, savoury herbs, and crushed stony minerality. 

"The 2020 Aloxe-Corton Les Fournières 1er Cru is ripe and juicy on the nose: strawberry and raspberry, the oak here more pronounced compared to the Les Vercots. The palate is medium-bodied with ripe, saturated tannins and again, here, I find the new oak more pronounced and perhaps just detracting a little from its delineation and mineralité on the finish. The roots of Domaine Parent date back to the 17th century. Currently the domaine is being run by the 12th generation - Anne Parent and her sister Catherine Fages-Parent. Anne is self-taught, following the lunar cycle and principles of biodynamics to express all the peculiarities of each plot. The small 1.3ha site of Les Croix Noires is located just south of Pommard village. Strong, yet elegant, this Pinot Noir is well-balanced in structure between wood/tannins and acidity.

Etienne Julien presents a high-quality Nuits-Saint-Georges with his balanced 2019 vintage! The nose reveals black fruit lard notes, violets and undeniable minerals. Spices and slightly woody notes take over as it evolves. On the palate, it has a beautiful structure and drinkability despite everything. It has a potential to be kept for 10 years.
