The Giribaldi Langhe DOC Merlot is a 100% Merlot, organic red wine from Rodello, Piedmont, offering red fruit, dark cherry, tobacco, and vanilla notes with a warm, full palate and hints of liquorice, ideal with red meats, game, and hard cheeses, served at 16-18°C. Produced by the family-owned Giribaldi estate, it's a taste of the rich Langhe terroir, showcasing elegance and balance.

This wine is bright and focused, with a lasting finish. Its aromas and flavors of black fruit and pinpoint minerality should pair it beautifully with rosemary-accented lamb kebobs. 

Cantina Girlan is a cooperative winery located in the Alto Adige (South Tyrol/Südtirol) region, dating back to 1923 with 23 winegrowers. Today the winery belongs to 200 winegrowing families on a total of 230 hectares; hence, each grower farms an average of 1,15 ha. Grapes are harvested by hand and sustainable methods are utilized to protect the soil and overall environment. Native grape varieties, such as Pinot Bianco, Pinot Noir and Vernatsch (Schiava) are the focus.

The Vicini family, established near Pescara around 1500, has been engaged in agriculture since their wool merchant days, with their wine cantina built in 1853. Recently, Chiara Ciavolich inherited the vineyards from her aunt Giuliana Vicini and launched the Giuliana Vicini label to honour her grandmother and showcase the terroir. This crisp Pecorino wine, sourced from vineyards near Miglianico at 250 meters elevation, offers refreshing citrus and white flower notes. Once thought extinct, Pecorino is now prized in Italy’s eastern coastal regions. Vinified in stainless steel, it serves as a vibrant alternative to Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio!

The Giuseppe Cortese Barbaresco Riserva "Rabajà" is a premium wine made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes grown in the Rabajà cru in the Barbaresco subregion of Piedmont. It is aged for a minimum of 36 months in oak barrels and then further refined in the bottle before release. The wine has a deep ruby red color and aromas of ripe red fruits, violet, spices, and tobacco. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with firm tannins and a long, persistent finish. This wine has received critical acclaim for its complexity, elegance, and aging potential. The Magnum size bottle is ideal for aging and for special occasions.

Giusti Augusto Recantina is a red wine produced by Giusti Wine winery located in Veneto, Italy. The wine is made using 100% Recantina grapes, which are grown in the vineyards surrounding the winery. Recantina is an indigenous grape variety of Veneto, known for its intense color, tannins, and high acidity. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged in French oak barrels for 12 months, followed by bottle aging for an additional 6 months. On the nose, the wine exhibits aromas of blackberry, blueberry, and a hint of vanilla. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, with firm tannins and a good balance of acidity. Flavors of dark fruit, spice, and a hint of chocolate are present. This wine is a great pairing with red meat dishes, game, and aged cheeses.

Giusti Riserva is our first trail of grappa aged in “barriques” previously used to hold local superior red wines and for which a new one-of-a-kind technique has been to treat the staves. Giusti Riserva grappa is a blend, that is, a grappa made up from several spirits made from different grape marcs of different vintages. In this case the grappa has been aged for 6 years. The one-wine Troncais oak barrels imaprt characteristic features to the product. The fullness of the flavour is enhanced by chocolate made with 65% cocoa, or by a sprinkling of orange peel and for those who really want to spoil themselves, with a good Cuban cigar.

Nose: Dried dark fruits with tropical undertones on the nose, followed by hints of biscuit, oak and freshly cut grass.

Palate: Sweet butterscotch with a crème brulee char on the pallet. Hints of freshly sliced pear, dried figs, dates and raisin with sweet almond, honey and creamy shortbread notes.

Finish: A long finish of thickly spread orange marmalade, nutmeg notes underpinned by complex woodiness and a slight spice.

As you can probably figure out from the name, this is a peated expression, made specifically with heather-rich peat from the highlands. After distillation, the whisky was matured in first-fill ex-sherry casks and allowed a finishing period in virgin oak casks . the experience is a wonderfully floral and welcoming sweet BBQ smoke on the nose with floral undertones throughout. Notes of rich toffee and dark fruits combine on the palate with hints of tobacco leaf and dried apricots before a wonderfully rich and long finish with a hint of spice.
Glasgow 1770 Peated was named ‘Best Lowland Single Malt Whisky in 2020, 2021 and 2022' and is an absolute must for any peated whisky fans.

The Glasgow Distillery Company has gone and distilled its whisky not once, not twice, but thrice! This is its Triple Distilled single malt Scotch whisky, which has been fully matured in virgin oak casks, and it gets bottled up at 46% ABV without any chill-filtration or additional colouring. It's got that traditional triple-distilled lightness to it, but packs plenty of complexity in there too.

Glen Garioch 2011 vintages, often released by independent bottlers like Signatory Vintage or Adelphi, are generally described as vibrant, 12-to-13-year-old Highland single malts matured in first-fill bourbon or oloroso sherry casks. The founder's reserve is quintessential Glen Garioch; it pours a bright amber colour with aromas of sweet vanilla, grapefruit, green apple and subtle spice; the palate has buttery creaminess leading to more flavours of vanilla and green apple; citrus notes add to the cleanliness while the finish remains subtle and elegant.

The "Third Chapter" of this distillery's "Renaissance Series," this 17-year-old Glen Garioch whisky was originally available only in select whisky shops and the distillery’s visitor center. Positioned just below the 18-year-old offering, it is matured in a mix of sherry and former Bourbon casks, delivering a warm, well-aged dram with an excellent balance of spirit and cask types. At 50.8% ABV, it offers notes of Seville orange marmalade, dried apricots in syrup, burnt sugar, vanilla fudge, honey on buttered toast, milk chocolate, and cinnamon, embodying a classic Highlander with a spicy style and satisfying complexity!

Glen Garioch (prounouced 'Geery') is one of the oldest operating distilleries in Scotland, located in the quaint and historic town of Oldmeldrum, near Aberdeen, the most easterly located. They've been distilling since 1797, but 200 years in 1997, they re-opened after being closed for two years and started the Renaissance line. This 18-year-old is the 4th and final chapter in the lineup, understanding the character of an 18 year old. Matured for 18 years in both bourbon and sherry barrels, this light golden amber Scotch has a nose of honey, toffee, vanilla and some white chocolate. The taste is big and bold with oaky spices, pepper and cinnamon and a long, smooth finish.

A 12 year old Glen Grant single malt, launched in mid-2016 with a rather sleek and handsome new bottle design. Still shows off the classic Glen Grant style - honey'd malt, sugared almond and ripe apple notes galore!

The Glen Grant 18 Year Old is an award-winning Speyside single malt Scotch whisky, matured in ex-bourbon and remade hogshead casks to produce a bright golden color. It is characterized by a rich, floral aroma with oaky undertones, delivering a palate of creamy caramel, vanilla, and dried fruits (raisins, pear) with a long, sweet, and gently spiced finish.

The nose of the 62er Grant has a multi-faceted range of aromas that are creamy, intense, and characterful. Hazelnuts and woody spices rise from the glass, with hints of chocolate, vanilla, and honey. Undertones of furniture polish and leather can also be detected, as well as raisins in rum and caramel infused with peppermint. As you inhale, you are greeted with a dignified and old-fashioned bouquet that stimulates salivation.

The first sip is mild and velvety, with a balance of creamy sweetness and fruity flavors. The second sip reveals the appearance of citrus fruits and tart, spicy wood tones. The wooden sharpness lingers in the mouth and is accompanied by old walnuts, dark caramel, dried orange peel, and dark chocolate. The flavors of raisins, cherries, leather, and tobacco gradually come to the forefront, along with cedar wood and sweetish tobacco. The finish is powerful and voluminous, pulling the flavors down the throat and leaving behind dark fruit flavors, woody spices, leather, tobacco, and fresh peppermint. The complex flavors blend together to leave a contented smile on your face.

Glen Scotia Double Cask Rum Cask Finish Single Malt Scotch Whisky beautifully marries the traditional maritime qualities of Campbeltown malt with the sweet, tropical influence of Caribbean rum casks. Initially aged in first-fill bourbon barrels, then finished in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. On the nose, ripe peaches, apricots, vanilla, caramel, and mildly smoky sherry surface. The slightly viscous palate offers more sherry, wood spices, cinnamon, salted caramel, oak, peanuts, and a hint of salt. The finish is medium in length, herbal, and drying, with sea salt.

The GlenAllachie 10 Year Old Spanish Virgin Oak (Batch 3) is a 48% ABV Speyside single malt matured in American oak ex-bourbon barrels, followed by a secondary maturation in toasted and charred Spanish oak (Quercus Robur) casks from the Cantabrian Mountains. It features a rich, mahogany hue with, a spicy profile of dried fruits, maraschino cherries, and ginger.

The GlenAllachie 10 Year Old Cask Strength Batch 7 (2022) is a 56.8% ABV Speyside single malt matured in a combination of Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry puncheons, along with Virgin Oak and Rioja casks.
