This spumante comes from marl and clay-sandy soil, in a precious area of “Alta Langa”, which Azienda Agricola Giribaldi became part of in 2013. In this area, for over a century, is where the pinot Nero e Chardonnay are grown to produce Spumante, which according to the piemontese tradition, is strictly produced using the metodo champenoise, of the second refermentation in the bottle.

Unlike most so-called prestige cuvées, Terroirs is produced from only great sites and is 100% Grand Cru. The fruit comes from four villages in the Côte des Blancs: Avize, Cramant, Oger, and Oiry. The vines average 40 years of age, and Agrapart uses between 50-60% reserve wine. After a natural fermentation, half of the wine is matured in large format, neutral oak and then spends up to 48 months on lees. Dosage is limited to 5g/l and disgorgement is carried out by hand.

A plentiful mousse sits comfortably over a pale straw coloured base that has pale gold edges and is finely threaded by a delicate bead that shows great persistence as it rises to the surface. The nose exemplifies a classic Champagne sniff featuring rich, toasty notes of oily baked bread, yeast lees, honeyed cashew, roast almonds and hints of citrus. Massolino Moscato d'Asti is a sweet sparkling wine produced from the Piedmont region of Italy. This wine is made using 100% Moscato Bianco grapes, which are handpicked from the winery's vineyards located in the heart of the Moscato d'Asti DOCG area. The grapes undergo a gentle pressing and a temperature-controlled fermentation process, which helps to preserve the wine's natural sweetness.

Marguet Shaman Blanc NV Zero Dosage is a Champagne made by Benoit Marguet using organic and biodynamic farming practices. It is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, and is aged on lees for at least 18 months. The wine has no added sugar, resulting in a zero dosage Champagne with a bone-dry, crisp taste. Leitz was one of the first producers to hit the non-alcohol scene in Canada. The white grape of Verdicchio makes a surprisingly delicious sparkling wine! Made in the Martinotti method (tank), the wine is finished as extra brut and is dry in the mouth with fine bubbles and notes of lemon curd, sweet almond and sponge toffee.

The Vettoretti family owns 32ha in the prestigious Valdobbiadene DOCG zone of Prosecco prodcution, as well as property in the Treviso DOC. The Alne Extra Dry is made from 95% Glera with 5% Chardonnay, it's slightly off dry with creamy bubbles and mouthfeel. Excellent on its own or use in Prosecco cocktails like Aperol Spritz and Bellini.

Roland Piollot and Dominique Moreau are Champagne Piollot, a family Estate in the Aube dating to the late 19th Century. The couple are also responsible for the Champagnes of Marie Courtin. Dominique’s family vineyards make Marie Courtin, Roland’s family vineyards make Champagne Piollot. Roland, fifth generation grower, was joined by his daughter Jeanne in 2018.
Although Pinot Meunier is widely planted in the Marne Valley, it is relatively rare in the Aube. Only a mere 6% of the Piollot family vineyards are planted to Pinot Meunier, but they decided to highlight this grape with the Mepetit vineyard in Polisot starting in 2015. Aging in oak barrels gives this wine a uniquely complex texture and profile that is not to be missed. The wine is aged on the lees for four years before release, and like all of the Champagnes from Piollot, it’s disgorged non-dosé.
