Terrano is one of the few red grapes of the Carso region, and much rarer than its Tazzelenghe or Schioppettino counterparts. Yet, the quality is unmistakable as the grape expresses the terroir very well. In fact, the grape name means “red earth” due to the soil it’s grown in. There is a certain Barbera-like quality to the crunchy, earth-tinged red fruits and the bright, zingy acidity of the wine, yet there is more finesse and purity. Fresh herbs and red licorice on the palate add complexity, and the concentration is surprising given its exceedingly modest alcohol level, typically never exceeding 12.5% alcohol. A unique wine, but well suited to the North American palate.

Giusti Augusto Recantina is a red wine produced by Giusti Wine winery located in Veneto, Italy. The wine is made using 100% Recantina grapes, which are grown in the vineyards surrounding the winery. Recantina is an indigenous grape variety of Veneto, known for its intense color, tannins, and high acidity. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged in French oak barrels for 12 months, followed by bottle aging for an additional 6 months. On the nose, the wine exhibits aromas of blackberry, blueberry, and a hint of vanilla. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, with firm tannins and a good balance of acidity. Angel’s Envy Bottled-in-Bond Cask Strength Bourbon is a limited-release Kentucky straight bourbon that showcases the distillery’s whiskey in its pure, unfinished form. Aged for nearly six years and bottled at 100 proof, it offers inviting aromas of caramelized sugar, vanilla wafers, and ripe banana. The palate is rich yet balanced, with notes of honey, creamy coffee, light fruit syrup, toasted oak, and gentle baking spice. The finish is smooth, rounded, and lingering, with soft oak and subtle sweetness. Bottled at cask strength without the secondary barrel finishing typically associated with Angel’s Envy, this release highlights the character of the bourbon itself while meeting the traditional Bottled-in-Bond standard.

This product harkens back to the traditional methods of crafting tequila, boasting intense aromas and flavors reminiscent of the classic approach. It showcases prominent notes of cooked agave, accompanied by subtle hints of citrus, such as grapefruit, and fruity undertones reminiscent of apple and cantaloupe. Bright, forceful and slightly reductive, this white is aged less than a year in neutral French oak, allowing the fruit to speak and offer richness on the midpalate. Gingerbread and lemongrass flavors accent its essential core of green apple fruit.

This three generation family winery has passion for the vine and dedication to work. Particelle means parcels, or individual plots of land where the grapes are grown. Known now under the name "Rive" highlights the different expressions of Conegliano Valdobbiadene, obtained from the steepest and most suitable vineyards with grapes coming from a single municipality or fraction of it, to enhance the characteristics that the territory gives to the wine. Colbertaldo is one of the original "Rive" and this wine has elegant perlage with creamy foam. The conformation of the soil and the southern exposure give it florality with some notes of yellow fruit and a full and balanced flavour.

Domaine Louis Cheze is a family winery located in the town of Limony in the northern part of the Saint Joseph AOC. This cuvée has been made since the 1990 vintage. Roussanne is grown on the hillsides and the Marsanne on the plateau. The plot is close to the property on the heights of Limony. The nose has acacia aromas and hawthorn to honeyed notes. The palate has an unctuous mouth feel with more of the flavour of acacia and honey along with toasted, nutty notes.

Lightly aged for two months in oak barrels, this offers subtle complexities of fresh agave, oak, citrus, and honey with a light amber hue. Smooth and sweet on the palate with exceptional balance; the finish is highlighted with flavours of floral and vanilla notes.
