From Sacha Lichine's Chateau D'Esclans, the ever-popular, cult rose is back with current vintage, made with a blend of grenache, cinsault, and rolle. A rare release drawn from the Paradis cellars at the Château de Montifaud, this Cognac was the first to personally be distilled Louis Vallet (4th generation), which today stands as a proud family treasure and trophy of the longstanding legacy each of the family's generations beholds. After aging in a combination of red oak and ancient Cognac barrels, Château de Montifaud Héritage Louis Vallet L50 Cognac the percentage of alcohol naturally reduced to 50%; it was then diluted over a period of 2 years down to 40%. This Grand Cru blend was crafted exclusively from Petite Champagne eaux-de-vie between 1935 and 1982, making it an exceptionally rare Cognac.
Eye: Dark antique amber

Nose: Old cigar boxes appear immediately, followed by nuts and spices. Very round and mellow with good rancio.

Palate: The palate keeps the oak light, bringing forth an almond sweetness. The finish is exceptionally long.

Rich and sherried 15yo malt from one of the best distilleries in Speyside. Aged for a little bit longer and bottled a little stronger for a more concentrated, richer flavour. As always, Glenfarclas remains one of the best-value malts on the market – a must for lovers of sherried whisky.

Myth is a single malt whisky matured in a range of specially selected ex-bourbon and rejuvenated oak casks, bottled at 41% abv. This whisky has a Kosher certificate.

High-quality neutral spirit, obtained from the grains of Polish cereals and crystal clear water. Multiple distillation and carbon filtration provide an unquestionable guarantee of class in its category. This extraordinarily strong spirit must be treated with respect , being very near to pure alcohol. It is most commonly used in making fruit and herb tinctures, home made perfumes and it is also recommended to rum on painful body joints.

From the Piedmont wine region, Giribaldi 2014 is an intense and full-bodied Barolo with dark fruit, underbrush and earthy flavours on the palate and would benefit from a couple more years in cellar. The wine was aged in oak cask for 30 months and tannins are still quite firm

At twelve years old, this pre-teen is more than ready to be enjoyed! Bordeaux wines with dominant merlot tend to be more approachable and easier to enjoy as a younger wine. The merlot dominant wine is soft and smooth yet full of blackberry, plum, green pepper, smoke and vanilla aromas and flavours.

Woodford Reserve Double Oaked Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey undergoes a unique double barrel-aging process, which contributes to its distinctive and complex flavor profile. Initially, the bourbon is matured in new charred oak barrels, where it develops its foundational characteristics. Subsequently, it is transferred to a second barrel that has been heavily toasted and lightly charred, intensifying the flavors of caramel, vanilla, and toasted oak. This secondary aging process imbues the bourbon with a smooth, rich, and full-bodied taste, making it an excellent option for enjoying neat or in a wide range of cocktails.

Austin Hope grew up working alongside his father, inheriting his love and respect for the region. He led the family’s move into winemaking in 1995, and further exploration of Paso Robles began. In 2000, Austin created his own label, with very small productions of Rhône varietals because of the similarity in terroir. Today, Austin is showcasing an even greater sweep of Paso Robles and expressing a similar richness with a recently released Cabernet Sauvignon. The source of the wine is far-reaching within the appellation - a most discerning group of vineyards located on gently sloping hillsides and hidden pockets across the domain, providing dimension to the Cabernet varietal. The wine has a bold structure of lush, velvety tannins and an unmistakable elegance. It is dark, ripe and well suited to various beef dishes.

The nose tickles with caramel, spice, vanilla, and earthiness, with just a hint of balsamic vinegar. Warming. Coated with spices, ranging from cinnamon to allspice and from coffee to nutmeg. Eventually, patented caramel and vanilla, with a fun hint of cardamom. The long, enjoyable finish is earthy, but there’s an unwanted bitterness at the end that cannot be denied. If not for the bitter end, this would rate much higher.

This non-vintage Rose is the end result of a desire to create a Rose champagne with a delightfully luscious, fruit-based charm. Jacques Peters, the cellarmaster, and his team wanted a champagne that would be accessible and naturally engaging while conserving Veuve Clicquot's essential values in terms of style.
