Masahiro Kaijin Blended Whisky is a 40% ABV, Okinawan Japanese whisky crafted by the historic Masahiro Distillery (est. 1883). It is a light-bodied blend of grain and vintage malt whiskies, offering a tropical,, sea-kissed profile with notes of pineapple, vanilla, citrus, and subtle,, woody spice.

Wakatsuru Saburomaru Junenmyo Rouge is a 46% ABV blended Japanese whisky from the Saburomaru Distillery in Toyama, featuring a, "Rouge" (red) wine cask finish. It blends over 50% heavily peated Saburomaru malt with aged grain whisky, offering a complex profile of smoky ash, sweet red berries, and caramel.

Yoshi No Gawa Minamo Nakagumi Dai Ginjo is a premium, high-alcohol (approx. 15-17.5% ABV) sake from Niigata that features a vibrant, fruity aroma of green melon, apple, and citrus, with a rich yet clean, crisp finish. "Nakagumi" signifies it is taken from the middle press, resulting in a refined, structured taste that pairs excellently with sushi, sashimi, and rich, creamy dishes.

Kozaemon Junmai Daiginjo (often featuring a 40% polishing ratio) is a premium, award-winning sake from Gifu, Japan, known for its elegant, complex profile. It features aromatic notes of melon, pineapple, and citrus, balanced by a refined, silky texture and a clean finish. It blends Yamadanishiki and Aiyama rice for added depth.

Ikekame Kamejirushi Daiginjo is a premium Japanese sake brewed with Yamada Nishiki rice polished to 40%, offering a smooth, refined, and aromatic experience. Known as "Turtle Blue," it features delicate floral and fruity notes, a gentle sweetness, and a crisp, clean finish. This elegant, limited-production sake pairs well with sushi and light seafood.

Patrón Extra Añejo is an ultra-premium, 100% Weber Blue Agave tequila aged for at least 3 years in American, French, and Hungarian oak barrels. It features a bright, dark gold color with a rich, complex flavor profile, boasting notes of caramel, vanilla, dried fruits, and light agave. It is known for a smooth, velvety texture and is ideal for sipping or replacing whiskey in cocktails.

Beautifully made wine with notes of yellow fruits, honey, wild flowers, quince. Sweet and rich, precise and well defined with a lingering finish.

On the palate, the wine delivers an exquisite combination of ripe and overripe fruit character. It charms with the presence of luscious stone fruits, such as peaches and apricots, along with a subtle touch of sweet fruits and honey that add a delightful richness.

Big and rich, with expressive beef and earthy notes to the dark plum and roasted dark cherry flavors, which are backed by firm tannins and acidity. Creamy in the midpalate, with hints of dried green herbs and dark chocolate on the finish.

Composed of 56% Merlot, 37.5% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 6.5% Cabernet Franc, the 2016 Haut-Brion is deep garnet in color. The nose beings with simple licorice notes before slowly unfurling to deliver growing scents of creme de cassis, plum preserves, dark chocolate, and lilacs, followed by suggestions of crushed rocks, tar, black truffles and cardamom. The full-bodied palate is a tightly coiled spring, taut with black fruit preserves and earthy layers and framed by very firm, grainy tannins, delivering a burst of freshness to carry the long, long, long finish. This will need a good 7-10 more years to fully blossom, and it will be well worth the wait.

Shiraz from old dry grown Barossa vineyards is blended with Viognier, complementing the strengths and complexities of these individual parcels of fruit, whilst giving the resulting wine a further dimension.
Although wonderfully aromatic, RunRig also exhibits a power and latent richness making it more akin to the hugely concentrated wines sourced from the sun drenched hill of Hermitage – the historic home of Syrah and some of the world’s most powerful and longest living wines.

Winemaking
After a pre-fermentative cold maceration, the fermentation of the must with the skins takes place at a controlled temperature for 12 days, followed by malolactic fermentation. Then the wine is aged for 6 months in tonneaux and 6 months in stainless steel tanks and 4 months in a bottle.

Tasting Notes
The wine takes on a pale ruby colour. Intense aromas are jampacked with blackberry, raspberry, blueberry and a slight peppery note. On the palate, it is dry, medium-bodied, has well-ripened soft tannins, elegant with plenty of acidity and a touch of spice.

Critic tasting note: "This blend of Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay and Cabernet Franc is ripe and yeasty. It has perfumed fruit, although the fruit is ensconced in a bitter, nutty character. The acidity is intense, giving freshness at the end."

This rose is made with 100% Moschofilero and has elegant aromas of strawberries, cherries, tangerine and floral nuances. The palate is rich in the mouth with just enough sweetness to highlight the cherry fruit while toffee and jasmine remain in the long finish.

The personal secretary of King Louis XIV, Phelippeau de Pontchartrain, acquired these hunting estates located near the forests of the Royal Abbey of Fontevraud and with excellent land for vineyards.
The domain recently celebrated its 350th anniversary and is reinforced with modern facilities that allow them to diversify the methods of winemaking and enhance this magnificent terroir.

The grapes are placed in temperature-controlled vats for a cold maceration of two to four days, then a controlled fermentation. The intensity of the ventilation and the choice of temperatures are made according to the vintage to seek harmony, fruit and elegance while having texture and volume upon tasting.

"Solo Sole" means "only sun" in Italian and the grape Vermentino loves the sun soaked coast of Bolgheri in Tuscany and it embodies the colours, fragrances and flavours of these lands that lie so close to the sea. Notes of peach and apricot are accompanied by zesty acidity and that ever present Vermentino saline tang.

After long careers as a soldier and a nurse, Peter and Jane Clark bought a sheep paddock in the Awatere Valley of New Zealand's Marlborough and there they established Clark Estate and planted 20 acres of Sauvignon Blanc from scratch. The Clericus label is one of four labels reserved for their finest wines. This Sauvignon Blanc is powerful and concentrated, packed with ripe stone fruit flavours and layered with exotic tropical aromas created by the use of wild yeast and selective use of oak. This is not your typical New Zealand sauvignon blanc and absolutely gorgeous!

Perhaps one of the most popular California Chardonnays, the 'Proprietors Select' is only made in exceptional vintages, and blending the best barrels from the finest lots. Carneros region in Napa Valley offers ideal growing conditions for the grape variety. This is gorgeous Rombauer with intense and expressive flavours of peach, clove and freshly baked pastries. The acidity is bright and refreshing and the finish is long and concentrated. The perfect pairing to Fettucine Alfredo and corn chowder soup.

Serralunga is one of the 11 villages that are allowed to have the name "Barolo" on the label. Located on soils of Serravalian, this thick clay-like soil allows for these wines to age for 35 years or more. Tenuta Cucco is a family owned winery with grapes for this wine coming from two cru: Bricco Voghera and Cerrati. Classic aromas of roses, undergrowth, licorice and spices. Tart cherries and spice dominate on the palate with good structure, intensity with a warm finish. A beautiful expression of Nebbiolo at an excellent price point!

Cenote Tequila Blanco is a premium tequila made from 100% blue Weber agave grown in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. It is named after the natural underground water reservoirs, known as cenotes, that were sacred to the ancient Mayan civilization. The tequila is double-distilled in copper pot stills and then rested for 3 weeks in stainless steel tanks to allow the flavors to fully develop. The result is a smooth and crisp tequila with notes of citrus, vanilla, and agave. It is perfect for sipping or mixing in cocktails. Cenote Tequila Blanco is a testament to the rich history and tradition of tequila-making in Mexico and is a must-try for any tequila enthusiast.

The vineyard is planted with the Sauvignon grape (75%), which provides the fruit, the aroma and freshness to the wine, whilst the other grape variety, the Semillon (25%), imparts roundness and finesse to this fine wine. M. de Malle Graves is a complex and well-structured wine that will benefit from some additional aging in the bottle, but is also enjoyable to drink now. 

The FAY Cabernet Sauvignon displays vibrant red fruit fragrances accompanied by hints of black tea, olive, and baking spices. It features a harmonious texture that is well-balanced, and the mid-palate boasts a pleasant concentration of berry fruit that culminates in a finish of cinnamon and spices. This vintage is more opulent than previous ones, which is typical of the year's characteristics.

Passopisciaro is a small area (the name of a town) on Mt.Etna's north face on the property of the late Andrea Franchetti. Soils from this active volcano provides resulting wine with a vein of minerality that speaks of the terroir of this prestigious region. The Passorosso is a blend of ancient grapes of Nerello Mascalese from different vineyards located at different altitudes on the northern side of Etna. Aromatic and fresh, this wine is a great introduction to the wines from Mt. Etna. Expect cherry, pomegranate, and floral overtones with nuances of earth, smoke, and herbs, along with that high acidity and prominent tannin structure that come with the grape variety.

Passopisciaro is a small area (the name of a town) on Mt.Etna's north face on the property of the late Andrea Franchetti. Soils from this active volcano provides resulting wine with a vein of minerality that speaks of the terroir of this prestigious region. Porcaria is considered most famous and sought after of the contrade due to the robust wine it produces. Velvety yet elegant with red berries and herbal notes.

Soils from this active volcano provides resulting wine with a vein of minerality that speaks of the terroir of this prestigious region. The Chiappemacine is the lowest site (in altitude) which produces a rounder, more full-bodied style of Nerello Mascalese with aromas and flavours of crushed raspberries, wild strawberries, cinnamon, and star anise.

Although 2017 was not a vintage for the ages, excellent winemakers will still create beautiful wines from hand selected grapes. Jessica Pellegrini is a minimalist, using indigenous yeast and "hands-off" winemaking. Like the 2015, it is true to the Sangiovese variety with an expressive nose of cherry, fresh Italian herbs, and tomato leaf. Serve with tomato based pasta dishes like Bolognese or Lasagne.
