Georgian Valleys Tsinandali is a premium, pale straw-colored Georgian white wine from the Kakheti region, blending 80-85% Rkatsiteli and 15-20% Mtsvane grapes. Droin Chablis, from the historic Domaine Jean Paul & Benoît Droin, is known for its classic, mineral-driven Chardonnay profile, offering vibrant aromas of green apple, lemon, white flowers, and oyster shell, with a palate that's crisp, saline, and structured by bright acidity, evolving from youthful citrus to deeper gunflint and undergrowth notes with age, pairing beautifully with seafood and poultry.

Noughty Sparkling Rosé is a sophisticated, 0.0% alcohol-free sparkling wine made from organic Tempranillo grapes, offering a balanced profile with notes of red berries (strawberry, raspberry), citrus zest, and hints of elderflower or floral notes, balanced by acidity and gentle sweetness with a fine fizz, making it a celebratory, lower-calorie, and lower-sugar alternative to traditional sparkling wines, pairing well with spicy foods, sushi, and seafood.

Lamole di Lamole Chianti Classico is a vibrant, ruby-red Italian red known for its deep fruit (black cherry, plum, dark berries), floral notes (violets), and complex spice (sweet spice, sandalwood, tobacco), offering a fresh, savory profile with balanced acidity, fine tannins, and a long, fruity finish, reflecting its high-altitude Tuscan vineyards and often a blend of Sangiovese with small amounts of Cabernet/Merlot or organic grapes.

The Castelgiocondo Ripe Al Convento Brunello di Montalcino Riserva is a full-bodied, elegant, and complex Italian red wine known for its brilliant ruby color and long, persistent finish. On the nose, it presents a rich mix of fresh fruit (like black and red cherries, wild berries, and pomegranate), floral notes, and tertiary aromas such as graphite, tobacco, and coffee. It has a balanced, silky yet firm palate with well-integrated, fine tannins and a minerally or chalky undertone.

F NEGROAMARO shows a very deep and deep purple red color. The scent is rich and complex, with notes of spices, berries, and cherry jam. A full-bodied wine, soft and harmonious, rich in noble tannins, with a pleasantly persistent finish.

SAINT K Black Cat Bone is a 100% Pinot Noir from the Yellow Foxtrot II Vineyard in Santa Barbara County, California, known for its medium body, vibrant acidity, and complex aromas and flavors of cherry, raspberry, spice, and earthiness. The 2022 vintage is described as having notes of cranberry, raisin pie, cardamom, and gingerbread, with a long, fruity finish.

GABBIANO BELLEZZA CHIANTI GRAN SELEZIONE is a premium Chianti Classico wine from Castello di Gabbiano, known for its intense expression of the Sangiovese grape. It boasts a deep ruby red color and offers a complex bouquet of red berries, citrus, and spicy notes with hints of vanilla. The wine is characterized by fresh acidity typical of Sangiovese, elegant tannins, and a full-bodied, well-structured palate.

Castello di Gabbiano Alleanza Toscana is a red wine blend from Tuscany, Italy. It's known for its intense red color with purple hues, and offers a balanced palate with ripe fruit notes, delicate savory characteristics, and well-integrated tannins. The wine also features aromas of black pepper, cloves, and ripe fruit, with a vegetal finish.

The MISSION HILL ESTATE RESERVE ROSE is a dry, medium-bodied rosé with a delicate pink color. It showcases fresh raspberry, red berry, melon, and citrus aromas, with a crisp, refreshing palate and a lingering finish, often described as Provencal-style.

Haywire's Pinot Gris is a vibrant, dry white wine with a medium body, characterized by tropical and citrus fruit notes, with hints of herbs and florals. It features ripe stone fruits, pears, and a hint of oranges on the aroma, with a lighter mouthfeel but higher acidity on the palate

Haywire Merlot is described as a full-bodied and robust wine with rich black fruit flavors, like cassis, plum, and black cherry, along with spice and oak notes. It has a densely structured profile with firm tannins, making it a good pairing for steaks, barbecue, and full-flavored cheeses. Specifically, the 2022 Haywire King Family Vineyard Merlot is noted for its dark, ripe blackberries, boysenberries, and a hint of savory leather, with a smooth, balanced texture.

A serious 100% Gamay rosé from Haywire Winery, fragrant with layers of ripe strawberry, raspberry, cream, fine dried herbs and pepper spice flavours balanced with brilliant acidity and velvety with a long finish. Grapes for this vintage were whole cluster pressed to concrete, foudre and stainless-steel tanks and then aged in tank for seven months. We enjoyed it lightly chilled with juicy pork chops from the grill.

The DUPLESSIS CHABLIS 1ER VAILLONS is known for its vibrant citrus and white fruit notes, layered over a characteristic minerality (oyster shell, slate), and a touch of well-integrated oak. It exhibits a broad, fruity palate and a fresh, lively nose. The wine is often described as having a floral, elegant character with a mineral core.

Fresh aromas of red fruit such as strawberries or cherry, with a floral touch. Round and fresh palate, which remind us of red fruits. It has a thin bubble and crown. The palate is fresh, cheerful and with a pleasant finish.

The nose is enticing and spicy with black fruit and floral notes. Structured with soft tannins that lead to a finish that is fresh, complex and long, with fruit notes and subtle undertones of rosemary, thyme and dried flowers.

Argiano Rosso di Montalcino, a 100% Sangiovese wine, offers a vibrant ruby red color with aromas of cherry, red berries, and hints of spice and earth, presenting a fresh, fruity, and balanced palate with smooth tannins.

Light, radiant yellow with shimmering green reflections. Fresh apple, citrus notes, fine herbaceous nuances. Mineral, lively acid structure, fresh pome fruit in the aftertaste.

Prima Pavé Sparkling Blanc de Blancs is a premium 0.0% ABV non-alcoholic Italian sparkling wine featuring a crisp, dry profile with notes of white peach, green apple, honeydew, and elderflower. Crafted from Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc, and Gewürztraminer, it offers a refined, mineral-forward, and juicy, light-bodied experience suitable for pairing with seafood, sushi, or creamy cheeses. 

The nose starts floral, with aromas of roses, vanilla and cherry, then turns earthy, before spiced undertones of cloves and bergamot float to the surface. The cherries return on the palate, with more bitter citrus and earth tones, while finely grained tannins tickle the back of your tongue.

JUSTIN Isosceles is a premier Bordeaux-style blend from Paso Robles, characterized by a deep ruby color and a complex, full-bodied profile. It features intense aromas of black cherry, cassis, and vanilla, with savory notes of cedar, tobacco, and cocoa. It offers a long, elegant finish with firm, polished tannins. 

The sweet chocolatey American and French oak influence is what's most prominent on this Riverina Shiraz. It's peppery, too. Dark-berry fruit, medicinal herbs and sap comprise the rest of the aroma profile. In the mouth, the fruit is cool and crisp and the herb and spice flavors pop, but the acidity feels a bit forced amidst austere tannins and layers of oak. Christina Pickard

Candied cherries, wild herbs and darker flowers, with subtle violet notes, create a very pretty aromatic profile. Well-structured, it showcases a great balance, with supple tannins and lifted acidity. While it can be enjoyed now, a bit more time in the cellar would be beneficial.

Guado Al Tasso is from the famous Antinori family from their estate in Bolgheri, the famed appellation on the upper coast of Maremma. The label features the crest and initials of the Della Gherardesca, former owners of the estate. Produced since 1990, the wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and occasionally a small amount of Petit Verdot to best represent the complexity and elegance of the Bolgheri terroir. The palate is intense and complex with captivating aromas of currants, blackberries and blood oranges followed by undertones of spices, tobacco, licorice, and roasted coffee. The palate is mouth filling and persistent, bursting with vibrant silky tannins. A powerful yet graceful vintage with outstanding aging potential.

Reserva Heredad was created to mark style in the world of high-end sparkling wines. We elaborate it with the objective of offering an elegant and versatile cava. To do so, we select only the best wines from each vintage, which are then aged in the bottle in contact with their lees for more than 24 months. The aging ends when the expert gives the magic touch to each bottle with the “poignettage”, a twist of the wrist that intensifies the contact of the lees with the wine, thus giving a more complex bouquet.

Rocas de Seña is named in tribute to the rocky soils of the Aconcagua Valley, which impart unique characteristics to the wine. The large volcanic rocks in the vineyard reflect the holistic landscape. This second wine from Seña continues the exploration of the terroir's expression, blending selected blocks from the Seña vineyard with Mediterranean varieties that thrive in the region. The result is a wine that delivers both elegance and youthful freshness. A lively blend of 38% Malbec, 25% Syrah, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, 14% Grenache & 8% Petit Verdot that has subtle aromas of
coffee and Asian spices with a touch of mocha from the oak which creates a very deep and
complex nose. The palate is vibrant and tense with good density and shows multiple
layers of fresh fruits, spices, and balsamic notes with a hint of smoke. This is a very elegant and
splendidly youthful wine, yet will age for a decade or more. 

Once past the opening bouquet of white flowers and dried roses, you find plums, black cherries, black raspberries, mint and cigar wrapper nuances. The palate provides a lush, opulent, vibrant, energetic backdrop for its wealth of deep red fruits and oceanic influences. The finish has a touch of salty chalk that adds complexity to its wealth of silky, ripe, red fruits.

Barbera is a rare gem in South Africa, with only 50 hectares planted, making winemaker Reenen Borman's work with this variety particularly exciting. Expect fresh nuances of cherries, blackberries, and a hint of cranberry, with a touch of violets and a finish of clove and pepper. This wine makes an excellent patio sipper and is best served slightly chilled to enjoy all the crisp and juicy berry flavours.

Leitz was one of the first producers to hit the non-alcohol scene in Canada. Made with the same grapes and care that go into the Leitz award-winning “regular” Rieslings and Pinot Noirs, the fully fermented wines then are gently de-clcolised through a low temperature vaccum distillation process. The low temperatures mean that the alcohol can be removed with losing the important natural aroms and remarkable properties of the terroir. A refreshing sparkler that exudes cool, red fruits and lean minerality. With its invigorating perlage it instantly brings upon that summer feeling. In addition to the notes of rose hips and sky berries, often present in rosé, this rosé variation conveys a remarkable freshness giving it incredible versatility.

Named after Reginald Merriman Nicholson, a former owner and winemaker known for Rustenberg’s famous “Dry Red,” the RM Nicholson is an innovative blend of Bordeaux and Rhône varietals. Reflecting Nicholson's unconventional approach, this New World-style blend seeks to capture the unique character of each vintage, unbounded by tradition, to create an exceptional wine.

Malbec has thrived in Stellenbosch, alongside the region's famed Bordeaux varietals. Known for producing expressive, approachable wines that are medium-bodied with fine tannins and a generous mid-palate, the Rustenberg Stellenbosch Malbec is a new addition to our Regional Range. Enjoy it on its own or with roasted meats, Italian dishes, or mushroom-based fare. As with all Rustenberg reds, decanting before serving is recommended!

If you're looking for Beaujolais Cru, look no further. Of the 10 Cru, CLS has wines from seven. Rather than sourcing the grapes from all across the Beaujolais region, each individual Cru has their own terroir and soil structure; all made with 100% Gamay with the resulting wines unique and set-apart from each other. Ths Saint-Amour Esprit de Séduction (the most northern Cru) displays an intriguing deep-ruby colour. The palate is round and balanced with seductive and aromatic black berries. A beautiful bouquet of fruit with complimentary spices.
