Dalla Valle Collina is the "second wine" of the prestigious Dalla Valle Vineyards, offering a more approachable, early-drinking Napa Valley Bordeaux-style blend. Created from younger hillside estate vines (and sometimes purchased fruit), it typically features Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot. It is known for its vibrant red/black fruit flavors, silky tannins, and a 14.5% ABV, typically drinking well within 10–15 years of release.

Colpetrone's Sacer Montefalco Sagrantino is a rich and intense wine that embodies the unique character of Sagrantino grapes grown in the Montefalco area of Umbria, Italy. It has a deep ruby color and aromas of dark fruit, blackberry, and plum, complemented by hints of leather, tobacco, and spices. On the palate, it is full-bodied with firm tannins and a long, persistent finish. This wine can be enjoyed now or aged for several years to further develop its complexity and depth.

Medium rich, fruity and direct on the palate with orchard fruit flavours and tangy acidity on the finish.

Compass Box Crimson Casks is a rich, sherry-forward blended malt Scotch whisky bottled at 46% ABV. Designed to highlight intense red fruit and deep cask influence, it acts as a robust after-dinner dram and features a profile of chocolate fudge cake, plum jam, rich cherry, and warming baking spices.

Oat flapjacks, golden syrup, beautiful dry-roasted spice notes, vanilla essence, cornbread, creamed coconut, and flashes of mango and apple. A luxuriant feast of sweet vanilla, soft warm bread, whipped cream, caramel, a little tug of spice, with a late ripple of grain flavors. Caramel, spice, and grain notes mark the finish.

Compass Box Nectarosity is a patisserie-inspired blended Scotch whisky. Aged primarily in first-fill bourbon barrels and custom virgin American oak casks, it features a blend of malts from Clynelish, Linkwood, and Balmenach, alongside grain whiskies from Cameronbridge and Girvan. The whisky delivers a rich, sweet, and fruit-forward profile.

The original recipe has evolved and includes older and more elegant Islay malts, boasting bold coastal flavours that combine the smokiness of a driftwood fire with more medicinal peat notes. The flavours are peaty and smoky with orchard fruits that deliver a rich creaminess. Enjoy neat or over ice.

The tastiest of their Signature range, this boasts a dry oak and spice nose with fudge, rye bread, and banana interwoven with French oak influences of nutmeg, cinnamon, and ground ginger. As the gentle orange, malt, pear, and apple settle down, little spicy explosions of ginger and pepper detonate, leaving an aftermath of spiced malt, coffee cake, milk chocolate, and cocoa. Such a wonderful flavor trajectory to behold.

Once upon a time, Carmín de Peumo was your typical ripe and beefy Carmenère, but not here. This offering, harvested in late May (the equivalent of November in the Northern Hemisphere), deals tomato leaf, currant, cranberry and dried-herb aromas in front of a racy palate that's medium in weight. Spicy, leafy red-fruit flavors are oaky and come with notes of cocoa and coffee, while a dry and snappy finish is lean by previously set Carmenère standards.

This is a non-chill filtered bottling. Initially, it’s perfume-centric with highly floral notes until a grain neutralizer sets in, with hints of caramel and vanilla. Cornbread, honey, and slight hints of pepper, herbs, and tobacco. Finishes short with a mouthful of lovely sweet corn pudding.

The Contra Soarda Gaggion Marzemino Nero is a delicious red wine from the Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol region of Italy. Made entirely from the Marzemino Nero grape variety, it boasts a beautiful ruby color and offers aromas of cherry, blackberry, and spices on the nose. On the palate, it is dry, medium-bodied, and well-structured, with flavors of dark fruit, tobacco, and a hint of vanilla. The tannins are firm but well-integrated, leading to a long and satisfying finish.

"Baked apples and pears, laced with white flowers, are complemented by hints of raw almond as the 2020 Bianco Contrada Passochianche (PC) blossoms in the glass. It's elegant and silky in feel, with ripe melon and inner florals that cascade across the palate, as a core of minerality and hints of spice reveal themselves toward the close. The 2020 tapers offincredibly long with a bitter twang, as hints of young peach and inner herbal tones fade. The Passochianche is just a baby today, yet it's packed full of potential. The balance here is unreal. It hails from high-elevation vines (1,000 meters) planted in deep, sandy volcanic soils. Conundrum White is a popular, versatile California white blend known for its tropical fruit, pear, and citrus notes, often featuring Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon, and Viognier (and sometimes Muscat Canelli) with a balance of lushness and bright acidity, offering a complex yet approachable taste with apricot, mango, and melon flavors, perfect for pairing with spicy dishes, seafood, or poultry.

Juniper, coriander and stewed fruits on the nose with some herbs and bright citrus. The palate is balanced and a bit chocolatey. It has a nice texture for the ABV. A slightly peppery finish.

Rich and orange in colour. Botanicals including juniper berries, coriander seed, licorice root, angelica root, lemon peel and orange peel. Sweet and zesty with a slight bitter note, exactly the way marmalade should be!

Displaying hues ranging from garnet to light purple, Copper Moon Shiraz presents a captivating bouquet of plum, black cherry, and licorice. This medium-bodied wine unfolds with smoothness on the palate, offering juicy flavors of plum and cherry. As it concludes, a medley of ripe berries and a hint of sweet spice lingers on the finish, creating a delightful sensory experience. Ideal for pairing with chili, spicy sausage, and hearty winter stews, this Shiraz complements a variety of robust dishes.

Lightly sweet and warming, this unusual small batch whiskey smells a bit like a bakery: cookie dough, nougat, almond, vanilla. The palate also shows almond and vanilla, backed by oak, orange peel and a hint of peach. Sip or mix. Made with “pale malted barley” and aged for 30 months.

Copperworks Cask Finished Gin is a unique gin that has been aged in American oak barrels for a minimum of three months. This aging process imparts flavors of vanilla, caramel, and oak to the gin, giving it a smooth and rich taste. The gin is made using a traditional copper still and is flavored with a blend of botanicals, including juniper, coriander, angelica, and cardamom. Copperworks Cask Finished Gin is best enjoyed neat or on the rocks, but can also be used in a variety of cocktails.

Copperworks Plum Gin is a limited-annual release from Seattle’s Copperworks Distilling Co. that macerates Italian prune plums (roughly 1lb per bottle) in their Small Batch Gin for several months. It features a natural, vibrant plum color, with tasting notes of stewed fruit, dark cherries, tannins, baking spice, and a hint of citrus-forward gin.

Bright straw colour; intense bouquet of peach and acacia flowers, chamomile, melon and yellow flowers. Inviting and fresh with a typical note of a slightly bitter finish. Splendid accompaniment for antipasti and springtime first courses including omelets with wild herbs, savory pies, vegetable soups, stuffed squash blossoms, freshwater seafood and ‘vitello tonnato’ (veal cutlets with tuna sauce). Excellent as an aperitivo.

With 16 months in cask, the Ribera del Duero offers excellent wines made from Tempranillo. Elegant and refined, this will age well- another 15 years easily.

There is a huge balance in which oak accompanies in the distance.Delicate, long, suggestive and intense at the same time and topped with menthol notes of black cocoa.

Taste: Voluminous and full. With black fruit and cocoa, but also freshness. It remembers the landscape of the pine forest of La Horra with freshness after the rain.The tannins are of great quality and forge a feeling of power and elegance at the same time, being voluminous and aerial. A set of fruit, minerality, volume, length and freshness that forms a huge wine.

Excellent to have with meat dishes.
