The gorgeous aromas of roast cucurbita, deep earthy spice and citrus waft from the glass. Texturally rich and highly complex on the palate.

The Ybert family has owned the Château for over four generations, maintaining their Grand Cru classification since 1987 through a commitment to outstanding quality and craftsmanship. This 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc AOC Saint-Emilion Grand Cru Red boasts a deep ruby red color with purple and dense notes. It exudes delicate aromas of sweet spices, toasted notes, and intense black fruits. On the palate, it is rich and complex, generously full of fresh fruit aromas with silky tannins that lend it great finesse. The finish is sweet and leaves a memory of an elegant, tender, harmonious, and pleasantly outstanding wine, which can be enjoyed young but will benefit from aging for 8 to 10 years if stored correctly in a temperature-controlled environment.

Per Se Aperitivo is a warm and light aperitif with a bright orange color, reminiscent of Southern European sunsets. It features a blend of 24 botanicals, including cardamom, orange, Jamaican pepper, and Portuguese hops, creating a complex and balanced flavor profile. The aroma is described as warm and sweet, with notes of orange zest and spice. The palate is light, sweet, and citrusy with a subtle bitterness, and it offers a smooth, citrusy finish.

A distinctly Japanese citrus liqueur, made from the fruit of the Yuzu tree – a thorny and finicky yet beautiful shrub that infuses this liqueur with floral wonders and a refreshing citrus taste.

Caymus Special Selection is always a selection of the best barrels that play to a style constantly pushing the limits of richness and concentration, in this case, clocking in at 16% alcohol. The nose is slightly cooked and raisiny with plenty of cassis, chocolate, and coffee spilling onto the palate. Blackberry jam, pipe tobacco and brown spices line a richly dark, dense tannin finish. It is only made in the best years, but I wouldn’t mind if this was throttled back a bit.

Becherovka Lemond – the well-established “younger daughter” in the Becherovka portfolio – is a 100% natural product combining the famous herbal liqueur with real fruit and spice flavours.

This wine is layered with subtle pineapple aromas and polished with notes of lavender throughout. A fresh and lively palate filled with pleasant tropical tones presented throughout the finish delivers a crisp and playful wine.

Tequila Cimarron is verified additive-free and made only from fully-mature 100% Blue Weber agave plants and artesian well water, without diffusers, enhancers, or modifiers. The reposado expression is aged in American white oak for 4 months, giving it a slight colour and complexit. It's mellow and earthy with notes of agave, vanilla, oak, caramel and cinnamon.

Cold soaked prior to fermentation to extract color and aromatics. Spontaneous fermentation over the course of two weeks in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation occurred naturally in cement tanks. The nose is broad and complex, yet clean and fresh, with classic hints of red fruit mixed with notes of aromatic herbs and spices. In the mouth, the wine is broad, robust, and savory, with silky tannins and a long, fresh finish.

Taittinger Brut Reserve is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier grapes from over 35 different vineyards and vintages. The wine is aged for a minimum of three years on its lees to develop its complex aromas and flavors. It offers a nose of white flowers, ripe peach, and brioche, with a subtle hint of honey. On the palate, it is crisp and fresh, with flavors of citrus, white peach, and a touch of almond. The wine has a delicate and creamy mousse, with a long and elegant finish. Taittinger Brut Reserve is a versatile champagne that pairs well with a variety of dishes, such as seafood, poultry, or light appetizers, and is also a great aperitif. Tasting Notes:
Vital Stats: 43% ABV. Distilled in 2006 and bottled in 2021. Double matured in American oak and ex-oloroso casks.
Appearance: This is a light straw color. It forms a thick rim on the glass that takes a long time to form into tears.
Nose: This has the smell of a honeysuckle tree, whole oranges, and a bit of lemon oil. There is just a hint of the grain on the nose as well.

Palate: This is like drinking honey water. It is light and delicate while being full of flavor. It is certainly on the sweet side with notes of honey and star fruit. There is a brief note of cherry on the mid palate. The front and mid palate are quite clean while the finish has a bit of that sulfur taste. The finish is complemented by a light earthy spice, reminiscent of white pepper and allspice. The addition of water sees the sweetness subdued and all the flavors other than the honey are present for longer. There is just a bit of malt that wasn't there straight out of the bottle as well.

Colour: Deep crimson.

Aroma: An intense aroma of ripe Satsuma plum, mocha, vanilla and savoury notes combine with hints of cedar and sweet spices.

Palate: Rich, sweet fruit is balanced wonderfully with briary and sweet spices and lovely, silky tannins. A full-bodied, textural wine, showing great complexity with hints of cedar and allspice flowing through to the lengthy, brambly fruit finish.

Garnet red veering towards purple. Expressive, with creamy notes of black fruits such as blackcurrant, blackberry, blueberry and sweet spices. Slender in the mouth, prolonged by a fine acidity, but wrapped up in a round, velvety and charming matter. Combines blackberry cream with toasted spices and vanilla. The finish is tonic, with a substance that gains in concentration and tannins. Harmonious, coherent, well balanced.

Royal Salute, the prestigious blended whiskey brand under the stewardship of Pernod Ricard and operated by Chivas Brothers Holdings, was originally introduced in 1953 to commemorate the Coronation of Queen Elizabeth II. Recently, on May 17, 2023, a collection of new Royal Salute whiskey labels emerged online, unveiling an exquisite addition to the lineup: the Royal Salute 21 Year Old The Miami Polo Edition.

Kara Newman's description captures the essence of this rum impeccably. With its inviting murky amber hue, the rum emanates rich aromas of maple and allspice, promising a delightful experience. As suggested by the producer, mixing this rum in a highball with coconut water would undoubtedly enhance its already exceptional qualities.

The Macallan distillery of Speyside was founded in 1824 by Alexander Reid, a barley farmer. It was one of the first distilleries in Scotland to be legally licensed. Made from the finest barley and matured for 15 years in a combination of Sherry seasoned American and European oak; these casks without a doubt, are the single greatest contributor to the distinctive aromas and flavours, not to mention the outstanding quality of this Scotch. The apple takes centre stage in the 15, showing baked apples with butterscotch, marmalade and notes of toffee on the nose with a warm palate of warm apples with raisins with cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla. The finish lingers with oak and spice.

Huyghe Delirium Tremens is a Belgian beer that has gained worldwide popularity for its unique taste and distinct branding. It is a strong pale ale with an alcohol content of 8.5% and is brewed with three different types of yeast, giving it a complex and fruity flavor. The beer is characterized by its signature pink elephant logo and distinctive ceramic bottle, making it instantly recognizable. Delirium Tremens has won numerous awards for its quality and taste, including the gold medal at the World Beer Awards in 2014. It is a highly sought-after beer among beer enthusiasts and is best enjoyed chilled, either on its own or paired with a hearty meal.

Blackberry and light dried fruit with oyster-shell undertones. It’s full-bodied with round, lightly chewy tannins that nicely accentuate the fruit character. Walnuts and wet earth. Delicious now, but better in two or three years.

HENDRICK’S GIN is created via an absurdly inefficient, yet quite glorious process. In essence, to make one gin, we first create two. One on an old-fashioned pot still, yielding a rich and intricate spirit. The other on a long-necked Carter Head, producing a delicate, more refined spirit. Each still is infused with an unusual symphony of 11 botanicals: chamomile, elderflower, juniper, lemon peel, orange peel, caraway, coriander, cubeb berries, angelica root, yarrow root and orris root. The gins from the two stills are then married together and graced with curious yet marvellous infusions of Rose and Cucumber.
This odd method of making gin enables HENDRICK’S to taste light, yet intriguingly complex. The result is a wonderfully refreshing gin with a delightfully floral aroma, elevating any cocktail and all occasions.

Canada- A rare blend of 3 of Crown Royal's most exceptional whiskies aged at least 18 years. Enticing notes of vanilla & stone fruit greet you on the nose, followed by the velvety body of light oak tempered by caramel spice. Delicate notes of nougat linger in the full-bodied finish.
