Cognac is a type of brandy made from white grapes grown in the Cognac region and double distilled in copper pot stills. Rémy Martin is known for its high-quality cognacs, which are made from a blend of eaux-de-vie (a type of brandy) aged for at least two and a half years. The company produces a range of cognacs, including Rémy Martin VSOP (Very Superior Old Pale), Rémy Martin XO (Extra Old), and Rémy Martin Louis XIII, which is a blend of more than 1,200 eaux-de-vie aged for an average of 40 years. Rémy Martin cognacs are often enjoyed neat or on the rocks, and are also used in cocktails.

Drawn from the Paradis cellars at the Château de Montifaud, this Cognac was the first to personally be distilled Louis Vallet (4th generation), which today stands as a proud family treasure and trophy of the longstanding legacy each of the family's generations beholds. After aging in a combination of red oak and ancient Cognac barrels, this bottle is now a blend of cognacs ranging from 30 to 80 years old, which is then averaged out as 50 years, allowing them to continue to produce this special celebration of their art year after year.

Nose: Old cigar boxes appear immediately, followed by nuts and spices. Very round and mellow with good rancio.

20% whole cluster and 80% whole berry fruit is hand-loaded into 225-500 liter new French oak barrels for a 100% barrel fermentation for a period of 28 days, allowing seamless oak integration. The fermentation temperature is kept low, extracting intense aromas, and the cap management is done by hand to ensure soft, gentle flavors and tannin extraction. Wild yeasts. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in barrel leaves considerable lees and sediment. The wine is aged in French oak barrels for 18 months.

Red Schooner wines are identified by the voyage number rather than a vintage date, with Voyage 12 corresponding to the 2022 vintage. Ca dei Frati I Frati Lugana DOC is a white wine made from 100% Trebbiano di Lugana grapes grown in the Lugana subregion of Lombardy, Italy. The wine has a straw yellow color with greenish highlights and a complex aroma of white flowers, citrus, and tropical fruits. On the palate, it is fresh, crisp, and well-balanced with a long and mineral finish. This wine is a great example of the quality and elegance of the wines produced in the Lugana subregion.

The medium amber-colored spirit offers a blend of aromatic spices, such as delicate cinnamon and nutmeg, combined with subtle notes of toasty oak, toffee, chocolate, and vanilla. It is dry, medium to full-bodied, with a rich texture that harmonizes well with the warm, sweet spiced fruit, oak, caramel, and hints of nut and oak flavors. Chateau Vartely Sauvignon Blanc is a generous bouquet of fresh aromas dominated by invigorating citrus notes. Its pleasant taste leaves a faint memory of black currant leaves. The grapes are harvested in vineyards in the heart of Moldova, Codru region.

This sparkling rose cuvee is a blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay with a lovely, elegant floral bouquet and subtle blackcurrant on the paalte with a balanced taste.

Decoy Limited Alexander Valley Red Wine is a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Petite Sirah, and other red Bordeaux varieties sourced from premium vineyards in  California. The wine is aged in oak barrels for 10 months, resulting in a rich and complex flavour profile, with a deep ruby colour with aromas of dark fruit, vanilla, and spice. On the palate, it is full-bodied with flavours of blackberry, black cherry, and cocoa, with a hint of toasty oak. The tannins are firm and well-structured, providing a long and satisfying finish.

The Bastardo grape is primarily known as the grape used in Portugal to make Port. In Moldova this hand harvested semi-sweet grape, creates a dark ruby coloured wine. It exhibits aromas of black cherry and violets, ending with a light sweetness on the palate. Bastardo can be enjoyed alone or paired with beef or veal dishes.

Ilauri Chiola Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo DOC is a rosé wine produced in the Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo subregion of Abruzzo, Italy. The wine is made from 100% Montepulciano grapes, which are hand-picked and vinified using a short maceration process to obtain its beautiful pink color. The wine has a fruity and floral aroma with notes of cherry, raspberry, and rose petals. On the palate, it is fresh, lively, and well-balanced with a pleasant acidity and a long finish.
