Sangre De Vida Añejo is a premium 100% blue agave tequila from Jalisco, Mexico, aged for at least 12 months in American or French oak barrels. Caymus Special Selection is always a selection of the best barrels that play to a style constantly pushing the limits of richness and concentration, in this case, clocking in at 16% alcohol. The nose is slightly cooked and raisiny with plenty of cassis, chocolate, and coffee spilling onto the palate. Blackberry jam, pipe tobacco and brown spices line a richly dark, dense tannin finish. It is only made in the best years, but I wouldn’t mind if this was throttled back a bit.

The nose tickles with caramel, spice, vanilla, and earthiness, with just a hint of balsamic vinegar. Warming. Coated with spices, ranging from cinnamon to allspice and from coffee to nutmeg. Eventually, patented caramel and vanilla, with a fun hint of cardamom. The long, enjoyable finish is earthy, but there’s an unwanted bitterness at the end that cannot be denied. If not for the bitter end, this would rate much higher.

A straw-yellow reposado with classic flavors of white pepper joined by dusty hints of cocoa nib. A viscous, sweet first taste quickly moves to an incredibly bold, invigorating finish with intense flavors of cinnamon candy, roasted clove, and dark chocolate.

Tapatio Excelencia Gran Reserva Extra Añejo is a premium, 100% blue agave tequila from La Alteña distillery in Jalisco, aged for approximately four years in deeply charred American white oak barrels. Originally a private reserve for the Camarena family, it offers a complex, intense profile with notes of vanilla, caramel, cooked agave, and spices.

Grand Mayan Reposado is a premium 100% Blue Agave tequila from Mexico, aged for 6-8 months in American and French oak casks. Known for its smooth, sippable nature, it features notes of oak, chocolate, and sweet cooked agave. It is bottled in a hand-painted, numbered ceramic decanter featuring 24K gold applique.

The Macallan distillery of Speyside was founded in 1824 by Alexander Reid, a barley farmer. It was one of the first distilleries in Scotland to be legally licensed. Made from the finest barley and matured for 15 years in a combination of Sherry seasoned American and European oak; these casks without a doubt, are the single greatest contributor to the distinctive aromas and flavours, not to mention the outstanding quality of this Scotch. The apple takes centre stage in the 15, showing baked apples with butterscotch, marmalade and notes of toffee on the nose with a warm palate of warm apples with raisins with cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla. The finish lingers with oak and spice.

HENDRICK’S GIN is created via an absurdly inefficient, yet quite glorious process. In essence, to make one gin, we first create two. One on an old-fashioned pot still, yielding a rich and intricate spirit. The other on a long-necked Carter Head, producing a delicate, more refined spirit. Each still is infused with an unusual symphony of 11 botanicals: chamomile, elderflower, juniper, lemon peel, orange peel, caraway, coriander, cubeb berries, angelica root, yarrow root and orris root. The gins from the two stills are then married together and graced with curious yet marvellous infusions of Rose and Cucumber.
This odd method of making gin enables HENDRICK’S to taste light, yet intriguingly complex. The result is a wonderfully refreshing gin with a delightfully floral aroma, elevating any cocktail and all occasions.

Ace of Spades Champagne, also known as Armand de Brignac, is a brand of champagne produced by the Champagne house Cattier in Chigny-les-Roses, France.
