The Robert Keenan Winery is located in the Spring Mountain District, high in the Mayacamas mountain range above the town of Saint Helena. We planted eleven acres of Merlot vines in the rocky soils surrounding the winery, and we believe this mountainside vineyard produces some of the finest Merlot in all of Napa Valley. Sited above the dense fog that creeps up the Napa Valley most evenings, the vineyard warms earlier in the morning, and temperatures remain warm throughout the night. Combining these warm temperatures, steep hillside vine rows, and gravelly soils promotes stress on the vines, increasing the intensity of flavours and aromas in the finished wine.

Ken Forrester Silver Rose is a 100% Grenache rosé from Stellenbosch, South Africa, featuring a delicate, light pink color and a refined, dry profile. It offers notes of strawberry, red berries, and pomegranate, with a medium-bodied, structured, and elegant palate. It is typically aged on fine lees for 9 months.

"Lush fruits of black cherry, blackberry and red plum. Rich notes of freshly turned earth, magnolia flower and sweet touches of white chocolate. Young round silky tannins provide a long finish. These soil series were born from the volcanic eruptions of the Blue Mountains 15 million years ago, which created basalt islands that still sit on the top of Northern Willamette Valley hills. This representation of those volcanic soil series is specifically from the Eola-Amity Hills AVA. Ken Wright has been working with their Estate vineyards in the Eola-Amity Hills since the late 80s and they are now firmly tapped into the volcanic basalt parent material. White rose petals, sandalwood, and powdered sugar emanate from the glass. The sharp yet elegant palate is filled with zesty citrus, white chocolate, and a hint of clove. A velvety texture coats the mouth, leading to a long, satisfying finish of dried fruits and warm spices.

Batch #12, blended by Rhea, features a unique mix of well-aged, bold bourbons: 7- to 14-year-old bourbons combined with two different 4-year-old bourbons. The Kentucky Owl Mardi Gras XO Cask Limited Edition is an exclusive release crafted by finishing an 11-year-old Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey in Bayou Rum XO Casks for over a year. This unique whiskey, celebrating Mardi Gras and Louisiana pride, is bottled at 102.8 proof (51.4% ABV). On the nose, it offers robust toasted rye bread notes with farm-fresh sweet butter, cinnamon, allspice, and nutmeg. The palate is rich with flavors of rye whiskey and sweet butter whipped with allspice, culminating in a smooth finish with sweet, buttery notes and a warming nutmeg coda.

The name "Confiscated" pays tribute to a warehouse of Kentucky Owl barrels lost in 1916. As Prohibition loomed, government forces, emboldened by the temperance movement's growing influence, seized over $40 million worth of bourbon from then-Master Blender C.M. Dedman. This event, coupled with the devastating impact of Prohibition, led to Kentucky Owl's decline into obscurity. Nearly a century later, Dedman's great-great-grandson, Master Blender Dixon Dedman, revived the brand, drawing inspiration from these long-lost barrels for his latest release.

Kilbeggan Irish Whiskey is a blended Irish whiskey known for its smooth, malty character and warming finish, resulting from a blend of malt and grain whiskies. It's double distilled, which is less common for Irish whiskey, but contributes to its robust flavor profile. The whiskey features aromas of honey, vanilla, and toasted wood, with flavors of vanilla, cereal, and spice. It's often enjoyed neat, in Irish coffee, or in cocktails.

The very first edition from the Sakurao distillery, Kinbu vodka is unique in being entirely distilled from Yamada Nishiki rice, the most prized sake rice. Kinokawa Nigori is a 15% ABV, premium Japanese cloudy sake from Nagasaki, featuring a creamy, opaque appearance with visible rice solids. It offers an aromatic, off-dry, medium-bodied experience with notes of Granny Smith apple, banana, and savory hints like marinated mushrooms. It is best served chilled, offering a smooth finish with hints of horchata.

Kirakucho Honjozo is a smooth, versatile, and lightly aromatic sake from Kita Brewery in Shiga, featuring a 65% rice polishing rate (using Yamadanishiki/Nihonbare). It offers a balanced, rounded texture with subtle rice umami and a clean finish. This "Notu" style brew is excellent at various temperatures, from chilled to warmed. 

The "Kirkland 8 Year Whisky - Year of the Horse" likely refers to a special edition of Kirkland's popular 8-Year-Old Blended Scotch, bottled by Alexander Murray, featuring special Chinese New Year (Year of the Horse) packaging, offering soft vanilla, caramel, oak spice, and a hint of peat on the nose/palate, known for its excellent value and smooth, easy-drinking profile.

Schladerer Black Forest Kirsch is a crystal-clear, unsweetened fruit brandy (eau-de-vie) distilled from fully ripened sweet and sour cherries from Germany's Black Forest. Bottled at 42% ABV, it features a rich, fruit-forward cherry aroma and taste, balanced by subtle, signature almond and dark chocolate notes from the pits.

Coca-Cola, rich spice, dark chocolate, roasted walnuts, licorice root, maple syrup, Luxardo cherries, and varnish on the nose.
