This 14% ABV sake offers a, crisp, fresh profile with aromas of pear and apple, balanced by subtle umami. It is designed to be a versatile pairing for sushi, roast meats, and seafood.

This wine's nine months in French oak, 30% new and 70% neutral, is a winning combination. A pronounced raspberry-pie aroma is joined by notes of sage and orange zest.
