Copperworks Cask Finished Gin is a unique gin that has been aged in American oak barrels for a minimum of three months. This aging process imparts flavors of vanilla, caramel, and oak to the gin, giving it a smooth and rich taste. The gin is made using a traditional copper still and is flavored with a blend of botanicals, including juniper, coriander, angelica, and cardamom. Copperworks Cask Finished Gin is best enjoyed neat or on the rocks, but can also be used in a variety of cocktails.

Bright straw colour; intense bouquet of peach and acacia flowers, chamomile, melon and yellow flowers. Inviting and fresh with a typical note of a slightly bitter finish. Profumi della Costiera Limoncello distinguishes itself by eschewing additives and preservatives, sourcing its lemons exclusively from the pristine Amalfi coast of Campania near Ravello. It began with rather normal temperatures and precipitation, promoting budbreak that was in line with the historical average of the region. Spring, and in particular the month of May, was characterized by frequent rainfall and temperatures slightly below average.
