Winemaker Notes: This Malbec is crafted from grapes grown in the Andes Mountains of Argentina. After harvest, the grapes are chilled and transported by sea to Caymus, where our unique winemaking techniques produce a wine that is dense, dark, and supple. Red Schooner wines are identified by the voyage number rather than a vintage date, with Voyage 12 corresponding to the 2022 vintage. The result is a remarkably smooth wine, offering aromas and flavors of dark fruit complemented by fine, textural tannins.

Robert Mondavi Private Selection Cabernet Sauvignon is a rich, full-bodied red wine with aromas of ripe black cherries, blackberries, and cassis, along with hints of cigar box, black pepper, vanilla, and toasty oak according to Wine and Beyond. It has a medium body with soft, ripe tannins and flavors of ripe Bing cherries, blackberries, and plum, complemented by vanilla, toasty oak, and coffee notes according to Wine and Beyond. "This premium version of the standard Grand Marnier uses Cognacs aged up to 25 years. The result is a deep amber color and earthier scent, showing aromatic orange peel and honeysuckle notes. The flavor is richer than the regular Cordon Rouge bottling, but still honeyed, showing bright orange notes on the finish. Full-bodied and sippable."

Licor 43 derives its delightful taste and golden lustre from an age-old recipe consisting of 43 ingredients. Liqueur created by the best craftsmen of France “Sommeliers”. This special Chartreuse Jaune cuvée was first created in 2008 by the Chartreux Fathers in close collaboration with the Meilleur Ouvriers de France Sommeliers (M.O.F). This wine is made exclusively from 100% Pinot Blanc grapes - a mutation of pinot noir, yet grown on steep slopes in the mountainous region of Alto-Adige with a cool, high altitude climate resulting in wines with zingy, fresh, high acidity.  The nose exhibits yellow apple, fresh Italian herbs with nuances of citrus. Initially linear in style, the ageing on the lees adds texture and complexity.  Pinot Blanc is always a great alternative to those looking for a change of pace to pinot grigio.

A much-loved single malt, Cardhu is an easy-going, charming Speysider. With clean, crisp oak and sweet malt evoking flavours of honeyed flapjacks and home-made caramel squares, this is one for the sweet-toothed among you.

Nose: At full strength, heady, nose prickle, pear drops and tightly integrated heather, resin and sweet honey-nut notes. Enticing. Intriguing. With a little water, still harmonious but less pronounced, allowing some malt-cereal, soft, spicy wood, moorland and faint traces of wood smoke to appear.

Body: Soft, pleasing, medium.

Palate: Palate Well balanced, smooth mouthfeel; short punch, sweet and fresh, then a pronounced drying effect. Enjoyable at any time, with little or no water.

Finish: Quite short. Some lingering sweet smoke in the attractive, drying aftertaste.

The Bastardo grape is primarily known as the grape used in Portugal to make Port. In Moldova this hand harvested semi-sweet grape, creates a dark ruby coloured wine. It exhibits aromas of black cherry and violets, ending with a light sweetness on the palate. Bastardo can be enjoyed alone or paired with beef or veal dishes.

Chateau Vartely Sauvignon Blanc is a generous bouquet of fresh aromas dominated by invigorating citrus notes. Its pleasant taste leaves a faint memory of black currant leaves. The grapes are harvested in vineyards in the heart of Moldova, Codru region.

Created by longtime friends with a shared love of tequila. The focus was to create a smooth spirit that does not require salt or lime. Slowly crafted and aged for several months, results in a golden colour filled with notes of oak, caramel, and cocoa. Superb silkiness on the palate with a finish that is long and smooth.

Cuvelier & Fils Haut-Médoc is a classic, Bordeaux-blend red wine from a historic, family-owned merchant established in 1804. Typically featuring a mix of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, this wine is known for its structured, savory, and full-bodied character with notes of cassis, plum, and earthy undertones. It is a well-balanced, accessible wine suited for pairing with beef or roasted meats.

At 307.2 PPM, Octomore 15.3 is our second most heavily peated release to date. Using 100% Islay barley, matured in bourbon casks and Spanish Oloroso hogsheads. Formidable smoke is countered by ripe fruit from its patient distillation.

From Lugana, the I Frati winery located in Lugana, is a unique area and terroir between Veneto and Lombardy. Conducted by four generations of winemakers, they follow the lunar cycle, otherwise known as biodynamics: every day of the year playing a fundamental role in following the cycle of the vine. This Rosato is a blend of Groppello, Marzemino, Sangiovese and Barbera, all indigenous grape varieties; the first two specific to the region and the last two are grown all over Italy. This 12.5% alcohol rosato is so quaffable and absolutely perfect for sipping on hot summer days. Intoxicating aromas of peach, apricot, tangerine, and wild cherry with nuances of earth and Italian herbs, the palate is zesty and waiting for you to take another sip! Pair this delightful pink wine with fried vegetables, mushrooms, tomato and mozzarella salad, delicate pasta, and spring risotto.

Tequila Cimarron is verified additive-free and made only from fully-mature 100% Blue Weber agave plants and artesian well water, without diffusers, enhancers, or modifiers. The particular agave of Cimarron is grown at 4,620 feet elevation, followed by a long, slow distillation imbues this excellent tequila with layers and layers of bright character. Clean, agave forward; this a blanco that everyone should be drinking.

It’s not often thought of for Champagne to be “vintage”, but these make for some of the best! This traditional blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier are knitted together seamlessly with flavours of lemon, toast, green apple, and a smoky mineral characteristic.

Moet & Chandon Grand Vintage is made from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier grapes, all sourced from a single vintage. The wine is aged for at least seven years in the cellars, which gives it a rich and complex character. It has aromas of ripe fruit, such as peach, apricot, and pineapple, as well as notes of vanilla, toast, and honey. On the palate, it is full-bodied and creamy, with flavors of fruit, brioche, and almond, and a long and elegant finish. Dassai '39' Premium Junmai Daiginjo Sake is a high-quality sake made from locally grown Yamada Nishiki rice in the Yamaguchi Prefecture of Japan. The sake is brewed using a traditional method, which involves milling the rice grains to 39% of their original size, resulting in a refined and delicate flavor profile. Dassai '39' has a fragrant and fruity aroma with notes of apple, pear, and peach on the palate. It has a smooth and creamy texture, with a hint of sweetness and a refreshing acidity. Rich and sherried 15yo malt from one of the best distilleries in Speyside. Aged for a little bit longer and bottled a little stronger for a more concentrated, richer flavour. As always, Glenfarclas remains one of the best-value malts on the market – a must for lovers of sherried whisky.

The Jack Daniel's McLaren Limited Edition No. 3 / 2025 (referred to as V3 by some retailers) is a limited edition Tennessee Whiskey released as the third installment of the collaboration between Jack Daniel's and the McLaren Formula 1 Team.

This tequila, subtly and elegantly matured in French white oak barrels, gains remarkable depth and richness from aging in red-wine woods. The dual wood aging process imparts a unique flavor profile, with an intense gold and dark amber hue. Melted caramel, birch beer, and fresh violets on the nose, leading to a creamy palate of cooked bananas, chocolate syrup, butterscotch, licorice, gingerbread, marzipan, raisins, burnt brown sugar, and complex oak.
