A much-loved single malt, Cardhu is an easy-going, charming Speysider. With clean, crisp oak and sweet malt evoking flavours of honeyed flapjacks and home-made caramel squares, this is one for the sweet-toothed among you.

Nose: At full strength, heady, nose prickle, pear drops and tightly integrated heather, resin and sweet honey-nut notes. Enticing. Intriguing. With a little water, still harmonious but less pronounced, allowing some malt-cereal, soft, spicy wood, moorland and faint traces of wood smoke to appear.

Body: Soft, pleasing, medium.

Palate: Palate Well balanced, smooth mouthfeel; short punch, sweet and fresh, then a pronounced drying effect. Enjoyable at any time, with little or no water.

Finish: Quite short. Some lingering sweet smoke in the attractive, drying aftertaste.

Created by longtime friends with a shared love of tequila. The focus was to create a smooth spirit that does not require salt or lime. From Lugana, the I Frati winery located in Lugana, is a unique area and terroir between Veneto and Lombardy. Conducted by four generations of winemakers, they follow the lunar cycle, otherwise known as biodynamics: every day of the year playing a fundamental role in following the cycle of the vine. This Rosato is a blend of Groppello, Marzemino, Sangiovese and Barbera, all indigenous grape varieties; the first two specific to the region and the last two are grown all over Italy. This 12.5% alcohol rosato is so quaffable and absolutely perfect for sipping on hot summer days. Intoxicating aromas of peach, apricot, tangerine, and wild cherry with nuances of earth and Italian herbs, the palate is zesty and waiting for you to take another sip! Tequila Cimarron is verified additive-free and made only from fully-mature 100% Blue Weber agave plants and artesian well water, without diffusers, enhancers, or modifiers. The particular agave of Cimarron is grown at 4,620 feet elevation, followed by a long, slow distillation imbues this excellent tequila with layers and layers of bright character. Dassai '39' Premium Junmai Daiginjo Sake is a high-quality sake made from locally grown Yamada Nishiki rice in the Yamaguchi Prefecture of Japan. High-altitude, old bush-vine, indigenous varieties from Spain, and grown organically. So many core attributes that we love about our wines, all combined here in this delicious white from Telmo Rodriguez. Lovely, uncomplicated, and texturally pleasing. Basa smells of green tree-fruits with the hist of the tropics alongside some more green herbal notes. Medium-bodied with good length, a great mix of fruit flesh, earth and gently nutty tannin cascading on great natural acidity. Textured without overt fruit sweetness, it's savoury, with minerality and good length, perfectly linear and rich.

The blend of this entry-level red from Rioja changes with the year, and the 2016 Sela is 87% Tempranillo, 7% Graciano and 6% Garnacha, reflecting a cooler year. The aim here is to produce a delicate and pleasant wine to have by the glass or with starters. It fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured in oak barrels for 12 months. It's young and fruit-driven, has good freshness and is easy to drink, with almost unnoticeable tannins.

"The 2014 Prieuré-Lichine is just as impressive from bottle as it was from barrel. Silky, perfumed and gracious on the palate, the wine exudes class. Sweet floral and spice notes meld into a core of red stone fruit, and silky tannins and vivid flavors lead into a creamy and inviting finish. Alvear Brandy Gran Reserva is one of the gems by the winery Alvear. This brandy has been aged 25 years in extremely old American oak barrels, by means of the solera system.

Natural high quality seasoned red wine. Made from selected Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, grown in the southern part of Moldova. The wine has a ruby red color with garnet reflex. The scent is reminiscent of a large part of the berries as dewberry, strawberry and raspberry .The taste is full, soft body accentuated with fruity taste by the acquired in the oak flavor. The perfect accompaniment to grilled fillet steak, semi-aged cheeses ,fried mushrooms.

Caol Ila 12 year old is the entry-level bottling from the Caol Ila distillery, launched in June of 2002 this expression is light and fresh with that distinctive Caol Ila smoke.

Martell XO has a spicy, rich crescendo starting with the mellow elegance of the Borderies, followed by the intensity and finesse typical of Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie. This non-vintage Rose is the end result of a desire to create a Rose champagne with a delightfully luscious, fruit-based charm. Jacques Peters, the cellarmaster, and his team wanted a champagne that would be accessible and naturally engaging while conserving Veuve Clicquot's essential values in terms of style.

The wine has a luminous color with attractive pink glints. The nose is generous and elegant, with initial aromas of fresh red fruit (raspberry, wild strawberry, cherry, blackberry), leading to biscuity notes of dried fruits and Viennese pastries (almonds, apricots and brioche).

The fresh attack is followed by a fruity harmonious sensation on the palate. The wine is perfectly balanced in the best Veuve Clicquot style of pink champagnes, combining elegance and flair. The wine works its magic—this delectably full champagne can be enjoyed as a true delicacy. Tomato Wheels is the brain child of Moirae Choquette who felt that there just wasn't enough Lambrusco family wines in the market! Made with Lambrusco Salamino with 15% Malbo Gentile, it's rich and frothy with rich dark plum, blackberry and mulberry aromas and flavours.

From Sacha Lichine's Chateau D'Esclans, the ever-popular, cult rose is back with current vintage, made with a blend of grenache, cinsault, and rolle. Louis-Alexandre had a love for aged cognac. His own preference was to add an extra drop of Cognac to his glass of Grand Marnier, giving it a more intense taste. As a tribute, we created the premium Grand Marnier Cuvée Louis-Alexandre in 1977, using VSOP cognacs from the finest growing areas in the Cognac region, aged to perfection in tronçais oak casks for richer and deeper flavours.

"LVNAE is named after the ancient "Portus Lunae" (the Port of the moon), one of the most important cities and ports of the ancient Roman Empire. It was established in 1966 by Paolo Bosoni, who transformed the winery by combining farming wisdom and business acumen. He is now joined by his children Debora and Diego. Lunae currently represents the largest winery in Liguria with an annual total production of approx. 780,000 bottles and a total of 85Ha. 50Ha are family-owned vineyards in the hills of Luni and Castelnuovo Magra and, in part, on the plain surrounding the ruins of the ancient city of Luni. 15Ha are on long-term leases and the other 20ha are from approximately 150 local growers who, supported by the company's technical staff, contribute their small grape production, keeping alive traditions and the unique quality of the wine.
The focus is on Vermentino which is distinguished by a selection of different vines and vinification and perfectly reflects the nature of the soil and unique climate which favors crisp, acidic, mineral whites and fruity, fresh reds. The red wines are Sangiovese-based blended with local varietals such as Massareta, Pollera Nera and Sangiovese (Sangiovese is very widespread in this area due to its proximity to Tuscany - 2 km only to the border)."

Buckle up. Bushmills Single Malt Whiskey 16 year old is truly one of the great whiskeys of the world. Aged for about 15 years in a combination of Oloroso Sherry and bourbon-seasoned casks, and then finished for about 9 months in port wine pipes (large barrels unique to making port wine.) This single malt shows its layers of flavor, juicy fruits, nuts and spice, as well as a hint of ruby redness. It’s best enjoyed neat. Okay, maybe one small cube of ice to open it up.
