This spumante has a beautiful coral pink colour. On the nose, it reveals scents of small red berries, honey and apple. Crisp palate with citrus character mixed with cranberries and raspberries. Copperworks Cask Finished Gin is a unique gin that has been aged in American oak barrels for a minimum of three months. This aging process imparts flavors of vanilla, caramel, and oak to the gin, giving it a smooth and rich taste. The gin is made using a traditional copper still and is flavored with a blend of botanicals, including juniper, coriander, angelica, and cardamom. Copperworks Cask Finished Gin is best enjoyed neat or on the rocks, but can also be used in a variety of cocktails.

Profumi della Costiera Limoncello distinguishes itself by eschewing additives and preservatives, sourcing its lemons exclusively from the pristine Amalfi coast of Campania near Ravello. Unlike conventional methods, they incorporate twice the usual amount of lemons, ensuring a heightened intensity of flavor and aroma. The result is a delightful Limoncello boasting vibrant notes of lemon zest, meringue, and sweet apple blossom, capturing the essence of the sun-drenched Amalfi coast in every sip.

It began with rather normal temperatures and precipitation, promoting budbreak that was in line with the historical average of the region. Spring, and in particular the month of May, was characterized by frequent rainfall and temperatures slightly below average. The summer months were generally hot and dry, without noticeable spikes, providing optimal ripening conditions for the Merlot, Cabernet & Sangiovese grapes that comprise this wine. A windy and cooler September insured healthy & phenolically mature clusters were obtained during harvest. Tasting Notes Intensely red in colour with purple reflections, this wine contains aromas of forest berries, sweet spice and vanilla bean. Round and harmonious on the palate, this wine has sweet tannins and a delicate finish.
