Yellow Spot is unique in that it contains whiskey that has been matured for a full 12-year period in three oak cask types: American bourbon barrels, Spanish sherry butts, and uniquely Spanish Malaga casks. The Malaga cask brings an exotic sweet note to the whiskey, making it a truly delightful taste experience. Only extremely limited quantities of Yellow Spot have been bottled, making it a whiskey to seek out and savour as a true rarity.

Nose: Mown hay and cracked black pepper. Red bell peppers, nutmeg, clove oil, and green tea. Sweet honey and peaches from the Malaga casks.

Palate: Honey sweetness with pot still spices. Flavours of fresh coffee, creamy milk chocolate, and Crème Brûlée. Notes of red apples and toasted oak. Its finish is sophisticated and complex, with a sweetness throughout, followed by a mix of red grape and dry barley upon exit.

Finish: Long, sweet, warming and wonderfully balanced. Fruity, sweet and wood.

Robert Mondavi Private Selection Cabernet Sauvignon is a rich, full-bodied red wine with aromas of ripe black cherries, blackberries, and cassis, along with hints of cigar box, black pepper, vanilla, and toasty oak according to Wine and Beyond. It has a medium body with soft, ripe tannins and flavors of ripe Bing cherries, blackberries, and plum, complemented by vanilla, toasty oak, and coffee notes according to Wine and Beyond. The finish is long, making it a great pairing for roasted or grilled meats, hearty pasta dishes, and strong cheeses.

Made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley and then triple distilled in copper pot stills, Redbreast 12 boasts the flavour complexity and distinctive qualities of Pot Still whiskey. Matured in a combination of Bourbon seasoned American Oak barrels and Oloroso Sherry seasoned Spanish oak butts, the distinctive Redbreast sherry style is a joy to behold in each and every bottle.

"This premium version of the standard Grand Marnier uses Cognacs aged up to 25 years. The result is a deep amber color and earthier scent, showing aromatic orange peel and honeysuckle notes. The flavor is richer than the regular Cordon Rouge bottling, but still honeyed, showing bright orange notes on the finish. Full-bodied and sippable."
Eye: Medium amber tinged with copper.
Nose: Candied orange scents subtly fused with hints of bergamot and spice.

The Bastardo grape is primarily known as the grape used in Portugal to make Port. In Moldova this hand harvested semi-sweet grape, creates a dark ruby coloured wine. It exhibits aromas of black cherry and violets, ending with a light sweetness on the palate. Bastardo can be enjoyed alone or paired with beef or veal dishes.

An aroma of oak smoke and flavors of black pepper and blackberries dominate this full-bodied, chunky and moderately tannic wine. It's a little rough edged, but nicely robust and flavorful.

Roe & Co is a new premium Blended Irish Whiskey named in honour of George Roe, a true pioneer of Irish Whiskey. Refined, elegant, and with remarkable depth, a masterful blend of rich malt whiskey and the smoothest of grain whiskey aged in bourbon casks.

Licor 43 derives its delightful taste and golden lustre from an age-old recipe consisting of 43 ingredients. Licor 43 is a liqueur with a complex, but harmonic flavour profile that can be perceived at four levels: citrus, botanic, sweet and floral.Citrus: Reminiscence to the lively citrus aromas of Mediterranean citrus gardens. Botanic: The subtle spiced touch of coriander. Sweet: The sweet palate of mature fruit and nuances of vanilla. Floral: Soft notes of Mediterranean orange and lemon blossom, with a certain point of astringency derived from the peel of citrus fruits, smoothed with notes of mature fruits.

This bold, ripe but nicely polished wine wraps black cherries, black currants and mint in moderate, fine-grained tannins that will help carry it for several years. Subtle cinnamon, clove and cedar accents keep it interesting on the finish. Best through 2030.

This wine is made exclusively from 100% Pinot Blanc grapes - a mutation of pinot noir, yet grown on steep slopes in the mountainous region of Alto-Adige with a cool, high altitude climate resulting in wines with zingy, fresh, high acidity.  The nose exhibits yellow apple, fresh Italian herbs with nuances of citrus. Initially linear in style, the ageing on the lees adds texture and complexity.  Pinot Blanc is always a great alternative to those looking for a change of pace to pinot grigio.

Decoy Limited Alexander Valley Red Wine is a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Petite Sirah, and other red Bordeaux varieties sourced from premium vineyards in  California. The wine is aged in oak barrels for 10 months, resulting in a rich and complex flavour profile, with a deep ruby colour with aromas of dark fruit, vanilla, and spice. On the palate, it is full-bodied with flavours of blackberry, black cherry, and cocoa, with a hint of toasty oak. The tannins are firm and well-structured, providing a long and satisfying finish.

At 307.2 PPM, Octomore 15.3 is our second most heavily peated release to date. Using 100% Islay barley, matured in bourbon casks and Spanish Oloroso hogsheads. Formidable smoke is countered by ripe fruit from its patient distillation.

Body: Soft, pleasing, medium.

Palate: Palate Well balanced, smooth mouthfeel; short punch, sweet and fresh, then a pronounced drying effect. Enjoyable at any time, with little or no water.

Finish: Quite short. Some lingering sweet smoke in the attractive, drying aftertaste.

Created by longtime friends with a shared love of tequila. The focus was to create a smooth spirit that does not require salt or lime. Slowly crafted and aged for several months, results in a golden colour filled with notes of oak, caramel, and cocoa. Superb silkiness on the palate with a finish that is long and smooth.

Bruichladdich Port Charlotte 10 is a heavily peated (40 PPM) Islay single malt, aged 10 years in a blend of 65% first-fill American whiskey, 10% second-fill American whiskey, and 25% second-fill French wine casks. Bottled at 50% ABV, it features a complex, maritime, and smoky profile, balancing earthy peat with vanilla, caramel, and citrus.

This hand harvested white wine made from the aromatic grape Muscat Ottonel offers intense nutmeg and floral aromas. The palate has a refreshing fruitiness reminiscent of ripe peach, white flowers and a lingering, lightly sweet finish. Pair with light desserts, creamy cheeses or exotic fresh fruits.

Tequila Cimarron is verified additive-free and made only from fully-mature 100% Blue Weber agave plants and artesian well water, without diffusers, enhancers, or modifiers. The particular agave of Cimarron is grown at 4,620 feet elevation, followed by a long, slow distillation imbues this excellent tequila with layers and layers of bright character. Clean, agave forward; this a blanco that everyone should be drinking.

High-altitude, old bush-vine, indigenous varieties from Spain, and grown organically. So many core attributes that we love about our wines, all combined here in this delicious white from Telmo Rodriguez. Lovely, uncomplicated, and texturally pleasing. Basa smells of green tree-fruits with the hist of the tropics alongside some more green herbal notes. Medium-bodied with good length, a great mix of fruit flesh, earth and gently nutty tannin cascading on great natural acidity. Textured without overt fruit sweetness, it's savoury, with minerality and good length, perfectly linear and rich.

It’s not often thought of for Champagne to be “vintage”, but these make for some of the best! This traditional blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier are knitted together seamlessly with flavours of lemon, toast, green apple, and a smoky mineral characteristic.
