Drawn from the Paradis cellars at the Château de Montifaud, this Cognac was the first to personally be distilled Louis Vallet (4th generation), which today stands as a proud family treasure and trophy of the longstanding legacy each of the family's generations beholds. After aging in a combination of red oak and ancient Cognac barrels, this bottle is now a blend of cognacs ranging from 30 to 80 years old, which is then averaged out as 50 years, allowing them to continue to produce this special celebration of their art year after year.

Nose: Old cigar boxes appear immediately, followed by nuts and spices. Very round and mellow with good rancio.

Cricova Paper Wrap Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot is a red blend wine from the Cricova region of Moldova. The wine is made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes, which are two of the most widely planted red grape varieties in the world. On the nose, the wine offers aromas of blackcurrant, plum, and a hint of vanilla. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied with flavors of dark fruit, chocolate, and spice. The tannins are firm yet smooth, providing a long and satisfying finish. The wine is aged in oak barrels, which adds complexity and depth to its flavor profile. This wine can be enjoyed now or cellared for a few years to allow its flavors to further develop.

Winemaker Notes: This Malbec is crafted from grapes grown in the Andes Mountains of Argentina. After harvest, the grapes are chilled and transported by sea to Caymus, where our unique winemaking techniques produce a wine that is dense, dark, and supple. Red Schooner wines are identified by the voyage number rather than a vintage date, with Voyage 12 corresponding to the 2022 vintage. The result is a remarkably smooth wine, offering aromas and flavors of dark fruit complemented by fine, textural tannins.

Red fruit and allspice aromas lead into a big, punchy palate. Each sip opens rich, with smoked cherry, vanilla bean, dried fig and chocolate-covered caramels. It finishes dry, with cigar wrapper, leather and a hint of clove. To be clear, the effect is dry but never austere: think comfy leather chairs and indulgent cigars. Austin Hope grew up working alongside his father, inheriting his love and respect for the region. He led the family’s move into winemaking in 1995, and further exploration of Paso Robles began. In 2000, Austin created his own label, with very small productions of Rhône varietals because of the similarity in terroir. Today, Austin is showcasing an even greater sweep of Paso Robles and expressing a similar richness with a recently released Cabernet Sauvignon. The source of the wine is far-reaching within the appellation - a most discerning group of vineyards located on gently sloping hillsides and hidden pockets across the domain, providing dimension to the Cabernet varietal. The wine has a bold structure of lush, velvety tannins and an unmistakable elegance. It is dark, ripe and well suited to various beef dishes.

Rara Neagra is a Romanian-Moldovan red grape variety that is cultivated in both regions. A great alternative to Merlot, this wine is smooth with a complex aroma of pomegranate, plum and chocolate. The full, velvety taste, with hints of dried fruit and vanilla smoothly pass into an oaky finish.

Ca dei Frati I Frati Lugana DOC is a white wine made from 100% Trebbiano di Lugana grapes grown in the Lugana subregion of Lombardy, Italy. The wine has a straw yellow color with greenish highlights and a complex aroma of white flowers, citrus, and tropical fruits. On the palate, it is fresh, crisp, and well-balanced with a long and mineral finish. This wine is a great example of the quality and elegance of the wines produced in the Lugana subregion.

Bumbu Rum is based on the original recipe created by 16th and 17th century sailors of the West Indies, who blended native Caribbean ingredients into their rum and called it “Bumbu” – truly the original craft spirit. Using the same all-natural native spices and no artificial colors or flavors, this rum is an authentic revival of this piece of Caribbean history, distilled in small batches and blended by hand.

A much-loved single malt, Cardhu is an easy-going, charming Speysider. With clean, crisp oak and sweet malt evoking flavours of honeyed flapjacks and home-made caramel squares, this is one for the sweet-toothed among you.

Nose: At full strength, heady, nose prickle, pear drops and tightly integrated heather, resin and sweet honey-nut notes. Enticing. Intriguing. With a little water, still harmonious but less pronounced, allowing some malt-cereal, soft, spicy wood, moorland and faint traces of wood smoke to appear.

This is aged in new American white oak for over 3 years resulting in a rich spirit with a dark mahogany colour. Nutty aromas and hints of agave are followed by an initial sweetness and complemented by rich flavours of roasted hazelnuts, dark chocolate and salty caramel. It finishes with a dry linger of oak, agave and peppery spice. Every bottle is a unique, hand-painted treasure.

The very pinnacle of Irish whiskey, Bushmills Single Malt Whiskey 21 year old is aged for a minimum of 19 years in former Oloroso Sherry and bourbon-seasoned casks, then married and transferred into Madeira casks for a further 2 years of aging and maturation. From Lugana, the I Frati winery located in Lugana, is a unique area and terroir between Veneto and Lombardy. Conducted by four generations of winemakers, they follow the lunar cycle, otherwise known as biodynamics: every day of the year playing a fundamental role in following the cycle of the vine. This Rosato is a blend of Groppello, Marzemino, Sangiovese and Barbera, all indigenous grape varieties; the first two specific to the region and the last two are grown all over Italy. Dark violets, elderberry jam, loamy soil and mint aromas make for an impressive nose on this bottling. The palate lands with a viscous mouthfeel, a black fruit core and loads of savory dark cocoa and espresso flavors, reminiscent of a Napa-style Cab.
