Beautiful, resolved nose, a touch of delightful oxidation, coffee and chocolate but still that cherry ripe red fruit clarity. In the mouth it is silky and dense, a flood of quite meaty and fleshy black fruit, super ripe tannins and lovely plum and cherry skin acidity giving length. A beautifully resolved and complete wine.

Shiraz from old dry grown Barossa vineyards is blended with Viognier, complementing the strengths and complexities of these individual parcels of fruit, whilst giving the resulting wine a further dimension.
Although wonderfully aromatic, RunRig also exhibits a power and latent richness making it more akin to the hugely concentrated wines sourced from the sun drenched hill of Hermitage – the historic home of Syrah and some of the world’s most powerful and longest living wines.

Contention as one of the top vintages produced here, the wine is strong on its floral characteristics. Once past the opening bouquet of white flowers and dried roses, you find plums, black cherries, black raspberries, mint and cigar wrapper nuances. The palate provides a lush, opulent, vibrant, energetic backdrop for its wealth of deep red fruits and oceanic influences. The finish has a touch of salty chalk that adds complexity to its wealth of silky, ripe, red fruits.

The FAY Cabernet Sauvignon displays vibrant red fruit fragrances accompanied by hints of black tea, olive, and baking spices. A benchmark for the Amarone category, which, together with Barolo and Brunello, makes up the aristocracy of the Italian wine world. Here Masi's unrivalled expertise in the Appassimento technique is used to give the grapes a long period of further ripening on bamboo racks and an ageing period for the wine of at least three years in casks made from the finest wood types. The expert use of indigenous grapes for the Valpolicella Classica area - Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara - is enriched by the addition of the unique Oseleta, a grape variety rediscovered by Masi.

Inchgower distillery is located in the village of Buckie on the Moray Firth coast and is known for producing a full-bodied and robust style of whisky. The distillery uses locally-sourced water from the nearby Burn of Inchgower to produce its whiskies.

The palate offers freshness, layers of ripe, spicy currants and peppery blackberries with chewy tannins that hang with you, providing length, vibrancy and refinement in the finish. This is going to age and evolve for decades.

Chateau Gazin is a high quality winery located in the Pomerol AOC on the right bank of Bordeaux, representing five generations of owners and growers. With 23ha of vineyards, the clay-gravel plateau is perfect for merlot and cabernet franc. The 2019 is a blend of 89% merlot, 7% cabernet sauvignon and 4% cabernet franc. A solid Pomerol that has spicy red and black cherry fruit, notes of cedar, violets and plum with a vull-bodied, velvety and textural palate. This will no doubt age incredibly over the long haul!

For six generations, Domaine Noellat has been farming their 20ha of land. With entreprenurial spirit, the family was always looking to adapt to new technologies, while respecting the traditions handed down from one generation to another. The cellar was built in 1980 while in 2007 an ultra modern winery was erected with state of the art stainless tanks and a dedicated tasting space in the cellar. Cousins Sebastien and Sophie work closely together making strategic decisions based on the nature of each harvest. Vosne-Romanee is more of an "elegant" appellation, where you'll find soft red fruit of cherry and strawberry and hints of mint and vanilla-chocolate.

Recognized for its superior reds as well as whites, Pessac-Leognan on the Left Bank claims classified growths for both—making it quite unique in comparison to its neighboring Medoc properties. Its best whites show complexity, longevity and no lack of exotic twists on citrus, tropical and stone fruit with pronounced floral and spice characteristics.

Matured in Spanish top quality oloroso sherry casks in special editions, Kavalan Solist Sherry is bottled at the distillery, without any colouring or chill-filtration. It is a naturally smooth and rich whisky with a complex character.

Who is afraid of warm years? Hardly the Port elite. Aromas of tropical woods, black cherry and Assam pepper, allspice, poivre long. Short softness, firm acidity, then a gripping, dry but ripe tannin. The Armagnac Castarede hails from the historic Castarede family, who have been producing Armagnac in France since 1832. This expression offers a rich nose of stewed fruits, cedary oak, pecans, honey, plums, and a touch of white pepper. Over time, the aromas evolve into sweeter notes of vanilla, sticky dates, and old muscat. On the palate, it's silky and elegant, showcasing dried fruits, bread pudding, toffee, and baking spices, complemented by gentle fine tannins on the finish. The result is a refined Armagnac with great finesse and a surprisingly delicate character for its age.

Wines from Puligny-Montrachet are typified by aromas and flavors of green apple and lemon and tend to be tauter and firmer on the palate compared to wines from neighboring villages. Aging in a small percentage of new French oak barrels lends accents of toast and vanilla. Structured white wines with high acid and grip, Puligny-Montrachet is destined for long aging.

In 2021, the vines of Cos d’Estournel Blanc yielded a graceful wine that is rich and finely structured, thanks in part to their ongoing ability to delve deeper in the estate’s soils but also thanks to the breezes of the nearby Gironde Estuary and the ongoing efforts of the estate’s teams. The Sauvignon Blanc grapes are concentrated but balanced by the natural vivacity of their terroir, while the Sémillon —whose distinct mineral character derives from the limestone in the vineyard’s soils– are once again used in a larger proportion in the final blend. Extremely complex, Cos d’Estournel Blanc 2021 is a magnificent, harmonious expression of white peach, rose, bergamot, lemon, and flint. Remarkable energy accompanies a rich, precise palette of aromas, resulting in an accomplished, fascinating wine with great cellaring potential.

In France, this wine style is traditionally termed "oeil-de-perdrix," translating to "eye of the partridge," owing to its pale pink hue. Joseph Wagner and the Pinot Noir experts at Belle Glos meticulously cultivated the grapes with the aim of crafting this lively, fresh rosé. Bursting with bright citrus, tangy fruit, and herbal spice notes, it's an ideal companion for brunch or salmon dinners.
