Chateau Haut Bailly is one of the most loved and most prestigious wine estates in all of Bordeaux. This Cru Classe of Graves has been owned by the Wilmers familiy since 1998, even though it has been in existence since 1530 and passed down the Bailly family line. With the investment made by the Wilmers family, the winery was custom built to a contemporary building, which allows them to carry out precision work in optimal conditions- that was debuted with the 2021 vintage. This 2019 is a red blend of 56% Cabernet Sauvignon, 36% Merlot, 4% Cabernet France and 4% Petit Verdot. The aroma is elegant and complex with blackcurrants, earth, cigar box and pencil shavings with full body, ripe tannins and lively acids. This vintage received scores of 96+ from many critics.

Cava de Oro Extra Añejo is a 40% ABV tequila with a dark amber color from being aged for five years in French oak red wine barrels. It features aromas of cinnamon, caramel, vanilla, and nutmeg, along with toasted oak and fruity notes. Its smooth flavor profile includes sweet notes of cinnamon and maple syrup, a rich agave sweetness, and a long-lasting, pleasant finish. 

Chateau Margaux has a vast history, five centuries in the making. Most know this wine as just "Pavillon Rouge", but with its full name, the origins are clear: This is the 2nd wine of Chateau Margaux, one of the 1855 Classification 1st growths. The flavours and quality are close, yet with the ability to drink a little earlier than its big sister. Typically this wine represents 30% of the grapes harvested for a vintage. The 2019 is comprised of 76% Cabernet Sauvignon, 19% Merlot, 3% Petit Verdot and 2% Cabernet Franc. With this warm vintage, there is more body in the wine, yet still well balanced. Loaded with black fruit, pencil shavings, tobacco and spices, it is elegant and velvety on the palate with plenty of structure, yet still fresh and fruity. Touted as one of the best vintages for this wine and worth the purchase.

Chateau Cos-d'Estournel is a second growth in the Saint Estephe appellation on the right bank of Bordeaux. The Chateau covers 69ha separated from first growth Chateau Lafite along the southern edge, by the stream between St. Estephe and Pauillac. This red blend is a blend of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon and 35% Merlot that is multi-faceted, delivering aromas of cinnamon, truffle, coffee and wild plums with a deep core of velvety tannins, full bodied and fantastic structure. “A perfect Yquem again after the 2021, which is fresher and more refined than the 2022. The perception of sweetness is super-knit. Lots of botrytis, with turmeric, saffron, cream, roasted meringue, pine nuts, spices and dried mangoes. This is a powerful, seductive and lush wine. Ornamented and richer this year than 2021, but there is so much charm and harmony. Long and spicy, with a hint of petrol at the end. Wow. The second most concentrated Yquem after 1945, according to the winemaker. About 160 grams of residual sugar. So approachable now, but better in five or six years. It will live forever."

Crafted from King apples, Northern Spies and other apples of mysterious lineage, this off-dry cider is crowd-sourced and community-minded to the core. A portion of proceeds supports Growing Chefs, a program which educates BC families about growing and preparing healthy food. Kings & Spies pairs with everything from crispy potato chips to chicken salad and complex seafood dishes.

As you can probably figure out from the name, this is a peated expression, made specifically with heather-rich peat from the highlands. After distillation, the whisky was matured in first-fill ex-sherry casks and allowed a finishing period in virgin oak casks . the experience is a wonderfully floral and welcoming sweet BBQ smoke on the nose with floral undertones throughout. Notes of rich toffee and dark fruits combine on the palate with hints of tobacco leaf and dried apricots before a wonderfully rich and long finish with a hint of spice.
Glasgow 1770 Peated was named ‘Best Lowland Single Malt Whisky in 2020, 2021 and 2022' and is an absolute must for any peated whisky fans.

The Glasgow Distillery Company has gone and distilled its whisky not once, not twice, but thrice! This is its Triple Distilled single malt Scotch whisky, which has been fully matured in virgin oak casks, and it gets bottled up at 46% ABV without any chill-filtration or additional colouring. It's got that traditional triple-distilled lightness to it, but packs plenty of complexity in there too.

Nose: Dried dark fruits with tropical undertones on the nose, followed by hints of biscuit, oak and freshly cut grass.

Palate: Sweet butterscotch with a crème brulee char on the pallet. Hints of freshly sliced pear, dried figs, dates and raisin with sweet almond, honey and creamy shortbread notes.

Finish: A long finish of thickly spread orange marmalade, nutmeg notes underpinned by complex woodiness and a slight spice.
