The Bowmore Distillery, established in 1779 and located on Islay is so close to the sea, the Atlantic waves smash against the iconic sea-facing wall. This salt spray of this No. 1 Vaults release is a key tasting note. The aromas will give you bright orange zest and marmalade drizzled with the sea and the palate will give you salted honeycomb, iodine soaked blood orange, ocean spiced blackberry and kumquat. Bisci is synonymous with Verdicchio, being crafted in the mountain area of Matelica and staying true to the terroir giving wines that are more austere and higher in acidity. This is a great wine of typicity with a nose full of green and yellow apple, Anjou pear, yellow flowers, even hints of pineapple but still with the mineral nuances, and even a flinty petrol. On the palate that lees ageing was evident as it was very textural and almost tannic, which lends itself to a full bodied wine. More flavours of yellow apple and pear, great minerality and of course, bitter almond. If one is looking to try Verdicchio for the first time, this is a good place to start!

Francois Mikulski was born to a Burgundian mother and a Polish father. He spent many summers in Burgundy falling in love with the vineyards and the lifestyle. Cusomano is a quality winery with grapevines located all across Sicily. Mastroberardino is definitely one of the founding fathers of winemaking in Campania, and put grapes like Fiano and Aglianico on the world wine map. The Ricasoli Castello di Brolio Chianti Classico Gran Selezione is a prestigious, top-tier, single-estate Tuscan red primarily composed of Sangiovese. Known for its elegance and power, it offers intense aromas of red berries, violets, and spices, with a palate featuring dark cherry, mineral notes, and silky tannins. Konrad Salwey is a third generation winemaker from the heart of Kaiserstuhl and whose focus is Pinot Noir. With harvests done in both Burgundy and Alsace, Konrad is making some excellent, world class Pinot Noir. Organic farming principles and low-yielding old vines produce a complex red wine with silky tannins. In the commune of La Morra, Sergio Molino vinifies wine from only 2.5 ha of Nebbiolo vines. The Molino family vineyards, bottled under the Ernesto Molino label is an homage to Sergio's father. Like many micro-wineries, it's a "hands-off" approach, allowing the terroir to speak for itself. Cranberry, violet, hints of vanilla and even an iron note, put this one away for a while to let those austere tannins settle down. Best after 2027.

Adami Bosco di Gica Brut Prosecco DOCG is a sparkling wine produced by the Adami winery located in Veneto, Italy. The wine is made using 100% Glera grape variety grown in the hills of Valdobbiadene, which is renowned for producing high-quality Prosecco. The wine is pale straw-yellow in color with a delicate bouquet of green apple, white peach, and acacia flowers. A fruity nose with tart cherries, strawberries, blackberries, and raspberries. After some time in your glass the fruits settle, though are still prominently featured. This Sancerre Rouge from Domaine du Carrou is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, and is a beautiful representation of the terroir of the Sancerre region. The wine is aged for 10 to 12 months in oak barrels, which gives it a subtle oakiness and a soft texture. On the nose, there are notes of red fruit, such as cherries and raspberries, as well as a hint of spice. On the palate, the wine is fresh and vibrant, with flavors of ripe red fruits, a hint of minerality, and a long, elegant finish. The tannins are well-integrated and provide a nice structure to the wine. This Sancerre Rouge is a great match for grilled or roasted meats, as well as strong cheeses.

Our golden-hued No.2 Wildflower Gin is a bittersweet blend of gentian, lemon balm, elderflower and chamomile layered over a classic dry gin, drawing its inspiration from the glorious grasslands of the Cotswolds. Wonderfully floral with notes of sherbet lemons and delicate eucalyptus.

A complex spicy, powerful and intense mix of fruit and savoury elements. Blackberry and cassis fruit dominate, joined by black plum, black cherry and some cherry chocolate liqueur along with complex black pepper, violet, custard and some burlap and dried herbal notes. Full bodied with lovely ripe tannins and balanced acidity the cassis and blackberry fruit is joined by paprika infused dark chocolate cake, pastry crust, graphite and sage with some leather on the long finish. The art of making fine bourbon first took place on the site of the Woodford Reserve Distillery, a National Historic Landmark, in 1812. You get that sense of history. The history of bourbon is the history of Kentucky, is the history of the United States. Woodford Reserve Rye uses a pre-prohibition style ratio of 53% rye in its mash bill to pay homage to history’s original rye whiskeys, making spice and tobacco the dominant note among a sea of fruit, floral, and sweet aromatics, which yields a nice sweetness and overall balance. After all - balanced rye makes a more balanced cocktail.

Nose: Spicy with distinct notes of rye, black pepper, cedar and cassia bark sweetened with a dusting of marzipan. Hints of pear, apple and almond dance in its depths.
