Gulfi is a family-owned winery located in southern Sicily, with grand cru vineyards located in Pachino: 100% Nero d’Avola that grows in sandy soil close to the sea and has adapted to the hot climate. Here, the resulting wines are complex and elegant, and the benchmark for what these wines should taste like. Undoubtedly, one of the world’s greatest wine estates and producers of Nero d’Avola. Although one might think the wines taste the same, each single vineyard or ‘cru’ showcases the great terroir of Pachino and the subtleties of each area.

Maccarj is a dense and powerful wine with a perfumed nose of ripe black cherry, garrigue, iron notes and eucalyptus. The tannins are firm and powerful with lingering flavours of blackberry fruit and juniper along with a meaty, black olive quality, typical of this cru.

The CASK 23 combines the signature perfume notes of FAY vineyard with the structure and dark fruit of S.L.V. Fragrant and fresh aromas of red and black currant, black tea, anise and nutmeg fill the nose. The wine has a vibrant mouthfeel with savory and velvety tannins along with blackberry and currant flavors. This is an elegant, flavorful vintage of CASK 23 with integrated oak, refined tannins and a lasting aftertaste.

As the winery's most important and awarded wine, Sor Ugo represents the elegance and strength of Bolgheri. A "Super Tuscan" Bordeaux-blend created by the prominent enologist Tibor Gal, it is named after Ugo, the first Pellegrini family member who started to work with grapes and wines a century ago

Roeno Enantio Valdadige is a red wine produced by the Roeno winery located in the Valdadige DOC region of Trentino-Alto Adige, Italy. This wine is made from the Enantio grape variety, which is grown on the winery's estate vineyards and undergoes a maceration process with the skins for about 12 days.

On the nose, this wine has intense aromas of red berries, with hints of spice and licorice. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with a good balance of acidity and tannins. Flavors of red currant, black cherry, and a hint of tobacco are present, with a long and persistent finish.

Edda (‘she’ in Salento dialect) is the feminine and sensual soul of San Marzano. It is a complex white wine, full of Mediterranean notes. Noticeable acidity intertwined with an enveloping and elegant warmth, savoury and mineral notes on the palate. The Chardonnay grapes give the wine finesse and longevity, together with different varieties indigenous to Puglia, that year after year compete to complement the blend.

This auction has existed since 1859, is the oldest in the world and has 48 cuvees available for donors to have their names printed on it. Albert Bichot has been the leading buyer for 15 years at this world-renowned auction.
Albert Bichot is a five-generation family-owned property having owned land in Burgundy's Cote d'Or since the 1830's. The current owner, Alberic Bichot is respectful of his family's traditions yet entirely focused on the future: converting to organic viticulture, adapting to new markets, increasing exposure to Burgundy wines, and much more. The vineyards now total six estates from Chablis in the north to Beaujolais in the south.
This white wine is 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in the prestigious Charlemagne vineyard in the village of Aloxe-Corton of Burgundy. The nose is intense with notes of lemon curd, citrus pith, nutmeg and rich, nutty complexity. The palate is mouth-filling with balanced acidity and a spicy, smooth, long finish. This white wine will only get better with age. Pair with cauliflower puree, braised fennel and sea scallops.

The Giacomo Fenocchio Barolo is a full-bodied and elegant red wine produced from 100% Nebbiolo grapes grown in the Barolo subregion of Piedmont, Italy. It offers a deep ruby color and aromas of dark cherry, rose petal, licorice, and tobacco. On the palate, it is rich and complex with notes of red fruit, leather, and spice, balanced by firm tannins and bright acidity. The finish is long and persistent. This wine has received 93 points from Wine Spectator, which praises its "intensity and harmony," calling it "a modern-style Barolo, but still maintains its integrity and typicity." It is an ideal pairing with hearty meat dishes, aged cheeses, or simply enjoyed on its own. 

The Giovanni Almondo Arneis Vigne Sparse is a great entry into the joys of Arneis, one of the most important white varieties in the Roero. Clean and sharp flavors of white pepper, almond, under-ripe pear and mineral-driven citrus blend into a finish loaded with energy and sparked by a salivating finish.

The Nicaragua Rum 1999 Sansibar 17 Year Old is a premium aged rum produced in Nicaragua by an undisclosed distillery and bottled by Sansibar, a German independent bottler. This rum was distilled in 1999 and aged for 17 years in oak casks, resulting in a rich and complex spirit with notes of vanilla, caramel, toasted oak, and spice. It is bottled at cask strength, without any artificial color or flavor additives. The Nicaragua Rum 1999 Sansibar 17 Year Old is a limited edition release with only a few thousand bottles produced.

Moët & Chandon offers a customizable version of its Brut Impérial Champagne, which allows customers to personalize the bottle with their own message or design. The wine itself is the same blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay grapes, aged for at least 24 months in the cellars to develop its complex and elegant flavor profile. The Robert Mondavi Napa Pinot Noir is a red wine made from Pinot Noir grapes grown in the Napa Valley region of California. It has a ruby-red color and offers aromas of red berries, cherries, and vanilla on the nose. On the palate, the wine has flavors of ripe strawberries, black cherries, and a hint of spice. It is medium-bodied with soft tannins and a smooth finish. This Pinot Noir pairs well with grilled salmon, roasted chicken, or mushroom risotto.

The Rosé de Giscours is a refreshing and elegant wine with a pale pink color. On the nose, it offers aromas of red berries and citrus fruits, with a hint of spice. J. Lohr Signature Cabernet is a red wine produced by J. Lohr Vineyards & Wines in the Paso Robles region of California. It is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, which are carefully selected and hand-harvested from the winery's estate vineyards.

On the nose, J. Lohr Signature Cabernet has a complex bouquet of dark fruit aromas, including black cherry, blackberry, and cassis, as well as notes of vanilla, oak, and spice. Overall, J. Lohr Signature Cabernet is a well-crafted wine that showcases the unique characteristics of the Cabernet Sauvignon grape and the terroir of Paso Robles. It pairs well with a variety of hearty dishes, including grilled meats, roasted vegetables, and hearty stews. It is best served at a temperature of around 16-18°C (60-64°F).

Zuidam Distillery in the Netherlands produces a number of spirits including whisky and gin. This oak matured gin uses the same recipe as the distillery's regular dry gin focused on fresh citrus notes and small batch distillations.

From the Distillery: "Dutch Courage dry gin is distilled from Nine botanicals: juniper berries and iris root from Italy, coriander from Morocco, angelica, sweet oranges and fresh whole lemons from Spain, licorice root from India, cardamom and whole vanilla beans from Madagascar. The gin is distilled using a unique distillation method with the separate distillation of each botanical producing a fresh, complex and layered flavour from a total of 14 distillations."

The difference is that this dry gin is aged in new 200-litre American oak casks. This adds a layer of beguiling vanilla and spice to the still-fresh and fruity gin. The result of this is absolutely stunning.

Distiller's Tasting Notes: The nose is soft and mellow. It is balanced with fresh citrus and juniper notes and slightly sweet, soft and gentle vanilla and spices. The flavour is completely dry and fresh with a wonderful softness.

Jane Eyre, a winemaker originally from Australia, now works with small vineyards in Burgundy and is making a name for herself with quality, non-intervention wines. This wine is aged in oak barrels for about 12 months, resulting in a wine with a beautiful balance of fruit and oak flavours. On the nose, the wine displays aromas of dark cherry, black raspberry, and a touch of earthiness. The palate is medium-bodied, with flavours of red and black fruit, a subtle minerality, and smooth tannins. Jane Eyre Gevrey-Chambertin Villages 2020 is a wine that can be enjoyed now but has the potential to age gracefully for a few more years. This wine pairs well with roasted or grilled meats, mushrooms, and strong cheeses.

Located in Nuits-Saint-Georges, the Dufuoleur family has been steeped in Burgundian winemaking and culture for more than 400 years. Their property of 30ha runs from the village of Fixin in the north to Santenay in the south. Whilst mostly Pinot Noir is planted, this very small vineyard of Chardonnay where only 1100 bottles are made. Wines are aged in French oak barrels, a third of which are new. The finished wine has an expressive nose of lemon chiffon, honey and fine herbaceous nuances. As the wine ages, it will develop a toasty, nutty aroma and flavour.

Droin Chablis Valmur Grand Cru is a white wine made from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in the Valmur Grand Cru vineyard in Chablis. It has a bright, pale gold color and a complex aroma that combines mineral, citrus, and floral notes. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with a rich texture and flavors of ripe citrus fruit, green apple, and a subtle hint of honey. The wine has a long, elegant finish with a refreshing acidity and a lingering minerality. 

Carte Blanche reflects the traditional style of the fine wines from Champagne of the 19th century. It is a soft and creamy Champagne, releasing a pure fruit that gives it a lovely vibrant character. After a few years ageing in the cellar, it has reached perfect maturity and, thanks to the Louis Roederer art of blending, shows astonishing freshness and subtlety. Aged between 3 and 4 years in their cellars, Carte Blanche expresses itself with a rich, creamy texture that contrasts with its freshness. It unleashes a succession of delectable notes of cooked fruit, baked apple, white flowers, almond and frangipane. This lovely, well-balanced epicurean champagne is an instant hit.

The Brut Millésime from the pen of Champagne Barons de Rothschild from Champagne offers a brilliant, golden yellow color in the wine glass. The play of pearls of this sparkling wine presents itself in the glass incredibly fine, elegant and long-lasting. This sparkling wine also enchants the eye with reflections If you swirl the glass, then this sparkling wine is characterized by an immense brilliance, which makes it dance lively in the glass. Poured into a sparkling wine glass, this Old World sparkling wine presents delightfully distinguished aromas of apple, quince, nashi pear and pear, rounded off by other fruity nuances.

TASTING NOTES
A very complex and concentrated interpretation of Tempranillo, complemented by 15% Merlot. The grapes come from a single vineyard at the foot of Sierra Cantabria with an elevation of 700 meters. Spontaneous fermentation takes place in stainless steel with a 20-day maceration. This is followed by barrel aging in French for 14 months. The colour of the wine is an inviting bright red with hints of purple. The aroma is full of ripe fruit with a hint of almond skin and aromatic herbs. The palate has a beautiful mouth-feel with soft tannins, complex yet smooth and an underlying touch of well-integrated oak aging. A lively acidity provides balance, leading into a harmonious, long finish.

TASTING NOTES

The Juliette is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc and has her roots in the shale soils of the stunning Highfield farm in Elgin, in a vineyard farmed for premium wine. This includes intensive shoot thinning and leaf removal after berry set to allow optimum tropical flavours to develop in the fruit. Grapes were harvested in the cool early morning hours and sorted at cellar.

This attention to detail yielded a lively wine, with crushed pineapple, bananas and soft tropical notes of white peaches and pear on the nose. A full mouthfeel with fresh green melon flavours that excite the senses, and lingering finish complete the drinking experience.

Perfect for relaxing on a picnic blanket or with long lunches around the pool, surrounded by the stirring sounds of nature and the laughter of loved ones sharing a memorable moment. It is also a great wine for food such as grilled prawns, sushi and other seafood dishes.

This is smooth and elegant, like a Burgundy wine—nice notes of strawberry and cherry with an earthy undercurrent.

An organic expression of red Cahors that was matured in oak for up to 18 months it offers complex aromas of plums, cherries and spice. The dry, full and smooth palate is full of crunchy blueberry fruits, plums, cherries and spices and has a long satisfying finish. Pairing: grilled steaks, pasta with chorizo, lamb cutlets

The 2019 Chablis Vaudésir Grand Cru has a bit of SO2 reduction on the nose, though this gradually blows away. It doesn't reveal much, and I find others convey more personality. The palate is well balanced with a fine lime and orange pith entry and good weight, yet it needs more detail and mineralité towards what feels like a rather conservative finish.

Pairs well with: Shellfish, Lobster and Crab

The palate is round, finer, more complex and less pronounced alcohol than on the “ Armagnacs Grands Armagnacs 8 et 12 ans”. In the mouth it reveals notes of apple, candied fruits, dried fruits and spices associated with few woody notes and candied yellow fruits on the finish. Good length."

Complex wine fermented in barriques for 40% of the grapes. Very intense straw yellow colour. The nose is lively with balsamic notes and aromas of woody resins. Remarkable notes of ripe fruit such as apple, pear, papaya, and then honey, wet stone and spices. Full and vigorous, with great structure. Enjoy it in a large glass.

From the Domaine of Clarence Dillon, this is the second label for the Chateau La Mission Haut Brion. (Not to be confused with Chateau Haut-Brion). Dillon purchased this famous vineyard in 1983 and has brought it to the fame it has today, situated next to its famous neighbour notwithstanding. The terroir is similar and the 26.6ha of vines features about half/half Cabernet Sauvigon/Merlot with a small amount of Petit Verdot. In 2007 a new cellar, bottling centre and tasting room were built, combining modern technology with tradition. The wine itself for this vintage is 54% merlot, 45% cabernet sauvignon and 1% cabernet franc. Great structure with fine-grained tannins that provides the backbone to flavours of blackberry, raspberry, vanilla and spice. It's almost ready to go - try in 2026 or hold for another 5-10 years.

Multiple award-winning single malt that is uniquely aged in five distinctive wine casks. Shows inviting fruit-forward aromas with hints of toffee, vanilla, herb and floral notes. The palate is warm and creamy with flavours of caramel, spice and tropical fruit on a lengthy finish. Enjoy neat or add a few drops of pure water.

Beautiful, resolved nose, a touch of delightful oxidation, coffee and chocolate but still that cherry ripe red fruit clarity. In the mouth it is silky and dense, a flood of quite meaty and fleshy black fruit, super ripe tannins and lovely plum and cherry skin acidity giving length. A beautifully resolved and complete wine.

Cantina Girlan is a cooperative winery located in the Alto Adige (South Tyrol/Südtirol) region, dating back to 1923 with 23 winegrowers. Today the winery belongs to 200 winegrowing families on a total of 230 hectares; hence, each grower farms an average of 1,15 ha. Grapes are harvested by hand and sustainable methods are utilized to protect the soil and overall environment. Native grape varieties, such as Pinot Bianco, Pinot Noir and Vernatsch (Schiava) are the focus.
Made from 100% Vernatsch, aka Schiava, this light bodied red wine has pretty notes of strawberries, ripe raspberries, lemon peel and rose petals.

A light straw yellow Cava with a lively mousse and aromas of apple, pear, pastry and an undertone of brioche. Fresh and digestible with a long, uplifting aftertaste.
Mistinguett Brut is an ode to all women who work hard to achieve their dreams and refers to the French artist Mistinguett. The winery Vallformosa produces this special cava in the Penedes. Vallformosa means beautiful valley in Catalan. It's the Domenech family who have been working the land since 1865 with great passion to make the grapes grow best in the hills. New vineyards have been acquired over the years and now it is the fifth generation that continues the tradition of winemaking.

This is the inaugural release of this wine, very different in style from the Bin 707 Cabernet, coming from a single district and aged in French, not American, oak. The fruit is from two prized blocks of Penfolds' own vineyards, and is aged for 14 months in new French oak hogsheads. At first it is quite closed, but there's a delicate, almost floral and mint leaf edge here, then a rush of cassis begins to fill in. The oak adds a smoky incense note. The palate has a really firm backbone, the tight, powerful tannins framing really juicy fruit that bursts onto the mid-palate with sweet blackcurrant. Savoury and fresh on the finish, this is concentrated but long and elegant too.

The Cadenhead Original Collection A Tennessee Distillery 18 years old is an American whisky from an undisclosed distillery in Tennessee. It was distilled in 2003 and matured in a barrel which was bottled on the 9th of Jun 2022 at 46% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour, as a limited release.

E. Pira & Figli Chiara Boschis Via Nuova is a red wine from the Barolo region of Italy. The wine is made from the Nebbiolo grape variety, which is known for its high tannins and acidity. The wine is aged for a minimum of 38 months before release, which is longer than the minimum aging requirement for regular Barolo wines. The wine has a complex bouquet, with notes of red fruit, cherry, rose and tar, it also has a spicy and balsamic aftertaste.
