Founded in 1911, Casaretti is considered one of the top producers in the Bardolino DOC. The 4th generation manages the estate of 13ha on the eastern shores of Lake Garda. Made with 70% Corvina, 20% Rondinella and 10% Molinara, it is a fresh and vibrant rose with hints of peach and roses. Drink young with white fish and risotto.

Ken Forrester Silver Rose is a 100% Grenache rosé from Stellenbosch, South Africa, featuring a delicate, light pink color and a refined, dry profile. It offers notes of strawberry, red berries, and pomegranate, with a medium-bodied, structured, and elegant palate. It is typically aged on fine lees for 9 months.

Le Cidre Artisanal Breton Bigoud Rosé (souvent associé aux Cidres Le Brun ou Cidres Le Brun/Bigoud à Plovan) est une boisson pétillante de Bretagne, caractérisée par sa robe rose naturelle et son goût rafraîchissant. Élaboré avec des pommes à chair rouge (comme la Red Love) et des variétés douces-amères, il offre un équilibre entre une acidité vive et des arômes de fruits rouges. It began with rather normal temperatures and precipitation, promoting budbreak that was in line with the historical average of the region. Spring, and in particular the month of May, was characterized by frequent rainfall and temperatures slightly below average. The summer months were generally hot and dry, without noticeable spikes, providing optimal ripening conditions for the Merlot, Cabernet & Sangiovese grapes that comprise this wine. A windy and cooler September insured healthy & phenolically mature clusters were obtained during harvest. Tasting Notes Intensely red in colour with purple reflections, this wine contains aromas of forest berries, sweet spice and vanilla bean. Round and harmonious on the palate, this wine has sweet tannins and a delicate finish.

The vineyards of Michel Mallard located in Ladoix-Serrigny at the foot of Corton Hill in the Cotes de Beaune encompass all levels of vineyard quality: Villages, Premier Cru Grand Cru. Red wines of Corton will typically be more structured than wines of Vougeout, but perhaps not as powerful as Pommard. The Grand Cru of Le Rognet is a complex wine with notes of buleberry, blackberry and blackcurrant with nuances of licorice and pepper. Smooth and velvety tannins, this wine will age for a surprisingly long time.

Austria has come a long way in winemaking and this blend of their famous Zweigelt (crossing of Blaufrankisch and St. Laurent) with Cabernet Franc offers aromas and flavours of red berries and roses. Light on its feet, it reminds one of summer! Certified organic and vegan.

Local Edmonton brewery Trial and Ale is well known for artisinal wild and sour ales. This is a farmhouse ale/sour blend, so as its name suggests, it is brewed with several strains of brettanomyces to create the bready, yeasty, somewhat funky, earthy and tart flavours.

From one of the only wineries located within the Parco Nazionale, this is the top wine of the Pasetti line. With six years of ageing combined with stainless steel, new oak and in bottle, this intense, complex, full-bodied wine is a stunning example of ripe red cherry, and plum, accompanied by hints of violet and dried red flowers. Further flavours of stewed cherries, plums, spice, licorice and coffee that gives great complexity, structure, depth and elegance. A truly fascinating wine.

Mas Donis Rosat is a vibrant,, aromatic, and full-bodied Spanish rosé from DO Montsant (Capçanes), typically blending Garnatxa (Grenache) with Syrah and Merlot. It is known for its intense strawberry pink color, fresh red fruit flavors (cherry, raspberry), and a long,, slightly herbal, and mineral finish.

The Rosch family represents three generations of winemaking in the Mosel. Their land is 8.5ha of Riesling grown on mostly slate soils. With the cool climate, the grapes ripen later, then only natural yeasts are used which aid to express the terroir of the Mosel. The term "feinherb" is referred to as off-dry and with 19 g/L of residual sugar, the wine has aromas of apricots and peaches to match the racy acidity. A refreshing, harmonious wine with Drinkflusse(a nicer way of saying highly quaffable).

Neil Ellis is considered to be one of the most influencial pioneers of modern day winemaking in South Africa. The Syrah grapes from the Groenekloof vineyard were handpicked from low yielding bush vines. They produce a medium bodied wine with vibrant colours. The aroma is full of enticing dark fruit with contributing spicy undertones. There are lingering savoury notes in the long finish, accentuated by fine, elegant tannins. For the price, this is an excellent Syrah.

Since 1620, the Humbrecht family has been cultivating their wines in the great patchwork quilt terroirs of Alsace in northern France. Today, they own 42ha in several Grand Cru sites, including Rangen de Thann, the most southerly of the Alsace vineyards. The volcanic terroir of Rangen dominates the aromatics of this young wine with all its power: gunflint, crushed rocks, ripe white and green fruits, typical of the variety. Intense, high acidity and ripe tannins of the vintage make this wine extremely ageable.

The winery of Ippolito is the oldest in Calabria, the "toe of Italy's boot - located in the Ciro DOC, this wine was produced to celebrate 160 years of winemaking. Made from 100% Gaglioppo, the grapes are air dried, followed by a long maceration on the skins to give increased concentration and structure. Full bodied with aromas of berries, violets, raisins and sweet spices, it's complex with a pleasantly long finish. Cabernet lovers will love this wine!

One of the great vineyards of Napa Valley, farmer Nathan Fay planted this in 1961. It was the first vineyard planted to Cabernet Sauvignon in the Stags' Leap District. Stag's Leap cellars purchased the vineyard in 1986 and it continues to be one of the signature wines of the lineup, garnering 90+ scores year after year. The 2019 shows dust, clove and graphite with secondary hints of violet, sage and tree bark. While this can be enjoyed now, it is recommended to cellar and enjoy from 2029-2039. POLI MARCONI 46 GIN is a handcrafted Italian gin that is distilled using traditional methods and features a distinctive blend of juniper berries, muscat grape, mountain pine, cembra pine, mint, cardamom, and coriander. This unique infusion of flavors is inspired by the Asiago plateau in the north of the Veneto region, which is the ancestral home of the Poli family.

With a blend of tropical fruit aromas including pineapple, banana, and ripe mango, complemented by notes of peaches and pears, the nose of the Montes Alpha Chardonnay  is intense and complex. Hints of grapefruit and white asparagus contribute to the coastal climate's influence on the wine. The palate offers a smooth and balanced acidity, leading to a fresh wine with ample volume. The elegant finish is long-lasting and leaves a pleasant aftertaste, making it hard to resist another glass.

This powerful "Super Tuscan" is a blend of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot and 5% Petit Verdot. Located in the heart of Chianti Classico, the passion for Bordeaux and its wines was the inspiration for creating these blends. The 2016 is a red wine blend of 62% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot and 3% Cabernet Franc. The wine has notes of black fruit and cocoa bean on the noes with a dense texture and elegant tannins. The palate is full-bodied with notes of black currant, pencil shavings and spice that lead into a very pleasant long finish. Drink from 2026-2036.

The S.L.V. Cabernet Sauvignon is rich and complex with aromas of currants, violets, and dusty cocoa powder. Generous dark fruit flavors dominate the palate and meld with hints of graphite. The tannins are structured but have a soft edge, and the Napa Cabernet finishes with a dark chocolate note.

Sottimano is a family-run winery in the Barbaresco zone of Piedmont, Italy. The 2018 vintage of their single-vineyard Pajore Barbaresco is a beautiful expression of Nebbiolo, with aromas of red berries, rose petals, and tar. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and structured, with firm tannins and a long finish. This wine is still quite young and will benefit from some additional bottle aging, but it has already received high scores from wine critics, with Antonio Galloni of Vinous awarding it a score of 96/100.

Made in only the best vintages, the grapes for the Trefiano Carmignano Riserva come from five hectares of vineyards surrounding the historic Villa di Trefiano located in the Carmignano DOCG. The Trefiano DOCG is made from a blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Canaiolo. The wine is aged in tonneaux for 16 months and a further year in a bottle. Ruby red colour, medium-bodied, with black plum fruit, balanced acidity and tannins. Complex with good age-ability.

The Poggio Alle Gazze Toscana IGT Bianco is a showcase of Bolgheri’s best terroir and features mostly Sauvignon Blanc, but the final blend features different grape varieties every vintage. This wine has the addition of 11% Vermentino and 6% Viognier with the Sauvignon Blanc to show an array of both citrus and tropical fruit notes accompanied by floral notes and the quintessential fresh cut grass and asparagus aromas from the Sauvignon. The Château Roubine Lion & Dragon Rosé is a rosé wine made from a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, and Tibouren grapes grown in the Côtes de Provence AOP of the Provence wine region in France. It has a pale pink color and aromas of red fruits, such as strawberries and raspberries, as well as floral and citrus notes. On the palate, it is dry, fresh, and crisp, with flavors of ripe fruit, herbs, and a mineral undertone. The Lenoble Les Aventures Blanc de Blancs is a sparkling wine made from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in the Chouilly Grand Cru subregion of the Champagne wine region in France. It has a pale yellow color with greenish reflections and aromas of citrus, white flowers, and brioche. On the palate, it is dry, crisp, and elegant, with flavors of lemon, apple, and minerality. The wine has a fine and persistent mousse, which contributes to its creamy texture and long finish. The Lenoble Les Aventures Blanc de Blancs is a well-balanced and refined Champagne that showcases the purity and complexity of Chardonnay grapes from the Chouilly Grand Cru terroir. Le Grappin began in 2011 with a vision to seek out special sites in the over-looked, under-appreciated reaches of Burgundy and to seek out viticulteurs who tend their vines throughout the year with exceptional care and attention, to give the grapes the best opportunity to shine. This wine comes from the Beaune Premier Cru, made from 100% Pinot Noir from 40 year old vines. It has aromas of red berries, black cherry, and a hint of earth. On the palate, it is dry, medium-bodied, well-balanced, and elegant, with flavors of strawberry, raspberry, and a touch of spice with a long smooth finish.

The nose is aromatic, racy and offers a small intensity as well as a fine concentration. It reveals notes of wilted rose, lily and small notes of small wild red berries associated with fine touches of crunchy cherry, crunchy raspberry as well as fine hints of violet and Cuban pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers freshness, minerality as well as a fine tension as well as a beautiful fat. In mouth this wine expresses notes of fleshy red cherry, rose, lily and small notes of pistil associated with touches of plum, blackberry as well as fine hints of zan, tobacco, minerality/graphite and an imperceptible hint of mocha.

This 50ha walled vineyard was created by the Monks of Citeaux and the soils in the areahas a large clay content, which accounts to the powerful, well-structured wines that can be rustic when young. This Grand Cru is on 1.28ha plot with 100% pinot noir. The grapes were handpicked and destemmed, then fermented in large oak vats. The wine was further aged for 20 months in French oak. The nose shows floral notes of rose petals, berries and spices. The tannins are fine and elegant with flavours of fresh fruit and spices of nutmeg and pepper.

Luxury is not typically associated with white wine, but this top-rated wine made from Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco is without a doubt, one of Italy’s most iconic. The beautiful texture and minerality of this wine will help it age for decades.

This particular rum comes from a beautiful but previously used sherry butt in the same solera as our highly esteemed 2013 cask strength release. The distinction here is that it's a single cask bottling from a sherry butt that has been exclusively emptied for this release. Additionally, we have chosen to bottle it at a more moderate 44% alcohol content, rather than its original 50%.

Hernö Navy Strength Gin, a bold flagship rich in flavour, is made from the same distilled gin as Hernö Dry Gin, but diluted to 57% vol. instead of 40,5% vol. The difference in aroma and taste is very clear, and Hernö Navy Strength Gin has a richer flavour with bolder juniper, coriander and citrus.

Nose: Hernö Navy Strength Gin has a bold juniper character with fragrant citrus and fresh and peppery notes.

Finish: Spicy and peppery with mellow warmth. Long and lingering, yet smooth, finish.
