Rémy Martin is a brand of French cognac produced by Rémy Martin SAS, a company based in the Cognac region of France. Cognac is a type of brandy made from white grapes grown in the Cognac region and double distilled in copper pot stills. Rémy Martin is known for its high-quality cognacs, which are made from a blend of eaux-de-vie (a type of brandy) aged for at least two and a half years. The company produces a range of cognacs, including Rémy Martin VSOP (Very Superior Old Pale), Rémy Martin XO (Extra Old), and Rémy Martin Louis XIII, which is a blend of more than 1,200 eaux-de-vie aged for an average of 40 years. Rémy Martin cognacs are often enjoyed neat or on the rocks, and are also used in cocktails.

Unbenownst to many, the country of Moldova is one of the world's oldest with the largest collection - over 2 million bottles, as well as the largest underground cellar used for storage of wines. This sparkling rose cuvee is a blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay with a lovely, elegant floral bouquet and subtle blackcurrant on the paalte with a balanced taste.

Licor 43 derives its delightful taste and golden lustre from an age-old recipe consisting of 43 ingredients. Licor 43 is a liqueur with a complex, but harmonic flavour profile that can be perceived at four levels: citrus, botanic, sweet and floral.Citrus: Reminiscence to the lively citrus aromas of Mediterranean citrus gardens. Botanic: The subtle spiced touch of coriander. Sweet: The sweet palate of mature fruit and nuances of vanilla. Floral: Soft notes of Mediterranean orange and lemon blossom, with a certain point of astringency derived from the peel of citrus fruits, smoothed with notes of mature fruits.

This soft Merlot was crafted with grapes harvested from the vineyards located in the Codru and Valul lui Traian wine regions. Medium bright ruby, with a nose of cherry and plums. Fresh taste and a smooth finish.

20% whole cluster and 80% whole berry fruit is hand-loaded into 225-500 liter new French oak barrels for a 100% barrel fermentation for a period of 28 days, allowing seamless oak integration. The fermentation temperature is kept low, extracting intense aromas, and the cap management is done by hand to ensure soft, gentle flavors and tannin extraction. Wild yeasts. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in barrel leaves considerable lees and sediment. The wine is aged in French oak barrels for 18 months.

The nose is fruity and offers concentration, a small freshness as well as a very fine fleshiness. It reveals notes of lemon paste, tangerine and small notes of flat peach associated with discreet hints of minerality and lemon flowers. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, a slight mineral frame as well as a slight unctuosity. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of quince, ripe lemon and small notes of peach combined with slight hints of mirabelle plum, flowers as well as a discreet hint of zest, apple and very discreet hints of minerality and an imperceptible toasted touch on the finish.

Tequila Cimarron is verified additive-free and made only from fully-mature 100% Blue Weber agave plants and artesian well water, without diffusers, enhancers, or modifiers. The particular agave of Cimarron is grown at 4,620 feet elevation, followed by a long, slow distillation imbues this excellent tequila with layers and layers of bright character. Clean, agave forward; this a blanco that everyone should be drinking.

The wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fresh and fruity character of the grape variety. On the nose, the wine exhibits aromas of red cherry, raspberry, and a hint of spice. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied, with soft tannins and a good balance of acidity. Dassai '39' Premium Junmai Daiginjo Sake is a high-quality sake made from locally grown Yamada Nishiki rice in the Yamaguchi Prefecture of Japan. The sake is brewed using a traditional method, which involves milling the rice grains to 39% of their original size, resulting in a refined and delicate flavor profile. Dassai '39' has a fragrant and fruity aroma with notes of apple, pear, and peach on the palate. It has a smooth and creamy texture, with a hint of sweetness and a refreshing acidity. This sake is best enjoyed chilled and can be paired with a range of Japanese cuisine, including sushi, sashimi, and grilled fish.

"The 2014 Prieuré-Lichine is just as impressive from bottle as it was from barrel. Silky, perfumed and gracious on the palate, the wine exudes class. Sweet floral and spice notes meld into a core of red stone fruit, and silky tannins and vivid flavors lead into a creamy and inviting finish. This sparkling wine, crafted through natural fermentation using grapes from the Muscat variety, preserves the pure flavor of the must, enriched with a high concentration of natural glucose and a low alcohol content. Bin 389 was often referred to as ‘Baby Grange', in part because components of the wine are matured in the same barrels that held the previous vintage of Grange. First made in 1960 by the legendary Max Schubert, this was the wine that helped forge Penfolds reputation with red wine drinkers by combining the structure of cabernet sauvignon with the richness of shiraz.
