Ilauri Chiola Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo DOC is a rosé wine produced in the Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo subregion of Abruzzo, Italy. The wine is made from 100% Montepulciano grapes, which are hand-picked and vinified using a short maceration process to obtain its beautiful pink color. The wine has a fruity and floral aroma with notes of cherry, raspberry, and rose petals. On the palate, it is fresh, lively, and well-balanced with a pleasant acidity and a long finish. This wine is a perfect pairing for seafood, grilled vegetables, and light pasta dishes.

High-altitude, old bush-vine, indigenous varieties from Spain, and grown organically. So many core attributes that we love about our wines, all combined here in this delicious white from Telmo Rodriguez. Lovely, uncomplicated, and texturally pleasing.
