Old Forester 1870 Original Batch pays homage to George Garvin Brown's original batching method. In his time, Brown combined barrels from three distilleries to achieve a consistent flavor profile. To replicate this process today, we meticulously select barrels from three warehouses, each originating from a distinct day of production, with varying entry proofs and age profiles.

These three iterations of Old Forester are then blended to create Old Forester 1870 Original Batch. This 90-proof bourbon is minimally filtered to honour the techniques available to George Garvin Brown during that era.

Ben Nevis Distillery is a distillery in Scotland that is located at Lochy Bridge in Fort William and sits just at the base of Ben Nevis, the highest mountain in the British Isles, which rises to 4,409 feet above sea level. A coastal distillery in the Western Highlands, Ben Nevis draws its water from the Allt a'Mhuilinn which originates from two pools, Coire Leis and Coire na'Ciste. Matured wholly in air-dried, hand-selected ex-bourbon casks, the 'unashamedly excellent' Old Pulteney 12-years-old is the definitive expression in the Old Pulteney family.
Traditionally crafted using techniques that other distillers have long abandoned, this winner of numerous gold medals at the most prestigious international competitions is a high water-mark of quality spirits. Deep amber, red golden (with a slight pink hue) sparkling with a copper glow. Medium to high intensity with a briny hint of sea air.

This expression replaces the previous 17 year old, and has been aged in bourbon and second-fill American oak casks, followed by a period in first-fill Spanish oak oloroso butts. Sherry is immediately obvious on the nose, with fresh-baked fruitcake aromas, honey, and allspice. Old Vines In Young Hands Red is a vibrant, medium-bodied Portuguese wine from the Douro Valley, produced by Adega Vila Real. The estate vineyards of Opus One, comprised of 4 parcels, sit in the western portion of the famed Oakville AVA. Two parcels, totaling 100 acres, are within the renowned To Kalon Vineyard. These are complemented by the combined 70 acres of the Ballestra and River parcels, which envelop the winery. In the vineyards, hand-harvesting and other traditional approaches are taken wherever they work best. When modern techniques benefit the winegrowing process, they are researched, evaluated and integrated into practice.

The 2022 Opus One is an elegant, balanced Napa Valley red blend, characterized by an early harvest, bright fruit, and intense aromatics, yielding a sophisticated profile despite a warm vintage. It is characterized by 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, with Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Malbec, aging 18 months in new French oak.

Orin Swift "8 Years in the Desert" is a bold, full-bodied California red blend (Zinfandel, Syrah, Petite Sirah, Grenache) created by Dave Phinney after an 8-year, non-compete exile from Zinfandel production. Known for15.6% ABV, it features intense aromas of raspberry and blackberry with opulent, brambly fruit flavors, dark chocolate notes, and structured, ripe tannins.

Traditionally, Palermo was a blend that included wine not used in Mercury Head or Papillon, but winemaker Dave Phinney now sources fruit specifically for this bottling. The Cabernet Sauvignon Palermo, aged for 11 months in 34% new oak and crafted from a blend of estate-grown and purchased fruit, also incorporates small proportions of Merlot and Malbec. It presents aromas of cherries, cassis, and subtle earthiness, complemented by hints of cinnamon and nutmeg. Full-bodied and well-balanced, it offers a combination of firmness and softness, resulting in an overall enjoyable drinking experience.

The tannins are dense yet elegant and the finish proves to be savoury and enduring.

The Poggio Alle Gazze Toscana IGT Bianco is a showcase of Bolgheri’s best terroir and features mostly Sauvignon Blanc, but the final blend features different grape varieties every vintage. This wine has the addition of 11% Vermentino and 6% Viognier with the Sauvignon Blanc to show an array of both citrus and tropical fruit notes accompanied by floral notes and the quintessential fresh cut grass and asparagus aromas from the Sauvignon. Always refreshing with a delicate vanilla coming out on the palate and always showing the salty tang on the finish, giving this wine a true sense of place.

Vinho Oscar Quevedolda's wine is a combination of two Portuguese grapes, Touriga Nacional and Tinta Roriz. Its color is a vibrant cherry-ruby hue, exuding the liveliness of youth.
