Pingus is a renowned red wine from Ribera del Duero, Spain, known for its high quality and cult status. It's made from 100% Tempranillo grapes and is produced by Dominio de Pingus, a small winery established in 1995 by Peter Sisseck. Pingus is considered one of the most sought-after wines in the world and has received top ratings from critics. The winery also produces a second label, Flor de Pingus, as well as a younger wine called PSI.

The second label of First growth Chateau Latour is just as impressive as its big brother, and at 12 years old, if there is more than one bottle in the cellar, time to see how it's evolving. Not an epic vintage, but well made, nonetheless. The tannins are fresh, there is good weight in the mouth and the typical flavours of cassis, cedar and graphite are here in this iconic Pauillac.

The 2016 is a red wine blend of 62% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot and 3% Cabernet Franc. The wine has notes of black fruit and cocoa bean on the noes with a dense texture and elegant tannins. The palate is full-bodied with notes of black currant, pencil shavings and spice that lead into a very pleasant long finish. Drink from 2026-2036.

Deep attractive dark ruby color. The nose is pure, precise and focused, revealing delicate and fine aromas of raspberry, cassis, blackberry and wild strawberry, associated to subtle notes of liquorice, coffee, ink and earth. The wine is juicy and voluminous, filling the mouth with polished and smooth tannins, leaving an overall impression of harmony, length and persistence. Its great structure and density are well balanced by good acidity, characteristic of the great terroir of Puente Alto that aligns ripeness and freshness in this superb and exceptional vintage.

The Tomatin Cask Strength Single Malt Scotch Whisky has a nose of sweet vanilla, honey, and caramel with a hint of oak. On the palate, it is rich and full-bodied with flavors of toffee, dark chocolate, and dried fruit. The finish is long and warming with a touch of spice and a lingering sweetness. Overall, this whisky is complex and well-balanced, with a smooth and satisfying mouthfeel.

Brilliant, shimmering ruby red. On the nose wild berries, rose hips, subtle leather, saffron, reverberating on earthy tones. The palate is exciting and has a creamy touch, showing warm-hearted fruit, with fine harmony, tight tannin on the finish, with drive.

The Frias Family Vineyard 'Lady of the Dead' Red offers an enticing nose of ripe blackberries, dark cherries, and hints of vanilla. On the palate, it is full-bodied with velvety tannins and flavors of blackcurrants, plum, and a touch of spice. The wine finishes long and smooth, leaving a lingering impression of black fruit and subtle oak.

The sweetness of toffee and butterscotch emerges, balanced by a gentle spiciness of cinnamon and nutmeg.

Palate: The mouthfeel is velvety and smooth, coating the palate with a luxurious texture. The rum's complexity shines through as layers of flavors unfold, revealing a delightful interplay between the sweet and savory elements. The finish is long and satisfying, leaving a lingering warmth and a touch of dried fruit on the palate.

Extremely fascinating and polehydric in the primary profile alternating notes of red prunes, currants, coriander, white pepper, bergamot and green mandarin. A lot of lime describes the very fresh secondary scene. Medium bodied, perfectly extracted tannins and a finale with a graceful, subtle closure. Wow!

Deep violet-red to the eye, this wine has aromas of black cherry, blackberry preserves and a hint of mint. Fruit of the wood flavors are joined by notes of freshly ground espresso, dark chocolate and touches of eucalyptus and orange zest. Opulent tannins make their way across the palate and linger for a while.

Elegant, sophisticated, long, clean and expansive, this is showing just great due to all its layers of perfectly ripe, red fruits, silky tannins, length and freshness. There is a real verve here, with concentration, sweetness, lift and complexity allowing the wine to age and evolve. The finish leaves you with more of those sweet, ripe, juicy berries. Today the second wine of Mouton Rothschild is superior to every vintage of Mouton produced in the 70s and most of the 80s! The wine blends 72% Cabernet Sauvignon, 24% Merlot and 4% Cabernet Franc.

A blend of 54% Merlot, 42% Cabernet Sauvignon and 4% Petit Verdot, the deep garnet-purple colored, 2017 Palmer gives a very serious nose of pronounced blackcurrant cordial, warm plums and blackberry preserves with hints of cedar chest, pencil shavings, violets, dark chocolate and star anise plus exotic wafts of sandalwood and cassia. Medium-bodied, the palate features fantastically vibrant, crunchy black fruits with a firm texture of ripe, grainy tannins and tons of freshness, finishing very long and mineral laced. It will need a good 5-7 years to really blossom with all those tightly wound nuances, but it should be a stunner!

Lastly, the 2020 Château Ducru-Beaucaillou is another legendary wine from this château that has been on an incredible run over the past decade. A blend of 81% Cabernet Sauvignon and 19% Merlot that was brought up all in new French oak, it has a saturated purple hue to go with an incredible, mineral-laced bouquet of crème de cassis, liquid violets, graphite, and tobacco leaf. More structured and concentrated than any of the Léovilles, this blockbuster, deep, concentrated, full-bodied Saint-Julien has off-the-charts purity, ultra-fine tannins, and a great, great finish. I wrote in my notes, "Like the 2010, only better." You won't find a more concentrated yet flawlessly balanced and elegant wine out there. It's going to need a decade of cellaring and will have 40, 50, if not 60 years of longevity.

Luscious and ripe black fruits ride an effortless texture in this seamless and well-balanced wine. Minutely grained tannins weave through dark plums, spearmint, cocoa and black cherries. While enticing and drinkable, the wine should have a long, more complex life ahead.

This "coming of age" whisky is the pinnacle of the Dalmore whisky collection. This exceptional whisky was matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon barrels and first-fill Sherry casks, which previously held 30 year old Matusalem Oloroso Sherry. These Sherry casks are hand-selected exclusively for The Dalmore from the world-renowned González Byass bodega, to create an extraordinary whisky full of character. It's complex with bitter dark chocolate notes, toffee and baked apple on the nose with a palate of black licorice, roasted walnuts and sweet marzipan. A great "segue" to the older expressions of Dalmore whisky.

This small batch production, individually numbered, presents an exquisite rum experience characterized by remarkable richness and a velvety mouthfeel. Syrupy texture with flavors dominated by pears, slowly overcome by the long buildup of spice—pepper, clove, and cinnamon—with a final act of black cherry, black currant jelly, and praline. Dilution provides a shortcut to those fleshy dark fruits. Quite delicious and heartily recommended.
