The 2018 Cosecha bottling is crafted from over-ripe Highland pinto Blue Weber agave cultivated at an altitude of 5,019 feet in the mineral-rich CALICHE soil of Vista Hermosa, Micohoacán, the southernmost region within the D.O. This unique terroir, saturated with calcium carbonate, imparts a heightened minerality to Tequila Fuenteseca Cosecha 2018, beautifully complementing its pure agave essence, characterized by notes of sweet, cooked yams, and warm baking spices.

Fukucho Seaside is a premium sake produced by Imada Sake Brewery, located in the Hiroshima Prefecture of Japan. It is made using high-quality Yamada Nishiki rice and pure water sourced from a nearby mountain. Fukucho Seaside is a junmai ginjo style sake, which means it is brewed using only rice, water, yeast, and koji mold without any added alcohol. Fuller's Vintage Ale 2025 is a limited-edition, bottle-conditioned strong ale with an 8.4% ABV, brewed with a blend of modern and traditional hops and rich malts. It features a modern Czech hop (Most™) for red fruit and citrus notes, combined with UK hops (Pioneer and Phoenix) for lemon and molasses flavors. The malt bill includes dark crystal malt for raisin and fruitcake notes and Caragold for caramel sweetness, resulting in a complex flavor profile of chocolate, caramel, and citrus, with a rich and smooth finish.

If you're looking for Beaujolais Cru, look no further. Of the 10 Cru, CLS has wines from seven. Rather than sourcing the grapes from all across the Beaujolais region, each individual Cru has their own terroir and soil structure; all made with 100% Gamay with the resulting wines unique and set-apart from each other. At the foot of the Côte du Py are the “Grand Cras” plots, a magnificent terroir composed of compacted sediments from the Côte du Py (a mixture of schist, metamorphic rock, and clay) and decomposing granite. This unique blend with the 75-year old vines produces wines with great character and complexity.
The Grand Cras is very complex and powerful. As it opens up, it presents notes of red fruit. The tannins are mature, leading into a velvety and persistent finish reminiscent of a Burgundian Pinot Noir.

Gekkeikan Junmai Nigori (720ml) is a premium, unfiltered, and cloudy Japanese sake known for its creamy, rich texture and sweet, refreshing taste. With a 10%-11% ABV, it features notes of yogurt, banana, and pineapple, providing a smooth finish. It is best served chilled, often paired with spicy foods, BBQ, or desserts.

The nose is spicier than that of Pommard, with notes of cloves and peppers that intertwine with nuances of wild berries. The fruit emerges gradually from aeration. The flavour corresponds to the aromas: the wine is nicely full-bodied, with a grain of crunchy tannin and a frank vitality, it is the energy of Volnay that speaks and the wine is both built and lifted: molto vivace, as the musicians - it will give the right tempo to the best roast poultry.

Etienne Julien presents a high-quality Nuits-Saint-Georges with his balanced 2019 vintage! The nose reveals black fruit lard notes, violets and undeniable minerals. Spices and slightly woody notes take over as it evolves. On the palate, it has a beautiful structure and drinkability despite everything. It has a potential to be kept for 10 years.

Raphet is shy and prefers to let the majesty of his Pinot Noir wines do the talking. Clos de Vougeot is a highly regarded appellation with over 80 producers owning very small plots. As such, the wines vary considerably in both style and quality. Raphet's wines are amongst some of the best wines produced here, with grapes coming from 60-80 year old vines. The rsulting wine is structured, yet suave with notes of raspberry, black cherry, earth and baking spices.

This entry-level Gibson’s is cut from the same fine cloth as the exquisite Gibson’s 18 and their lavishly flavorful 12 year old.
