Castel Mimi 'AnimAliens' Saperavi (IGP Codru, Moldova) is a powerful, dry red wine blending Georgian Saperavi grapes with Moldovan terroir. It features an intense ruby color, with aromas of dried plums, spices, and a fine texture. It is typically aged, offering a bold, structured palate with notes of black fruits, tobacco, and herbs. 

A perfect summer red, this refreshing, light-bodied wine from Alto-Adige in northern Italy, is made with the indegenous Schiava (group of) grapes. Three grapes in this group, often co-planted can sometimes also be known as Vernatsch. The wine is packed full of bright red cherry, strawberry and sweet almond sensations. Thanks to soft acidity and supple tannins, it's an ideal wine to serve chilled and sip as an apéritif or pair with seafood. Your guests will enjoy this wine for the upcoming spring/summer season.

The Macallan Rare Cask is a rich, complex single malt from Scotland, crafted from the distillery's rarest sherry-seasoned oak casks, offering notes of vanilla, raisin, dark chocolate, and citrus zest, with a velvety finish, showcasing Macallan's mastery of wood and natural color. It's an annual release, non-age-stated, selected by whisky makers for its opulent aromas and full-bodied character. 

The GlenAllachie 15 Year Old is a rich, sherried Speyside single malt Scotch whisky matured in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry puncheons and hogsheads. Bottled at 46% ABV, it is non-chill filtered and has no added color. It features a dark, mahogany color with a flavor profile dominated by sweet spices, raisins, dark chocolate, and the distillery’s signature heather honey.

Very pale salmon colour. Fully ripe grapes. Very vinous nose. Masses of fruit and only the merest hint of fermentation aromas. Apparently 1.7 g/l residual sugar but it tastes more. High extract because berries are very small. Real mouthful of charming fruit. Very commercial I would have thought. Designed for the on trade. Mouthful of venosity. Well done!

Maison Ferrand is one of the world's premier boutique producers of fine spirits. Founded in 1989 by Alexandre Gabriel, his mission was to preserve age-old spirit production methods, keeping the classic aromas and flavours of each spirit, yet with advanced innovation. The portfolio includes the lineup of Plantation Rum, Citadelle Gin, Ferrand Cognac, the Mathilde line of fruit infusion liqueurs and Curacao. Made with yuzu fruit, the whole fruit is placed in brandy for a week to steep. The drunken yuzu is then distilled in their copper stills. The next step is an infusion of more yuzu and other spices, using their centuries old recipes. The final result is a rich, round curacao that has a nose of spicy yuzu, tangerine, vanilla, marzipan and a delicate hint of flowers, pepper, mint and herbs. The palate follows with candied citrus fruits, tropical fruits, almonds, nutmeg and tea, and of course, more yuzu! This would make an amazing Mai Tai cocktail.

Started more than a century ago two Piemontese, a lawyer (Mosca) and and Engineer (Sella) fell in love with the land and started working the soil and planting vines. Cannonau, aka Garnacha is the most grown red grape in Sardinia. Intense and warm it expresses floral notes of violets and roses, red cherry, red currant and elegant spice notes. The palate is well balanced, fresh with silky tannins and a long finish.

Bobal is a red wine grape variety that is primarily grown in the Utiel-Requena region of Spain. It is known for producing wines that are deep in color, with high acidity and tannins. The grape is often blended with other varieties, such as Tempranillo and Garnacha, to create complex and balanced wines. Bobal is also used to produce rose wines, which are light and refreshing with notes of red fruit and floral aromas. The grape is resistant to disease and can thrive in hot and dry climates, making it a popular choice for winemakers in the region. Overall, Bobal is a versatile grape that produces wines with a unique character and flavor profile.

The Chimay Blue Cap, baptized "Grande Reserve" in 750 ml bottles is a dark Trappist beer with a powerful aroma, the complex flavor of which improves across the years. It was first brewed as a Christmas beer by the monks of Scourmont Abbey in 1956.

This authentic Belgian beer, whose tinge of fresh yeast is associated with a light rosy flowery touch, is particularly pleasant. Its aroma, perceived as one enjoys it, only accents the delightful sensations revealed by the odor, all revealing a light but agreeable caramelized note.

It is ideally served at cellar temperature (10 to 12°C).

Umbria, Italy’s only land-locked region is home to Italy’s most tannic grape variety – Sagrantino. This big, bold, structured wine is high in tannins, but they are polished and perfect for those big fatty, high protein meat dishes. Mionetto Prosecco Brut is a sparkling wine with a straw yellow color and a delicate and persistent perlage. On the nose, it has aromas of citrus, green apple, and acacia flowers. The palate is dry, with flavors of green apple and peach, and a crisp acidity that makes it refreshing and easy to drink. The finish is clean and lingering, with notes of citrus and white flowers.

For several generations, the Darroze family has scoured Gascony in the Grands Crus centre of the Bas Armagnac region. Thousands of centuries-old treasures are held in stock at the Darroze house. This diversity in crus, vintages, grape varieties and styles has allowed Marc Darroze to work on this range known as 'Les Grands Assemblages' (The Great Blends). Chosen for their complementary characteristics, the selected Armagnacs in each blend are of different ages. Each age on the bottle indicates the age of the youngest Armagnac in the blend.

Full-bodied with polished, velvety tannins, flavours of dried plum, crème brulee and toasted oak are carried through a long finish that will have you reaching for more.

Glenmorangie "The Cadboll Estate" 15-Year-Old is the first single estate whisky from this Highlands distillery. The single malt was made from barley grown on the brand's 440-acre Cadboll Estate located near the distillery. The single malt matured in first-fill American oak ex-bourbon barrels for 15 years, before enjoying a finishing period in casks that once held Muscat and Sémillion wines.

Appearance: Deep gold in colour.

Nose: Cookie dough with plenty of raisins, dried orange peel, chocolate chips and hints of lemon verbena grassiness.

Palate: Thyme honey, melted butter, green apple boiled sweeties and aromatic barley.

Finish: Red fruit sweetness balanced by rounded malt.

The Chateau Malescot St. Exupery is a 3rd growth of Margaux that sits right next to Chateau Margaux- one of the 5-first growths of Bordeaux. This exceptional terroir goes all the way back to 1697 when it was owned by the Escousses family. In the 1800's the property was handed to Jean-Baptiste Saint-Exupery enriching the name of the Chateau with HIS name. By June, 1955 the estate had only 7 ha of vines and the Zuger family began to restore the grounds and the castle. 30ha of the property are dedicated to the vines where the varieties of cabernet sauvignon, merlot, cabernet franc and petit verdot are grown. This is one of the most well-priced wines of Bordeaux and always well regarded, garnering high scores from critics. The 2016 vintage is comprised of 55% cabernet, 37% merlot and the 8% balance is cabernet franc and petit verdot. The wine scored high with typical notes of black currant, cedar, earth, tobacco and mocha around a backbone of fine tannins, and fresh acidity with a lengthy finish and great depth of character. North America's first single malt whisky distillery. A single malt from this side of the sea, aged 10 years in oak barrels. The crystal clear water from Maclellan's Brook flows from the Mabou highlands located above Glenora distillery, giving Glen Breton its classic and pure taste. Produced by the traditional copper pot stills methods using only three ingredients: barley, yeast and water.

Tasting Notes: on the nose it is medium-bodied and pleasantly fiery, offering a tight combination of butterscotch, heather, honey and ground, with wood-infused undertones. finishes long and smooth.

DICTADOR 20 Rum is crafted from the fermentation of virgin sugar cane honey, distilled in both copper alembic and steel continuous columns to achieve a signature full-bodied rum.
