Buckle up. Bushmills Single Malt Whiskey 16 year old is truly one of the great whiskeys of the world. Aged for about 15 years in a combination of Oloroso Sherry and bourbon-seasoned casks, and then finished for about 9 months in port wine pipes (large barrels unique to making port wine.) This single malt shows its layers of flavor, juicy fruits, nuts and spice, as well as a hint of ruby redness. It’s best enjoyed neat. Okay, maybe one small cube of ice to open it up.

Unbenownst to many, the country of Moldova is one of the world's oldest with the largest collection - over 2 million bottles, as well as the largest underground cellar used for storage of wines. This cuvee has 60% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Blanc and 10% Pinot Noir for a soft wine with complex citrus flavours and nuances of peach.

Frappato is a light coloured red grape produced all over Sicily, but mainly in the southeast corner. It is typically blended with Nero d'Avola to help soften the tannins (like in Cerasuolo di Vittorio). By itself though, it bursts with aromas of sweet red berries and incense spice. Light in alcohol, but with beautiful texture and acidity, it's a juicy, lively alternative to white wines of the patio for summer. Serve chilled!

Torres 10 has a dark topaz colour with hues of gold. Intense aroma with warm hints of cinnamon and vanilla. Complete and persistent finish with aromatic notes of oak.

Le Ragose Valpolicella Superiore Ripasso is a classic expression of the Valpolicella wine region in Veneto, Italy. Made from a blend of Corvina, Rondinella, and Corvinone grapes, this wine is crafted using the Ripasso method, where the wine is refermented on the skins of Amarone, creating a rich and complex profile. On the nose, aromas of dark cherry, plum, and chocolate are prevalent, while the palate is smooth with velvety tannins and flavors of ripe berries, vanilla, and a hint of spice.

The essence of rhubarb adds a tart crisp edge to our smooth gin base whilst the ginger extract warms the palate for a full-bodied finish.
Johnny Neill’s gin evokes childhood memories of visiting his grandparents on their farm by taking a firm Whitley Family favourite in rhubarb and placing a warm twist on this with the addition of fresh ginger.

The Charles Heidsieck Brut 2012 is a vintage champagne made by one of the oldest and most prestigious houses in Champagne. Made from a blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay grapes sourced from some of the best vineyards in the region, the wine is aged for over 8 years in the cellars of Charles Heidsieck to develop complexity and richness.

On the nose, it has notes of toasted brioche, ripe apple, pear, and white flowers. On the palate, it is a full-bodied wine with a creamy texture and flavors of citrus, baked apple, and a touch of honey, along with a subtle hint of mineral. The wine has a long and elegant finish that leaves a pleasant aftertaste.

The 10th release in Bruichladdich's impressive limited-edition Black Art series is an enigmatic, mysterious 29-year-old whisky. Shrouded in darkness, its cask recipe is known only by Bruichladdich's head distiller and its character is spicy, complex and unlike any other Black Art expression. Aromas of chocolate praline, toasted oak, apricot jam, black cherries, honey-covered gooseberries and honeysuckle fill the nose, complemented by notes of gingernut biscuits, lemon meringue pie, marzipan, raisins, plums, vanilla and cinnamon throughout the palate, fading to ripe peaches, tobacco and ginger lingering in the finish.

Old Forester 1870 Original Batch pays homage to George Garvin Brown's original batching method. In his time, Brown combined barrels from three distilleries to achieve a consistent flavor profile. To replicate this process today, we meticulously select barrels from three warehouses, each originating from a distinct day of production, with varying entry proofs and age profiles.

These three iterations of Old Forester are then blended to create Old Forester 1870 Original Batch. This 90-proof bourbon is minimally filtered to honour the techniques available to George Garvin Brown during that era.

Tequila Cimarron is verified additive-free and made only from fully-mature 100% Blue Weber agave plants and artesian well water, without diffusers, enhancers, or modifiers. The reposado expression is aged in American white oak for 4 months, giving it a slight colour and complexit. It's mellow and earthy with notes of agave, vanilla, oak, caramel and cinnamon.

Tomato Wheels is the brain child of Moirae Choquette who felt that there just wasn't enough Lambrusco family wines in the market! Made with Lambrusco Salamino with 15% Malbo Gentile, it's rich and frothy with rich dark plum, blackberry and mulberry aromas and flavours.

Bright, straw yellow, fine and persistent perlage. Typical and refined with fruity (green apples, pear, citrus fruits) and floral (white flowers, acacia, wisteria and lily of the valley) notes, sage and spices in the finish. The Vecchia Modena Premium Lambrusco di Sorbara represents the history both of the Chiarli wine Company and of Lambrusco wine itself. The bottle and label are reproductions of an 1892 bottlethe oldest existing bottle containing Lambruscothat is still treasured in the Chiarli archives today. Chiarli Vecchia Modena won the first international recognition by a Lambrusco wine at the World Expo in Paris in 1900. Reintroduced in 2002 at a brand-new Cleto Chiarli winery, the wine is made through a single fermentation under pressure, rather than the normal two-fermentation process of almost all other sparkling wines. This is in the brut range, with minimal detectable sweetness.

The Bastardo grape is primarily known as the grape used in Portugal to make Port. In Moldova this hand harvested semi-sweet grape, creates a dark ruby coloured wine. It exhibits aromas of black cherry and violets, ending with a light sweetness on the palate. Bastardo can be enjoyed alone or paired with beef or veal dishes.

Enjoy a wheat color wine with fragrant aromas of linden and lemon blossoms. A truly unique blend of two feminine named grapes- Viorica and Feteasca Alba. On the palate there are fresh notes of pear, lime, and gooseberry. The finish is long, smooth, and refreshing.
