The GlenAllachie 7 Year Old Hungarian Virgin Oak (Batch 3) is a 48% ABV Speyside single malt, initially aged in American oak barrels and finished for 18 months in rare Hungarian Quercus Petraea oak from the Zemplén forest. It offers a complex profile of heather honey, butterscotch, cinnamon, and ginger, delivering a rich, spicy, and nutty flavor profile with a long finish.

The GlenAllachie 8 Year Old Scottish Virgin Oak is a rare, 46% ABV single malt finished in air-dried, toasted, and charred Scottish Sessile oak casks. It offers a unique, complex flavor profile of heather honey, butterscotch, and ginger, with notes of toasted oak, white chocolate, and orchard fruits, delivering a distinctive, woody, and sweet character.

Glenburgie 11-year-old is a rarely bottled, often independent, Speyside single malt noted for its elegant, fruity, and sweet profile, frequently featuring rich caramel, orchard fruits, and, when sherry-matured, creamy stewed fruits and spice. It generally presents a creamy mouthfeel, offering a delicate, well-balanced experience rather than a heavy, intense dram.

The Chaps at Master of Malt

The nose is rich and full with a well-harnessed sweetness. There are notes of acacia honey and buttery vanilla, notes of mixed wild berries and Creme de fraise. Hints of gooseberries with dry ropes and creamy citrus and smoke. The palate is complex and well-balanced. There are notes of aged Cuban rum with a touch of dark, yet quite subservient peat. The smoke rises gently, coerced by a rather persuasive sherry. The finish is long and smoky with plenty of sherry notes.

Double Gold, San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2021. Glendalough's Double Barrel has sucked the marrow out of two casks, bourbon and oloroso. They each bring their own unique flavour and character. While the bourbon barrels add, among other things, sweet, smooth vanilla notes, the oloroso casks layer on those dried fruit and slightly nutty flavours. And of course these are all accented by almost four years resting in Ireland's mild maritime climate.

Glendalough 7 Year Old Mizunara is a unique Irish single malt matured in bourbon casks and finished in rare, aromatic Japanese Mizunara oak. Bottled at 46% ABV, it features a vibrant, fruity nose and a smooth palate with distinctive notes of dark chocolate orange, sandalwood, and cinnamon, concluding with a long, spicy finish. 

This delight is matured in ex-bourbon barrels for 3 years then finished in virgin Irish oak casks. Aromas and flavours of vanilla, spice, banana custard, with cinnamon, maple, citrus and oak tones. The palate is smooth with a spicy, warm lingering finish.

This award-winning Irish gin struts its stuff with aromas of juniper, lemon, pine, and a light, fresh meadow note. The palate reveals flavours of honeysuckle, spice, and citrus, along with a delicate floral tone. It's medium-bodied and fruity with a long, balanced finish. A great option to create a classic Martini cocktail.

Based on Glendalough’s classic Wild Gin, this small-batch variant has been redistilled with extra fruit, flowers and spices – and includes fragrant rose petals. Glendalough uses three varieties of rose to create a complex floral character, including wild Irish roses, Heritage Roses and Damask Roses, which also give a delicate pink colour to this gin.

The Glendronach 10 Year Old Vintage 2013 is a Canadian-exclusive Highland single malt, aged in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks. Bottled at 43% ABV, it features a rich, natural color and is non-chill filtered. It offers a complex profile of Seville blood orange, cherry, and winter-spiced cocoa, with a lasting finish of oak and red berries.

The GlenDronach 10 Year Old is a richly sherried Highland single malt, matured in fine Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry casks. A dram which encapsulates the heritage and terroir of Forgue: a cornucopia of brambles, ripe barley and resinous oak, with a long, lingering finish. Nose: A dance of Seville blood orange and cherry, with harvest-ripe barley, roast chestnuts and winter-spiced cocoa.
Palate: Sweet Valencia orange and Morello cherries with rolling waves of ripe barley. As the flavour deepens, savour dark currants, praline toffee and earthy brambles.
Finish: A richly satisfying, lingering finish of orange-laced tobacco and ground nutmeg.

Aged for twelve years in Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry casks, this whisky presents a deep amber hue with captivating red highlights. Enticing aromas of sweet vanilla, figs, and a subtle hint of ginger mingle with enticing sherry notes. On the palate, it offers a luxurious and velvety-smooth texture, unveiling rich oak, sweet sherry, and succulent raisin flavors. The finish is medium in length, leaving a lingering, spicy sensation that tantalizes the senses.

The GlenDronach Port Wood is inspired by the historical import of casked port into Scotland during the 19th century. During the 1800s, port was ‘de rigueur', and many of the finest port pipes would travel from Portugal, down its Douro River, destined for the wine cellars of Scotland's gentry. Whilst many years have passed, Portugal's majestic Douro Valley is still renowned for its exceptional port. We have selected some of its finest port pipes to house The GlenDronach for a second maturation period of three years. Our Master Blender has expertly combined the whisky from these port pipes, to create a fruit-filled ten-year-old expression, with layers of ripe berries rolling into its signature long, lingering finish.

A great whisky holding all the flavours of all the Glenfarclas in one glass. Don't be afraid of the strength the smoothness makes the 105 drinkable at cask strength. However, adding a little water allows you to fully explore its great depth.
