Three Wood has been a cornerstone of Auchentoshan's offerings since its introduction in 2002. This expression undergoes a unique maturation process, initially aged in bourbon barrels before being finished in oloroso and Pedro Ximénez casks. On the nose, it reveals enticing aromas of orange peel, dried apricots, milk chocolate, and freshly sawn oak. The palate is rich and complex, offering notes of toffee, stewed fruits, sherry, cinnamon, and wood spice. The longest-standing expression in the range, 10 year old was introduced in 2002. It offers a nose that is light and initially green, with unripe apples, acetate, ripe pears, bananas, and light fudge. Copperworks Cask Finished Gin is a unique gin that has been aged in American oak barrels for a minimum of three months. This aging process imparts flavors of vanilla, caramel, and oak to the gin, giving it a smooth and rich taste. The gin is made using a traditional copper still and is flavored with a blend of botanicals, including juniper, coriander, angelica, and cardamom. Copperworks Cask Finished Gin is best enjoyed neat or on the rocks, but can also be used in a variety of cocktails.

Located in Nuits-Saint-Georges, the Dufuoleur family has been steeped in Burgundian winemaking and culture for more than 400 years. Their property of 30ha runs from the village of Fixin in the north to Santenay in the south. The Fraîches Eaux Nuits-Saint-Georges is a very small plot planted to Pinot Noir grapes with an average age of 45 years. Aromas of blackthorn, strawberry and cherry dominated with further nuances of tobacco, candied strawberry and forest floor notes on the palate. Aromas and flavours of ripe cherry, blackberry, almond, and hazelnut are complemented by subtle notes of mint, anise, herbs, and balsamic spice. Rich yet balanced, it offers a warm, complex palate and a long, aromatic finish, making it an excellent after-dinner digestif.

Meat, soil and cherries create a rich nose, with softer cedar, vanilla and coconut peeking through. The palate has more cherries, plus plums, chocolate and a velvety texture reinforced by polished tannins. An acidic bite precedes a long, slightly bitter finish.

Delicacy is the definition of this Volnay, a wine which is like lace. This 100% pinot noir has aromas of violet, cherry, and - with age - spices, game and cooked prune. It has an immediate appeal which, added to a slight natural precocity, means it can be fully open while still relatively young. The attack is fresh, the finish is warm. Made in only the best vintages, the grapes for the Trefiano Carmignano Riserva come from five hectares of vineyards surrounding the historic Villa di Trefiano located in the Carmignano DOCG. The Trefiano DOCG is made from a blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Canaiolo. The wine is aged in tonneaux for 16 months and a further year in a bottle. Ruby red colour, medium-bodied, with black plum fruit, balanced acidity and tannins. Complex with good age-ability.
