This expression is reputed to contain some whisky up to 40 years old and was matured in a mix of bourbon and sherry casks. The nose offers overt sherry influences, with fruit malt loaf, maple syrup, honey, and old leather. Full and slightly oily on the rich palate, with toffee, raisins, Brazil nuts, and fresh cake mix. Dusty spices and oak in the relatively dry finish.

Taylor Fladgate Ports represent over three and a quarter centuries of family tradition that began with the foundation of Taylor Fladgate & Yeatman in 1692. Chestnut, copper colour core with a light golden rim. The primary aromas are elegant, rich and very delicate. Notes of rum and raisin, clove, nutmeg and a hint of cracked black pepper. Prunes, quince and apricot dance on your palate as the zest of lemon and orange deliver a freshness of acidity to balance the richness of the wine. Notes of scorched pineapple, passion fruit and lychee balance beautifully with the toasted coconut, almonds and butterscotch. The texture and weight of the wine wraps the palate and finishes bright, fresh and poised. The finish just goes on and on. It is the perfect wine with which to commemorate a half century, be it a 50th anniversary or a five-decade landmark.

Hennessy X.O and Kim Jones offer a limited edition "second skin" decanter. Encased in an aluminum "second skin", it remains faithful to the emblematic shape of the Hennessy X.O decanter. In 1870, Maurice Hennessy imagined a cognac for his loved ones. This new expression of "extra old" cognac has become the house's emblematic cognac: a complex blend. The Chateau Lynch Bages 2019 ( one of the most famous 5th growths) is in line with the previous wines of the property with a blend dominated by Cabernet Sauvignon (70%), along with the addition of 24% merlot, 3% cabernet franc and 3% petit verdot. This great Bordeaux wine offers a characteristic fruity nose with fresh and spicy notes, as well as fine woody notes. The smooth and balanced palate is supported by a beautifully dense and powerful tannic structure, providing plenty of precision and fruit. Put this one away for awhile. Fuenteseca Tequila presents the mastery of agave cultivation and tequila distillation using agave cultivated in various soil types, distilled in assorted still types, and rested in an array of vessels, be they of stainless steel or a collection of wooden casks from around the world… harmonizing to create incomparable spirits in a series of limited bottlings.

Three-quarters of the bottling made in a double-copper column still with removed plates to achieve a lower distillation proof and the remaining quarter made in an alembic pot still. Half of the run was then stored in American white oak previously used to age California
red wine, and the remaining half barreled in used dark French Oak. The casks were then stored for 7 years at 3,800' elevation in a cool-climate subterranean barrel room.

The tequila offers spicy sweet oak, caramel, vanilla, with hints of black pepper, apricots, and baking spices, culminating in a spicy-sweet extra añejo finish with pronounced oak and a sweet dry aftertaste.

With its usual deep ruby red colour, Ornellaia 2020 stands out on the nose with ripe red fruits and delicate vanilla and gentle tobacco notes. Upon tasting, the wine reveals itself to be rounded and velvety, making an enjoyable and engaging first impression that entices for a second sip. Aged for a minimum of five years, the Padelletti Brunello di Montalcino Reserva is a premium red wine that is made from 100% Sangiovese grapes grown in the Montalcino region of Tuscany, Italy. This wine is characterized by its deep ruby color, intense aromas of dark fruit, leather, and spice, and its full-bodied, complex flavor profile that is marked by notes of black cherry, tobacco, and vanilla. The wine is aged in oak barrels for three years, followed by two years of bottle aging, which gives it a smooth, velvety texture and a long, lingering finish. This wine is a perfect accompaniment to hearty meat dishes, aged cheeses, and rich pasta dishes.

At 307.2 PPM, Octomore 15.3 is our second most heavily peated release to date. Using 100% Islay barley, matured in bourbon casks and Spanish Oloroso hogsheads. Formidable smoke is countered by ripe fruit from its patient distillation.

The history of Chateau Duhart-Milon is not as well known as it should be. In the 18th century the wines of Milon became the "second" wine for Chateau Lafite. The 1855 classification awarded Duhart-Milon the only 4th growth in Pauillac, recognizing it for the quality of its soil. Sometime between 1830-1840 35 acres was left to the Casteja family who subsequently possessed a 99acre vinyard name Duhart-Milon. Over the years the property changed hands many times and suffered a decline in the quality of the wines. The property was acquired in 1962 by the Rothschild family who totally overhauled the vineyards and brought back the quality of the wine as a 4th growth. The 2019 Duhart-Milon is a red Bordeaux blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot with an up front fruity nose of black currant and blackberry, along with typical Pauillac nuances of pencil shavings, forest floor and cedar. Round, layered and creamy through the palate this wine has excellent potential for great ageing Drink from 2025-2045.

From the Domaine of Clarence Dillon, this is the second label for the Chateau La Mission Haut Brion. (Not to be confused with Chateau Haut-Brion). Dillon purchased this famous vineyard in 1983 and has brought it to the fame it has today, situated next to its famous neighbour notwithstanding. The terroir is similar and the 26.6ha of vines features about half/half Cabernet Sauvigon/Merlot with a small amount of Petit Verdot. In 2007 a new cellar, bottling centre and tasting room were built, combining modern technology with tradition. The wine itself for this vintage is 54% merlot, 45% cabernet sauvignon and 1% cabernet franc. Great structure with fine-grained tannins that provides the backbone to flavours of blackberry, raspberry, vanilla and spice. It's almost ready to go - try in 2026 or hold for another 5-10 years.

Aged in a mix of American white oak barrels, oloroso casks, and cabernet sauvignon barriques. Sherry, vanilla, caramel, ripe cherries, and sultanas on the nose. The palate yields characteristic Dalmore orange, plus brittle toffee, bitter chocolate, and cherry liqueur. Spicy licorice and soft oak in the finish.

The 1975 Castarède Armagnac offers a rich and complex tasting experience, with deep fruit notes, a powerful palate, and a long finish. It's known for its harmonious blend of wood and fruit, and some reviewers highlight touches of nuts and ginger. The nose typically reveals a blend of molasses, dried banana, and white chocolate, while the palate features chocolate truffle, vanilla, cinnamon, and brioche. Some reviewers also note a hint of licorice in the finish.

Crystal Head Vodka is crafted from locally sourced Canadian corn, distilled four times into a neutral grain spirit, and blended with pristine water from Newfoundland. The vodka is filtered seven times, including three through layers of semi-precious Herkimer diamonds. The iconic skull-shaped bottle, produced in Europe, features bits of crystal melted into the glass for absolute clarity. This clean, clear, and colorless vodka has neutral grain aromas with a delicate touch of citrus, offering a silky smooth taste with hints of sweetness and vanilla, and finishes with a sweet, creamy note.

Caymus Special Selection is always a selection of the best barrels that play to a style constantly pushing the limits of richness and concentration, in this case, clocking in at 16% alcohol. The nose is slightly cooked and raisiny with plenty of cassis, chocolate, and coffee spilling onto the palate. Blackberry jam, pipe tobacco and brown spices line a richly dark, dense tannin finish. It is only made in the best years, but I wouldn’t mind if this was throttled back a bit.

Octomore 14.3 showcases the essence of Islay barley, sourced just a stone's throw from the distillery on Octomore farm, emphasizing the significance of the raw ingredient and the revival of the local farming community. Adam Hannett, the Head Distiller, skillfully extracts the essence of the Islay barley, resulting in a cereal-forward single malt whisky. Aged in a blend of first-fill ex-American whiskey casks and second-fill wine casks, the oak influence harmonizes with the grain, allowing the terroir and distinctive flavor of the Islay barley to shine through. The nose offers enticing aromas of hot, sweet mash and earthy peat smoke, accompanied by soft biscuit notes from the malted barley. The palate reveals creamy porridge and cereal nuances, balanced by hints of butterscotch, honeycomb, and a touch of vanilla, while the smoky essence lingers on the finish.

The 2020 Pontet-Canet is a blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 32% Merlot, 4% Cabernet Franc and 4% Petit Verdot, aging in 50% new French oak barriques, 35% concrete amphorae and 15% in one-year-old barrels. Harvest began on the 14th of September for the Merlot, and the final lot of Cabernet Sauvignon was harvested on 30th September. Opaque purple-black in colour, it needs significant aeration and swirling to coax out evocative notes of black cherry preserves, raspberry pie, blackcurrant pastilles and damp soil, before launching into gorgeous floral and spice notions of red roses, cinnamon stick, star anise and cardamom, with a waft of crushed rocks.

This hand-blown glass in the shape of a dragon would be an asset to any Scotch collectors library. Inside is Small Batch whiskey crafted in the same style as single barrel scotch.

The Nicaragua Rum 1999 Sansibar 17 Year Old is a premium aged rum produced in Nicaragua by an undisclosed distillery and bottled by Sansibar, a German independent bottler. This rum was distilled in 1999 and aged for 17 years in oak casks, resulting in a rich and complex spirit with notes of vanilla, caramel, toasted oak, and spice. It is bottled at cask strength, without any artificial color or flavor additives. The Nicaragua Rum 1999 Sansibar 17 Year Old is a limited edition release with only a few thousand bottles produced.

Produced using Ugni Blanc grapes this brandy has a multi-layered bouquet of dried yellow plums, rose petals, caramel, and dark chocolate with complex aromas of cinnamon, nutmeg and clove. Chateau Leoville-Barton (Saint Julien)- this wine is massive and powerful with the bulk of this coming from 83% Cabernet Sauvignon with 15% Merlot and 2% Cabernet Franc providing the lift. It has a solid core of cassis, blueberry compote, sweet oak and plum flavours wrapped with licorice and pencil lead. Muscular, yet lean, drink from 2025-2035.

A wine of good density ruby red, with brown, mahogany, biscuit hints. The rim is fairly thick and the legs are fine, clear, abundant and regular. At once expressive, forthright and complex. There are notes of all families of fragrance: fruit, flowers, and spices. The attack is forthright, round and suave, soothing even. The intense aromas initially recall the complexity of the nose. There is leather and lightly charred wood, and roasted notes. The beauty of the wine is revealed by its elegance rather than its full-flavor. The wine has an attractive aromatic range with a finish of remarkable elegance.
