Dark ruby colour with purple highlights. The nose is very open, with notes of small black fruit and vanilla on a finely woody background. Fresh on the palate, supple and round. A lively and structured wine, with tannins that are present but coated. The finish is tart.

This is aged in new American white oak for over 3 years resulting in a rich spirit with a dark mahogany colour. Nutty aromas and hints of agave are followed by an initial sweetness and complemented by rich flavours of roasted hazelnuts, dark chocolate and salty caramel. It finishes with a dry linger of oak, agave and peppery spice. Every bottle is a unique, hand-painted treasure.

This off-dry red is crafted from Georgia's saperavi grape, offering a generous, soft, and ripe nose with notes of plummy raspberry fruit, lilac, and white chocolate. It is remarkably smooth, semi-sweet, and polished, showcasing fine tannins and excellent balance. The length is very good, making it ideal for mellow, lightly chilled after-dinner situations.

Rémy Martin is a brand of French Cognac produced by Rémy Martin SAS, a company based in the Cognac region of France. Cognac is a type of brandy made from white grapes grown in the Cognac region and double distilled in copper pot stills. Rémy Martin is known for its high-quality cognacs, which are made from a blend of eaux-de-vie (a type of brandy) aged for at least two and a half years. The company produces a range of cognacs, including Rémy Martin VSOP (Very Superior Old Pale), Rémy Martin XO (Extra Old), and Rémy Martin Louis XIII, which is a blend of more than 1,200 eaux-de-vie aged for an average of 40 years. Rémy Martin cognacs are often enjoyed neat or on the rocks, and are also used in cocktails.

After aging in a combination of red oak and ancient Cognac barrels, this bottle is now a blend of cognacs ranging from 30 to 80 years old, which is then averaged out as 50 years, allowing them to continue to produce this special celebration of their art year after year.

Nose: Old cigar boxes appear immediately, followed by nuts and spices. Very round and mellow with good rancio.

Palate: The palate keeps the oak light, bringing forth an almond sweetness. The finish is exceptionally long.

The very pinnacle of Irish whiskey, Bushmills Single Malt Whiskey 21 year old is aged for a minimum of 19 years in former Oloroso Sherry and bourbon-seasoned casks, then married and transferred into Madeira casks for a further 2 years of aging and maturation. Awarded ‘Best Irish Single Malt 2013' and a rare 96 points from Whisky Advocate, it has huge depth that interweaves dried fruit flavors with spicy, aromatic maltiness, subtle nutty raisin notes, and a rich finish that seemingly never ends.

A dessert liqueur made from the juiciest cherries, carefully harvested from the farms surrounding Castel Mimi. Each cherry undergoes a meticulous selection process before the fruits are infused with sugar and alcohol, a process that lasts 8 months.

With a mashbill of 72/18/10% (corn/rye/malted barley), Old Forester offers a traditional recipe in a contemporary proof. Ponder the basics: caramel and vanilla with hints of herbs and baking spices. Promise shows in pumpkin spice, custard, and burnt caramel, but there’s an unwanted high-alcohol note that dulls much of the sweeter taste. Its final moments are saved with hints of cinnamon. Good value bourbon.
