The tastiest of their Signature range, this boasts a dry oak and spice nose with fudge, rye bread, and banana interwoven with French oak influences of nutmeg, cinnamon, and ground ginger. As the gentle orange, malt, pear, and apple settle down, little spicy explosions of ginger and pepper detonate, leaving an aftermath of spiced malt, coffee cake, milk chocolate, and cocoa. Such a wonderful flavor trajectory to behold.

Once upon a time, Carmín de Peumo was your typical ripe and beefy Carmenère, but not here. This offering, harvested in late May (the equivalent of November in the Northern Hemisphere), deals tomato leaf, currant, cranberry and dried-herb aromas in front of a racy palate that's medium in weight. Spicy, leafy red-fruit flavors are oaky and come with notes of cocoa and coffee, while a dry and snappy finish is lean by previously set Carmenère standards.

This is a non-chill filtered bottling. Initially, it’s perfume-centric with highly floral notes until a grain neutralizer sets in, with hints of caramel and vanilla. Cornbread, honey, and slight hints of pepper, herbs, and tobacco. Finishes short with a mouthful of lovely sweet corn pudding.

The Contra Soarda Gaggion Marzemino Nero is a delicious red wine from the Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol region of Italy. Made entirely from the Marzemino Nero grape variety, it boasts a beautiful ruby color and offers aromas of cherry, blackberry, and spices on the nose. On the palate, it is dry, medium-bodied, and well-structured, with flavors of dark fruit, tobacco, and a hint of vanilla. The tannins are firm but well-integrated, leading to a long and satisfying finish.

"Baked apples and pears, laced with white flowers, are complemented by hints of raw almond as the 2020 Bianco Contrada Passochianche (PC) blossoms in the glass. It's elegant and silky in feel, with ripe melon and inner florals that cascade across the palate, as a core of minerality and hints of spice reveal themselves toward the close. The 2020 tapers offincredibly long with a bitter twang, as hints of young peach and inner herbal tones fade. The Passochianche is just a baby today, yet it's packed full of potential. The balance here is unreal. It hails from high-elevation vines (1,000 meters) planted in deep, sandy volcanic soils. Copperworks Cask Finished Gin is a unique gin that has been aged in American oak barrels for a minimum of three months. This aging process imparts flavors of vanilla, caramel, and oak to the gin, giving it a smooth and rich taste. The gin is made using a traditional copper still and is flavored with a blend of botanicals, including juniper, coriander, angelica, and cardamom. Copperworks Cask Finished Gin is best enjoyed neat or on the rocks, but can also be used in a variety of cocktails.

Bright straw colour; intense bouquet of peach and acacia flowers, chamomile, melon and yellow flowers. Inviting and fresh with a typical note of a slightly bitter finish. Splendid accompaniment for antipasti and springtime first courses including omelets with wild herbs, savory pies, vegetable soups, stuffed squash blossoms, freshwater seafood and ‘vitello tonnato’ (veal cutlets with tuna sauce). An entrancing nose of fresh violets, licorice, peppercorn, oyster shell, cloves, citrus and lavender. A very sleek palate follows with edgy, grainy tannins and so much zesty acidity and drive.

Colour: It has medium-high layer with a dark red background and red rim.
Nose: Intense and complex with notes of pine forest and aromatic herbs in the clearings of the pine forest. The plum and the cherry are the protagonists, and the blackberry stands out behind them. There are sensations of spices and moist earth and the notes of red and black fruits appear between them.
Palate: It is voluminous and full, filling the palate widely. There is a lot of expressiveness and complexity in his registers. The fruity notes come out together with the earth and the aromatic plants. The tannin is sweet and of very good quality, although it is still present, giving the whole an important structure. There is power and elegance at the same time, and leaves an imprint of freshness. It is a faithful representation of the 2017 vintage, a year of spring frost, with low production and concentrated wines, with a higher volume than usual in CORIMBO.

With 16 months in cask, the Ribera del Duero offers excellent wines made from Tempranillo. Elegant and refined, this will age well- another 15 years easily.
