Named for the Norman princess who lived around Cirò in the 11th century, the Mabilia is made from 100% Gaglioppo grapes. The juice is left on the skins for 24 hours, with only a delicate pink colour extracted, and the resulting wine being very fruity with notes of watermelon, red cherry, and roses. Fresh, lively, and fruity, this rosato is a great match for chicken, turkey and fish dishes.

With over 170 years of history the Ippolito winery is the oldest in the region of Calabria and only grows native cultivars on old vines. Greco Bianco is likely the highest quality white grape variety, growing here for 1000 years – a true autochthonous variety.
