Kaiyo The Sheri Third Edition is a premium 46% ABV Japanese whisky, matured in rare Mizunara oak and finished in Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, often aged at sea for depth. It features a rich, complex profile with notes of dried fruit, toasted oak, caramel, and spice.

Saburomaru Junenmyo 7 Year Old is a premium blended Japanese whisky from the Wakatsuru Saburomaru Distillery, aged for at least 7 years to deliver a smoky, rich, and complex flavour profile. Bottled at 46% ABV, it features a blend of malt and grain whiskies with a, notable, smoky character.

Toko Fukurotsuri Junmai Daiginjo is an ultra-premium, award-winning sake from Kojima Sohonten (est. 1597) in Yamagata, Japan, characterized by a luxurious, silky texture produced via gravity-drip (Fukurotsuri) extraction. Made from 35% polished Yamada Nishiki rice, it features intense fruity/floral notes like melon, lychee, and pear with a clean, elegant finish.

A blend of 54% Merlot, 42% Cabernet Sauvignon and 4% Petit Verdot, the deep garnet-purple colored, 2017 Palmer gives a very serious nose of pronounced blackcurrant cordial, warm plums and blackberry preserves with hints of cedar chest, pencil shavings, violets, dark chocolate and star anise plus exotic wafts of sandalwood and cassia. Medium-bodied, the palate features fantastically vibrant, crunchy black fruits with a firm texture of ripe, grainy tannins and tons of freshness, finishing very long and mineral laced. It will need a good 5-7 years to really blossom with all those tightly wound nuances, but it should be a stunner!

Traditional, silky-smooth egg liqueur based on the noble recipe of Polmos Bielsko-Biała, produced by the in-house master cream shop. It was made on the basis of fresh chicken egg yolks, vanilla from Madagascar, aromatic brandy and excellent spirit from Greater Poland cereals.

BACARDÍ Reserva Ocho is a complex golden rum with a deep, layered and mellow flavour of dried fruits, spices and oaky vanilla.

Of a deep ruby colour with a garnet hue, our Romanée-Saint-Vivant "Les Quatre Journaux" 2019 unveils pepper, liquorice and blackcurrant bud aromas on the nose. This wine is generous and fresh with silky tannins. It reveals black cherry and liquorice notes on the palate. Nice toasted hint. Beautiful length.

The 2016 Palmer is a blend of 47% Merlot, 47% Cabernet Sauvignon and 6% Petit Verdot. Opaque garnet-purple colored, it slowly glides out of the glass with compelling notes of blueberry compote, warm cassis and kirsch with emerging hints of violets, cigar box, black tea, sandalwood and Sichuan pepper.

Composed of 56% Merlot, 37.5% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 6.5% Cabernet Franc, the 2016 Haut-Brion is deep garnet in color. The nose beings with simple licorice notes before slowly unfurling to deliver growing scents of creme de cassis, plum preserves, dark chocolate, and lilacs, followed by suggestions of crushed rocks, tar, black truffles and cardamom. The full-bodied palate is a tightly coiled spring, taut with black fruit preserves and earthy layers and framed by very firm, grainy tannins, delivering a burst of freshness to carry the long, long, long finish. This will need a good 7-10 more years to fully blossom, and it will be well worth the wait.

Dried fruits, honey, cloves and freshly cooked brioche on the nose. Creamy mouthfeel initially hit the tongue. Delicate lightly roasted barley is tasted first and reveals soft vanilla cream, nutmeg and pleasant subtle pepper spiciness. The spice peaks and falls to a clean finish, warm and pleasant.

Shiraz from old dry grown Barossa vineyards is blended with Viognier, complementing the strengths and complexities of these individual parcels of fruit, whilst giving the resulting wine a further dimension.
Although wonderfully aromatic, RunRig also exhibits a power and latent richness making it more akin to the hugely concentrated wines sourced from the sun drenched hill of Hermitage – the historic home of Syrah and some of the world’s most powerful and longest living wines.

The 2019 Château Lafite Rothschild is a complex, elegant, and powerful Pauillac blend (94% Cabernet Sauvignon) known for its deep garnet color, velvety texture, and seamless integration of ripe dark fruits (blackberry, cassis, plum) with graphite, cedar, cocoa, and spice notes, all framed by polished tannins, minerality, and a long, perfumed finish, offering both immediate charm and significant aging potential. 

Winemaking
After a pre-fermentative cold maceration, the fermentation of the must with the skins takes place at a controlled temperature for 12 days, followed by malolactic fermentation. Then the wine is aged for 6 months in tonneaux and 6 months in stainless steel tanks and 4 months in a bottle.

Tasting Notes
The wine takes on a pale ruby colour. Intense aromas are jampacked with blackberry, raspberry, blueberry and a slight peppery note. On the palate, it is dry, medium-bodied, has well-ripened soft tannins, elegant with plenty of acidity and a touch of spice.

Barnard Griffin Winery began in 1983 with borrowed grapes and a rented cellar, the dream of founders Deborah Barnard and Rob Griffin. It has since become one of Washington's most enduring and award-winning wineries. Along with their tasting room, they also have a tasting room in Woodinville, where one can taste many examples of Washington wine. The bright and concentrated personality of this delicious, six-vineyard, Cab-based red blend is filled with racy cherry, orange zest and cranberry flavors. Juicy acidity augments the lengthy, fruit-filled finish. Well suited for everyday enjoyment and well priced, for making this a great pizza wine.

With their winery located with the National Park area of Gran Sasso, this family owned winey began their estate in the early 1900's when the first vineyards were purchased but it wasn't until two generations later, the family decided to bottle wines under their own label. When the first grandchild was born, she had flaming red har just like her grandmother, so the label created was "Testarossa" (redhead). This 100% Montepulciano has aromas of plums and cherries with nuances of violet. On the palate it's full-bodied with ripe red cherry, cocoa, licorice, tobacco, leather with smooth tannins and a long finish. The bottle boasts a leather label on this 1.5 L.

Located in the Cote Chalonnaise, Laurent Dufouleur works with the three grape varieites of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Aligote. As part of the Tramier Collection, three family wineries work together to achieve excellence in everything they do. This red wine is a blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay, effectively a Passetoutgrains. An unbelievable quality here at an incredible price - aromas of red berries, spice and hints of earth and mushroom with a smooth mouthfeel.

The Bisci vineyards were purchased in 1972, of the 25ha, 18ha of which are planted to Verdicchio, Marche's signature grape variety. The winery was then built in 1980 and the company has been certified organic since 2016. The grapes for this wine also come from the Vegneto Foglia vineyard, then further bunches selected, but it's only produced in the best vintages. the resulting wine is concentrated and rich with full bodied aromas and flavours of yellow fruits, aniseed and almond. Ageable.

This hand-blown glass in the shape of a dragon would be an asset to any Scotch collectors library. Inside is Small Batch whiskey crafted in the same style as single barrel scotch.

The Chateau Malescasse is located between Margaux and Saint Julien at the highest point in the Medoc and has a long, proud history dating back to 1824. Now completely refurbished, with modernizations in the winery, the 40ha plot is managed as a Grand Cru. The 2016 has a blend of 53% Merlot, 38% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 9% Petit Verdot. Well- balanced and full bodied with a powerful nose of cassis, blackberry, cedar, and floral notes. The palate is fleshy and full, with a long round finish. An excellent Bordeaux at an amazing price point.

Bearface first sources an exceptional Canadian whisky, matured in ex-bourbon American oak. Next it is placed in used French oak wine barrels, and the final finish takes place in new Hungarian oak. Experience complex notes of vanilla, dried fruit and spice; sip on its own or use in a classic whisky cocktail.

This Grangestone Single Malt has been matured in traditional American oak casks until it has achieved the perfect balance of flavours, green leafy notes play in harmony with its sweet delicate oak flavour. The whisky is then transferred into casks that have previously held premium Rum to allow for further development.

Aroma: A rich malty aroma with a biscuity sweetness and fresh fruit notes. A delicate leafy character is balanced with vanilla sweetness.

Taste: Sweet and rounded with a vanilla oakiness. The maly character carries through into the taste with subtle notes of caramelised fruits.

Finish: Mellow and long lasting

From the Bolgheri DOC, the Poggio Al Tesoro is owned by the Allegrini family of Valpolicella fame. The Sondraia is the flagship wine made with a blend of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc. Full bodied and intense with aromas and flavours of black currant, blackberry and spice, it's an excellent accompaniment to grilled meats and wild game.

Gattinara Riserva is an absolutely gorgeous wine. Rich and pliant in the glass, it offers a striking interplay of rich fruit, bright acids and tannic spine.

This wine is known for its intense aromas of red fruits, roses, and spices, with a complex and elegant flavor profile that includes notes of cherry, licorice, and tobacco. The tannins are firm and well-structured, providing a long and persistent finish. This wine is aged for at least two years in oak barrels, which adds depth and complexity to its flavor. Rinaldi Barbaresco is a perfect wine to pair with rich and flavorful dishes such as roasted meats, game, and aged cheeses.

Paul O'Brien Pinot Noir Willamette Valley is a premium red wine that is made from the finest Pinot Noir grapes grown in the Willamette Valley region of Oregon. Passopisciaro is a small area (the name of a town) on Mt.Etna's north face on the property of the late Andrea Franchetti. Soils from this active volcano provides resulting wine with a vein of minerality that speaks of the terroir of this prestigious region. Contrada Sciaranuova is located at 850 m.In Sicilian, "sciara nuova" means "new lava flow", deposits from the relatively new lava flow from the 1600s that has turned into thick gravel.The wines produced from this site are bright, aromatic, and have a rich taste of fermented hay and a dusty herbal quality. The wine is structured, yet fresh with a youthful concentration.

Fattoria del Pino Brunello di Montalcino 2019 is an elegant and expressive Tuscan red made from 100% Sangiovese grown near the renowned Montosoli hill in Montalcino. The wine offers vibrant aromas of ripe cherry, wild berries, dried rose petals, orange peel, herbs, and subtle earthy spice. The palate is medium-to-full-bodied and beautifully structured, with juicy red fruit, bright acidity, fine-grained tannins, and savory notes of leather, licorice, and dried herbs. Traditionally matured in large Slavonian oak casks, it finishes long, balanced, and mineral-driven, with excellent potential for further aging.

Fattoria del Pino Brunello di Montalcino 2018 is an elegant and traditionally styled Tuscan red made from 100% Sangiovese grown in the Montosoli area of northern Montalcino. The wine offers aromas of ripe cherry, red berries, dried flowers, citrus peel, tobacco, and earthy spice. On the palate, it is refined and well balanced, with fresh acidity, fine-grained tannins, and layers of red fruit, leather, herbs, and subtle smoky notes. The finish is long and savory, showing the freshness and mineral character typical of the cooler Montosoli terroir. With its combination of structure and finesse, the 2018 is approachable now but can continue to develop with additional bottle age.

This 100% Timorasso is native to the Tortona area in Piemonte. The ancient name is Derthona and often seen on the labels. Before nearing extinction, this grape was brought back to life by Walter Massa, knowing there was great potential. The grape ages remarkably well and will resemble a dry Riesling with five years of age or more. This single vineyard of Costa del Vento shows aromas and flavours of white flowers, stone fruits, and bright citrus. It will always have high acidity and be voluptuous. These wines can sometimes border on feeling "alcoholic" so chill to temper and decant for best tasting experience.

The region of Gavi is home to the Cortese grape. The philosophy of the farm is to ensure the vines are farmed without any use of chemicals. Only healthy and carefully selected grapes are gently pressed. This wine offers a particularly fine mineral feeling and notes of fruit and white flowers. On the palate the wine is lively, harmonious, with a fresh acidity, which increases its persistence and drinkability. This will be a fine choice for vegetable dishes and fresh salads.
