Picked from September 5 to 22, a little quicker than expected, as Laporte spotted some botrytis, at 28 hl/ha, this is matured in 60% new oak barrels. It has a generous bouquet, a mixture of red and black fruit intermixed with mocha and light undergrowth scents, typical Talbot. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannins, well-judged acidity, satisfying weight and density on the mid-palate that had been lacking in vintages past. A little more grip on the grainy-textured finish, lightly spiced with a hint of powdered chocolate, if you seek a classic Saint-Julien and, it must be said, often at a reasonable price, then look no further."

The Single Cask Nation (SCN) Glen Garioch 14 Year (2011–2025) is a limited release (197 bottles) 14-year-old Highland single malt, finished for two years in a first-fill bourbon hogshead. Bottled at 50.1% ABV, it features a waxy, fruity profile with notes of mango, orchard fruits, milk chocolate, and Demerara sugar.

The colour of sharp honey, on the nose heathery floral notes are balanced with the richness of poached pears and the sweetness of malted barley. Crème brûlée and sweet ripe banana at first, then comes a light oakiness with pear fruitiness, leading to a long smooth, creamy and fragrant finish.

Produced by Domaine Jean-Marc Millot, the Côte de Nuits-Villages "Aux Faulques" is a highly regarded single-vineyard Pinot Noir from Comblanchien, known for consistently outperforming its village-level classification.
