However, Overture's third blending aspect - that of marrying multiple vintages - yields a softer, rounder expression of our estate that can be enjoyed upon release.Overture is full bodied but approachable in its youth. Overture shows generous dark fruit aromas and flavors with a soft, supple mid-palate.

Negro Amaro, a black grape grown in Puglia, the heel of Italy's boot, is often misspelled: unlike what is seen on many labels, it is two distinct words and should be written that way. Wines made with negro amaro are always dense, thick with blackberry, black cherry, licorice with clove and cocoa accents. Tenuta del Pajaru is Certified organic, using only natural yeasts and non-intervention winemaking, the wines express their sense of place. Made from 100% Furmint, the Château Pajzos "T" displays a pale golden color with a gorgeous aromas of apricots, grapefruit, volcanic soils and nuts. The palate is awash with fresh citrus notes of clementine and lime, intermingle with stone fruit flavors and a slightly smokey minerality. The wine is light and crisp with a wonderful tension of taut acidity, giving it a beautiful backbone to which all those flavors can cling. An excellent choice with grilled poultry, fish or cheese dishes, especially grilled cheese with salami.

Crafted from bobal grapes sourced from the high vineyards of Manchuela near Valencia, this tasty and dry organic wine is sure to be a crowd-pleaser. It's a summertime all-rounder, perfect with grilled pork tenderloin or veggie paninis for a picnic.

The Les Argilieres vineyard is 4ha and very well located, but much less known than its other Premier Cru neighbours. Wines from this plot are powerful, rich and rustic. Plump raspberry fruit, spicy with strict structure and tannins.

Anne Parent and her sister Catherine are the 12th generation of the family running the Domaine. The Les Chaponnieres vineyard is 2.89ha lying south of the village of Pommard, above the Les Croix vineyard. The wines here have fleshy fruit, with aspicy nose, raspberry and cherry hints, together hints of licorice.

Les Charmots is a lieu-dit in the north of the village of Pommard. The soils are clay and limestone-based and add a structure to this bolder red Burgundy. The vines have an average age of 100 years and the wines from here are among some of the best in Pommard. This 100% Pinot is expressive and charming with red berry spice notes.

The roots of Domaine Parent date back to the 17th century. Currently the domaine is being run by the 12th generation - Anne Parent and her sister Catherine Fages-Parent. Anne is self-taught, following the lunar cycle and principles of biodynamics to express all the peculiarities of each plot. The small 1.3ha site of Les Croix Noires is located just south of Pommard village. Strong, yet elegant, this Pinot Noir is well-balanced in structure between wood/tannins and acidity.

The Premier Cru of Les Epenots is one of Pommard's best known names, referring to thethree climats of Les Grands Epenots, Les Petits Epenot and Clos des Epeneaux. These wines can be labelled under these individual names or as "Epenots". All vineyards are planted to Pinot Noir and are considered some of the best -rich and structured with spicy, earthy overtones and considerable elegance. The Parent Les Epenotsis 100% Pinot Noir and very expressive and complex with violet and red fruit aromas of cherry raspberry. The mouth is fleshy and concentrated, and the tannins are fine, velvety, and elegant.

The Les Rugiens vineyard is one of the most prized vineyards in the Pommard appellation and considered worthy to be named a Grand Cru. The wines here are ageable and muscular due to the iron content in the soil. The aspect is southeast and receives ample sunshine during the day which results in the grapes coming to full phenolic ripeness. This 100% Pinot noir hasclassy black fruit aromas and a spicy, peppery background. Dense, fleshy, and harmonious, the tannins are rich, and the finish is lengthy. This will age for years, so put it away for a few years to mellow.

Rather than sourcing the grapes from all across the Beaujolais region, each individual Cru has their own terroir and soil structure; all made with 100% Gamay with the resulting wines unique and set-apart from each other. The plot En Rémont is covered with 80-year old vines. It is a secluded vineyard at the end of the road, preserved and protected by surrounding woods and fields. Guided by Pascal’s careful touch, the grapes produce a very round and generous wine with intriguing notes of berries and spice. Beautiful silky tannins lead into a long, fresh finish.

Founded in 1987, Pascal Jolivet owns 70 hectares in the Loire, with 45 hectares in Sancerre. Their 'signature Sancerre' is crafted from a blend of 50% limestone, 30% limestone clay, and 20% flint terroirs, each fermented and vinified separately in stainless steel with up to 6 months on fine lees before blending. Limestone adds minerality and finesse, limestone clay boosts fruit and richness, and flint provides structure and minerality. This organic wine features a tightly wound palate with notes of white grapefruit, green apple, fennel, and a fine slick of lees, all underscored by a stony note leading to a lengthy, subtly flinty finish. Classic, pure, and bright, it is enjoyable now and will age well.

From one of the only wineries located within the Parco Nazionale, this is the top wine of the Pasetti line. With six years of ageing combined with stainless steel, new oak and in bottle, this intense, complex, full-bodied wine is a stunning example of ripe red cherry, and plum, accompanied by hints of violet and dried red flowers. Further flavours of stewed cherries, plums, spice, licorice and coffee that gives great complexity, structure, depth and elegance. A truly fascinating wine.

With their winery located with the National Park area of Gran Sasso, this family owned winey began their estate in the early 1900's when the first vineyards were purchased but it wasn't until two generations later, the family decided to bottle wines under their own label. When the first grandchild was born, she had flaming red har just like her grandmother, so the label created was "Testarossa" (redhead). This 100% Montepulciano has aromas of plums and cherries with nuances of violet. On the palate it's full-bodied with ripe red cherry, cocoa, licorice, tobacco, leather with smooth tannins and a long finish. The bottle boasts a leather label on this 1.5 L.
