After long careers as a soldier and a nurse, Peter and Jane Clark bought a sheep paddock in the Awatere Valley of New Zealand's Marlborough and there they established Clark Estate and planted 20 acres of Sauvignon Blanc from scratch. The Clericus label is one of four labels reserved for their finest wines. This Sauvignon Blanc is powerful and concentrated, packed with ripe stone fruit flavours and layered with exotic tropical aromas created by the use of wild yeast and selective use of oak. This is not your typical New Zealand sauvignon blanc and absolutely gorgeous!

Clos de los Siete is a red wine produced in the Mendoza region of Argentina. The wine is a blend of several grape varieties, including Malbec, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Franc.

The name "Clos de los Siete" refers to a group of seven vineyards that were established in the late 1990s by Michel Rolland, a renowned Bordeaux-based winemaker. The vineyards are located in the foothills of the Andes Mountains, at an altitude of around 1,000 meters above sea level.

The wine is known for its rich, complex flavor profile, with notes of dark fruit, spices, and chocolate. It has a full-bodied texture and a long, smooth finish. Clos de los Siete is typically aged in oak barrels for 12 to 18 months before being bottled.

Clos Figueras is located in Gratallops, within the Priorat Qualified Designation of Origin. The property was purchased in 1997 by Charlotte and Christopher Cannan. Clos Figueras owns an original estate of old Garnacha and Cariñena vineyards. In addition, other varieties such as Syrah, Cabernet and Viognier have been planted. The Clos Figueres wine is made of a blend of grenache and carignan from 80 year old vines.The nose shows lively red cherry and black fruit flavours with a touch of classy oak. Young and fresh with the classic mineral character of the Priorat. The palate is smooth and rich with great finesse, depth and class. Ageing potential for up to 20 years.

Clyde May’s Alabama Style Whiskey from Conecuh Ridge Distillery bears the name of the man responsible for the brand, Clyde May. Clyde crafted his first spirits in 1946, but it wasn’t until 2001 that the distilling operation was made legal. The company built its name around this popular “Alabama Style Whiskey”, which according to their website is finished with a hint of apple and is the Official State Spirit of Alabama. Clyde May’s Alabama Style Whiskey is bottled at 85 proof. The mashbill is 55% corn, 30% rye, and 15% barley. The whiskey is aged 6 to 7 years in oak barrels and is finished with a hint of apple.

The Clynelish Distillery, situated in Brora, Highlands, Scotland, has a rich history dating back to 1819, with the current facility established in 1967 alongside the original Brora distillery.
