Family farmed since 1956 The Stewart Family is one of the "originals" in the Okanagan Valley. The winery was built in 1989 with vineyards stones throw away from Lake Okanagan. Their flagship red, the Pinot Noir has a beautiful, typical Pinot nose of wild cherry, raspberry and lavender leading to rich notes of all-spice, cedar, clove, and vanilla. Soft and round in the mouth with a medium body and a toasty black pepper finish.

The winery was named for the three original partners founding the land of gently sloping hillsides with a southern exposure. Owned by the Seysses family of Domaine Dujac, this rose provides great value with a blend of cinsault, grenache, syrah, and merlot for a fresh and juicy wine with notes of strawberries, white flowers, apricots, and hints of vanilla. Perfect for a sunny afternoon on the patio!

Louis Jadot's Coteaux Bourguignons Rosé is a blend of 80% Gamay and 20% Pinot Noir. It displays a pale salmon color and aromas of fresh red berries, such as strawberries and raspberries, with a hint of citrus zest. On the palate, it is crisp and refreshing, with flavors of watermelon and grapefruit. The wine has a balanced acidity, a delicate minerality, and a clean finish. Domaine du Carrou's Sancerre Blanc  is a vibrant white wine produced in the Loire Valley region of France, specifically in the subregion of Sancerre. Made primarily from Sauvignon Blanc grapes, this wine is known for its bright acidity and notes of citrus and tropical fruit, as well as a distinct minerality. On the nose, one can detect aromas of white flowers and grapefruit, while on the palate, flavors of lime, passion fruit, and a subtle hint of honey are prominent. With its crisp and refreshing finish, this Sancerre Blanc is a perfect pairing for seafood dishes, salads, or simply enjoyed on its own.

Louis Latour Chateau de Blagny 1er Cru is a high-quality white wine from the Burgundy region of France. Made entirely from Chardonnay grapes, this wine is fermented in oak barrels and aged for 8 to 10 months, resulting in a complex and nuanced flavor profile. The wine is characterized by its notes of citrus, apple, and pear, along with hints of vanilla and toasty oak. On the palate, it is well-structured and balanced, with a refreshing acidity and a long, satisfying finish. This wine can be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif, or paired with a range of seafood, poultry, or light pasta dishes.

Intense and intriguing aromas on the nose with pastry crust, blackberry, raspberry, blueberry, dried thyme and sage, ripe Italian plum and with some complex paprika, cinnamon and black pepper spice. The palate is ripe and rich in black fruits, black plum, cassis and black cherry with some espresso and oak and given a nice savoury side with dried sage, liquorice, a hint of black olive and leather. The tannins are firm but ripe. It is full bodied and has all the elements to age for a long and graceful life in the bottle. Try pairing with venison with a rich berry infused demi-glace.

Gerard Bertrand is an icon for wines of Southern France. In 1975 in the vineyards of Corbieres that Gerard Bertrand found his passion for wine. Learning under his father Georges, Gerard is the third generation of family winemakers and is now working alongside the fourth generation, Emma & Mathias. Owning several ‘Chateaux’ and ‘Domaine’, Bertrand is continuing to develop his vision and diversity of Languedoc wines. The Orange Gold tells the story of the origins of a time, that of the first wines made in Georgia. Also known as "amber wine", orange wine is the stuff of this fourth color, as singular as it is surprising. Bright and sunny, the orange wine, a true southern wine, offers a great potential for aging with its fresh and subtle notes. Very dry, it is distinguished by its tannic, complex and radiant character. A classic, yet clean orange wine, it is made with Chardonnay, Grenache Blanc, Viognier, Marsanne, Mauzac, Muscat, and Clairette. The nose is complex, fragrant and very fresh, brimming with peach, apricot and mirabelle plum. The palate is round, smooth and fine-textured with the precise flavours experienced on the nose, along with a fine balance of acid, and yes, tannins (due to fermentation on the skins.

In the glass, this wine presents a harmonious and easy-drinking character, boasting a fresh and intense taste accompanied by a floral bouquet. Notes of apple and lemon add to its aromatic profile. On the palate, it exhibits persistence, with a notable minerality that contributes to its overall pleasantness.

Notes of blossom, green apple, lilac, flint and other sorts of minerality explode on the palate and a subtle sweetness that brings it all together. 

Like pinot grigio and pinot bianco are mutations of pinot noir, blanco tempranillo is a mutation of the red tempranillo grape from the Rioja region. Rare and unique, this particular wine is from a six generation winemaking family and is completely organic and biodynamic. Lismore 15 Year is a sherried single malt Scotch whisky sourced from a distinguished Speyside distillery, known for its Red doors and owned by independent bottler William Lundie & Co. Glen Garioch (prounouced 'Geery') is one of the oldest operating distilleries in Scotland, located in the quaint and historic town of Oldmeldrum, near Aberdeen, the most easterly located. They've been distilling since 1797, but 200 years in 1997, they re-opened after being closed for two years and started the Renaissance line. This 18-year-old is the 4th and final chapter in the lineup, understanding the character of an 18 year old. Matured for 18 years in both bourbon and sherry barrels, this light golden amber Scotch has a nose of honey, toffee, vanilla and some white chocolate. The taste is big and bold with oaky spices, pepper and cinnamon and a long, smooth finish.

Koval was founded in Chicago in 2008 by Dr. Sonat Birnecker Hart and her husband, Dr. Robert Birnecker. The distillery was the first to open in the city since the mid-1800s. The word ‘koval’ means ‘smith’ or ‘blacksmith’ in many Eastern languages, but in Yiddish it also means ‘one who forges ahead’. Koval pays homage to Sonat’s grandfather who decided to “forge ahead” and move to the USA and start a new life from scratch. These products are all made organically and with a “grain to glass” philosophy, the distillery believes in only offering high-quality, well-made spirits using state-of-the-art technology.
