Malfy Gin Rosa is a pink gin characterized by its bright and delicious Sicilian pink grapefruit and Italian rhubarb flavors, along with Italian juniper and five other botanicals. It offers a juicy, fresh grapefruit taste with a subtle sweetness, a rich juniper finish, and a hint of rose. The gin is designed to be mixed with tonic or used in cocktails, rather than enjoyed neat.

Bright, forceful and slightly reductive, this white is aged less than a year in neutral French oak, allowing the fruit to speak and offer richness on the midpalate. Gingerbread and lemongrass flavors accent its essential core of green apple fruit.

The red wine "Prugnolo" Valtellina Superiore from Cantina Rainoldi is named after the "Prunus Spinosa," a decorative shrub that grows near the vineyards and whose blue berries ripen in autumn, coinciding with the harvest period. Made from the noble Nebbiolo grape, "Prugnolo" is a structured and full-bodied wine, crafted from carefully selected grapes from the terraces of Valtellina Superiore. It undergoes a pre-fermentation cryo-maceration lasting about 60 hours, followed by controlled-temperature maceration with continuous pumpover. The wine then matures for approximately twelve months in small oak barrels previously used for Sfursat Fruttaio Ca' Rizzieri. Afterward, it is blended in stainless steel tanks and aged in bottle for at least 9 months before being released.

The Tomatin 30 Year Old Single Malt delivers fresh aromas of soft fruits, golden honey, and smooth white chocolate. On the palate, it presents a fusion of tropical fruits and creamy buttered vanilla, mingling with an explosion of sensational mixed spices.

The Tollot-Beaut family is a based at Chorey-Les-Beaune with vineyards located in Beaune, Savigny, Aloxe-Corton and a small holding in Corton Charlemagne. The 2020 Corton Grand Cru, which comes from Les Combes as usual (though not on the label), has a lovely nose with brambly red fruit, black truffle and subtle pencil box aromas. The palate is medium-bodied with saturated tannins, very fine tension and an almost sorbet-fresh, quite mouth-coating finish. It will require time in bottle...but this Corton will be worth the wait.

This aromatic spirit is scented with citrus peel, rose Turkish delight, florist shop notes, honeycomb, candied orange halves, pear, and gentle wood spices. The palate begins with fruity flavors of citrus, dried apple, and star fruit, transitioning to a creamy texture with vanilla, malt, Oreos, and oak tannins. This 100% Pinot Noir has ripe black cherry, black currant, violet and mineral notes. The palate is dense, yet elegant with ripe fruit and fine tannins. A consistently underrated site from a wonderful domaine.

These specially selected eaux-de-vie are aged in Limousin oak casks called tierçons and expertly blended to create our signature cognac. Each drop of LOUIS XIII cognac represents decades of craftsmanship and know-how, meticulously overseen by generations of Cellar Masters, ensuring a unique taste of time that will endure for centuries. The LOUIS XIII City of Lights – 1900 edition is presented in a limited series of 2,000 numbered decanters, inspired by a 16th-century flask uncovered from the site of the Battle of Jarnac and later owned by LOUIS XIII founder, Paul-Émile Rémy Martin. Handcrafted by skilled artisans, the decanter features 13 dentelle spikes, seven 18ct gold fleur-de-lys, and a central medallion. It includes an upturned decanter-shaped stopper with NFC technology, allowing registration with the LOUIS XIII Society and receipt of a unique numbered medal minted by the Monnaie de Paris.

Anne Parent and her sister Catherine are the 12th generation of the family running the Domaine. The Les Chaponnieres vineyard is 2.89ha lying south of the village of Pommard, above the Les Croix vineyard. The wines here have fleshy fruit, with aspicy nose, raspberry and cherry hints, together hints of licorice.

From vines planted in 1922, from a relatively low-lying vineyard towards the border with Volnay. Les Cras comes from the word ‘craie’ which translates as lime. Low yielding from a parcel of less than 0.5ha.

The bouquet is excellent, very deep, all about the fruit. Just a few strawberries but the raspberry dominates. Perhaps some deep red cherry too. This limited edition release from Laphroaig, bottled in March 2017, underwent a unique maturation process. Initially aged in refill hogsheads, a portion was transferred to refill quarter casks, while the rest remained in first-fill bourbon barrels. After a total of 27 years of aging, the whiskies were blended and bottled at 41.7% ABV.

An impressive 1952 Glen Grant single malt from Gordon & MacPhail's Private Collection, matured in a single first-fill sherry butt for 70 years, was bottled to honour the Platinum Jubilee of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II on 6 February 2022, the date of her accession. The nose reveals aromas of beeswax, ripe figs, toffee, orange zest, raisins, and aged leather, while the palate offers notes of blackberry compote, clementine, milk chocolate, black pepper, and a hint of wood smoke, all lingering through the finish.

The nose of the 62er Grant has a multi-faceted range of aromas that are creamy, intense, and characterful. Hazelnuts and woody spices rise from the glass, with hints of chocolate, vanilla, and honey. Undertones of furniture polish and leather can also be detected, as well as raisins in rum and caramel infused with peppermint. As you inhale, you are greeted with a dignified and old-fashioned bouquet that stimulates salivation.

The first sip is mild and velvety, with a balance of creamy sweetness and fruity flavors. The second sip reveals the appearance of citrus fruits and tart, spicy wood tones. The wooden sharpness lingers in the mouth and is accompanied by old walnuts, dark caramel, dried orange peel, and dark chocolate. The flavors of raisins, cherries, leather, and tobacco gradually come to the forefront, along with cedar wood and sweetish tobacco. The finish is powerful and voluminous, pulling the flavors down the throat and leaving behind dark fruit flavors, woody spices, leather, tobacco, and fresh peppermint. The complex flavors blend together to leave a contented smile on your face.

This 45 year old single malt was created to commemorate the Master Distiller's 45 years in the whisky making business. An assemblage of whisky from the distillery's most exceptional casks, it was initially matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, then matured in Cabernet Sauvignon barriques. It is transferred back into American white oak ex-bourbon casks before maturing in Tawny port pipes which have held 20 year old port for the penultimate stage. The precious liquid is then married together with aged whisky matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks and aged Port Colheita pipes.Only 500 bottles made globally.

Clos Figueras is located in Gratallops, within the Priorat Qualified Designation of Origin. The property was purchased in 1997 by Charlotte and Christopher Cannan. Clos Figueras owns an original estate of old Garnacha and Cariñena vineyards. In addition, other varieties such as Syrah, Cabernet and Viognier have been planted. The Clos Figueres wine is made of a blend of grenache and carignan from 80 year old vines.The nose shows lively red cherry and black fruit flavours with a touch of classy oak. Young and fresh with the classic mineral character of the Priorat. The palate is smooth and rich with great finesse, depth and class. Ageing potential for up to 20 years.

The tequila spends five years aging, initially in American whiskey casks and then in Spanish casks that previously contained sherry, bestowing a sublime touch.

Made in only the best vintages, the grapes for the Trefiano Carmignano Riserva come from five hectares of vineyards surrounding the historic Villa di Trefiano located in the Carmignano DOCG. The Trefiano DOCG is made from a blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Canaiolo. The wine is aged in tonneaux for 16 months and a further year in a bottle. Ruby red colour, medium-bodied, with black plum fruit, balanced acidity and tannins. Complex with good age-ability.

The family owns 18 hectares between La Morra, Serralunga d'Alba, Monforte d'Alba, including 4 Barolo Cru's: R56 (Brandini), Annunziata, Meriame and Cerretta. Annunziata is a Cru with a 6200 bottle production. The wine is elegant, yet with great concentration. Notes of red fruits, roses and sweet tobacco on the nose, with a silky, refined tannic finish.

This 2021 bottling of Bowmore was distilled in 1989 and matured for 30 years in a combination of sherry hogsheads and bourbon barrels. Aged in the legendary Bowmore No. 1 Vaults, this edition is selected from just two casks each year.

The Prulke is a white wine that is a blend of 60% Sauvignon, 20% Vitovska, 20% Malvasia Istriana, the last two native grapes of the region. The name Prulke refers to the land where the grapes are grown; directly below Prepotto, the town where Zidarich was born and the location of the winery.

Benjamin Zidarich was born and raised in the Carso area of Friuli Venezia-Giulia. The land is in his blood and his great passion for his home translates into making wines that reflect the terroir. The Prulke is a white wine that is a blend of 60% Sauvignon, 20% Vitovska, 20% Malvasia Istriana, the last two native grapes of the region. The name Prulke refers to the land where the grapes are grown; directly below Prepotto, the town where Zidarich was born and the location of the winery.  The wine is a medium-bodied light orange wine with saltiness and minerality, but also with a bit of oily, silky texture and more expressed citrus and herbal aromas.

The Auchentoshan 1988 PX Sherry Cask Finish showcases the facility’s renowned triple distillation process, offering a rich yet approachable complexity of flavors. This 29-year-aged whisky, matured in Spanish oak casks seasoned with Pedro Ximénez sherry, delights with notes of dark chocolate, caramel, oranges, and raisins, complemented by a touch of sherry sweetness. Perfect for warming up those late winter days.

Founded in 1948, the winery is operated by the brother and sister team of Lorella et Alberto Antoniolo. Their mother, Rosanna, remains a legend in this corner of Italy. They produce wines of purity and elegance, with much softer tannins than the nebbiolos of Langhe. Like all traditionally-made nebbiolo, delicate aromas and light colour are but appearance. These are wines of great complexity, depth and density. The single vineyard of San Francesco has a south-west facing exposure with 3000-3500 bottles produced per year, the nose has intense, fruity notes of ripe plum, black sour cherry and sweet spices. The palate is smooth, delicate and well-balanced.

Antica Torino Amaro della Sacra is a bitter liqueur that is made using a blend of herbs, roots, and spices. It is produced in the Piedmont region of Italy, where it has been a popular drink for over a century. The liqueur has a deep amber color and a complex flavor profile that is both bitter and sweet. It is often enjoyed as an after-dinner digestif, and is said to aid in digestion. The recipe for Antica Torino Amaro della Sacra is a closely guarded secret, but it is known to contain ingredients such as gentian root, wormwood, and orange peel. The liqueur is typically served neat or on the rocks, and can also be used as a cocktail ingredient.

The palate is medium-bodied with ripe, saturated tannins and again, here, I find the new oak more pronounced and perhaps just detracting a little from its delineation and mineralité on the finish. High West Rendezvous Rye is a blend of straight rye whiskeys aged in white oak barrels, known for its spicy and complex flavor profile. It typically features notes of cinnamon, vanilla, caramel, and toasted walnuts. The blend includes a 95% rye mashbill from MGP of Indiana and an 80% rye, 20% malted rye from High West Distillery itself. It is bottled at 46% ABV.

The Irishman Caribbean Cask Finish is an Irish whiskey known for its unique rum cask finish, which adds a tropical twist to the traditional Irish whiskey profile. It is a blend of Single Malt and Single Pot Still whiskeys, initially matured in American oak bourbon barrels, then finished in rum casks from St. Lucia. This process imparts notes of tropical fruits, caramel, and oak, with a smooth, sweet finish.
