Rara Neagra is a Romanian-Moldovan red grape variety that is cultivated in both regions. A great alternative to Merlot, this wine is smooth with a complex aroma of pomegranate, plum and chocolate. The full, velvety taste, with hints of dried fruit and vanilla smoothly pass into an oaky finish.

Decoy Limited Alexander Valley Red Wine is a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Petite Sirah, and other red Bordeaux varieties sourced from premium vineyards in  California. The wine is aged in oak barrels for 10 months, resulting in a rich and complex flavour profile, with a deep ruby colour with aromas of dark fruit, vanilla, and spice. On the palate, it is full-bodied with flavours of blackberry, black cherry, and cocoa, with a hint of toasty oak. The tannins are firm and well-structured, providing a long and satisfying finish.

The Bastardo grape is primarily known as the grape used in Portugal to make Port. In Moldova this hand harvested semi-sweet grape, creates a dark ruby coloured wine. It exhibits aromas of black cherry and violets, ending with a light sweetness on the palate. Bastardo can be enjoyed alone or paired with beef or veal dishes.

Liqueur created by the best craftsmen of France “Sommeliers”. This special Chartreuse Jaune cuvée was first created in 2008 by the Chartreux Fathers in close collaboration with the Meilleur Ouvriers de France Sommeliers (M.O.F). Ideally as a digestif, to be served chilled between 12 and 13 ° to discover all the flavor and aromatic complexity. Can also be enjoyed on ice.

Dassai '39' Premium Junmai Daiginjo Sake is a high-quality sake made from locally grown Yamada Nishiki rice in the Yamaguchi Prefecture of Japan. High-altitude, old bush-vine, indigenous varieties from Spain, and grown organically. So many core attributes that we love about our wines, all combined here in this delicious white from Telmo Rodriguez. Lovely, uncomplicated, and texturally pleasing. Basa smells of green tree-fruits with the hist of the tropics alongside some more green herbal notes. Medium-bodied with good length, a great mix of fruit flesh, earth and gently nutty tannin cascading on great natural acidity. Textured without overt fruit sweetness, it's savoury, with minerality and good length, perfectly linear and rich.

The blend of this entry-level red from Rioja changes with the year, and the 2016 Sela is 87% Tempranillo, 7% Graciano and 6% Garnacha, reflecting a cooler year. The aim here is to produce a delicate and pleasant wine to have by the glass or with starters. It fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured in oak barrels for 12 months. It's young and fruit-driven, has good freshness and is easy to drink, with almost unnoticeable tannins.

Alvear Brandy Gran Reserva is one of the gems by the winery Alvear. This brandy has been aged 25 years in extremely old American oak barrels, by means of the solera system.

Producer tasting notes: "Deeply complex and robust, the nose is layered with Seville orange marmalade, honeysuckle and ginger. Unctuously full bodied with intense flavours ranging from dried mango to fresh vanilla and lively citrus zest. These allow for the perfect balance on the palate, showing restrained concentration with a pithy astringency and a mouth-watering finish." -

"The 2014 Prieuré-Lichine is just as impressive from bottle as it was from barrel. Silky, perfumed and gracious on the palate, the wine exudes class. Sweet floral and spice notes meld into a core of red stone fruit, and silky tannins and vivid flavors lead into a creamy and inviting finish. The nose of this whisky presents a delicate blend of spice, honey, and green apples. On the palate, creamy flavors of orange, honey, mint, and toasted grain come to the forefront. The finish offers notes of burnt toffee, bread pudding with raisins, and a subtle hint of bananas foster. While there is some alcohol astringency, it is minimal, and a faint touch of bitter oak emerges towards the end.

Melted caramel, birch beer, and fresh violets on the nose, leading to a creamy palate of cooked bananas, chocolate syrup, butterscotch, licorice, gingerbread, marzipan, raisins, burnt brown sugar, and complex oak. Honeyed almonds and balanced spice take the lead on a solid finish, with trailing notes of melted caramel, plus cinnamon babka, barrel char, light smoke, and an earthy old leather note. A plentiful array of flavors, all meshing well.

Glenfiddich 18 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a distinguished and mature expression from one of Scotland's most iconic distilleries.
