The finest Chivas 15-year-old whiskies are selected and finished in Cognac casks creating an elevated experience. The fruity aromas of oranges, red apples and juicy sultana raisins are rounded by the generous flavours of poached pears, butterscotch, caramel and a touch of vanilla. A luxurious whisky, great served on ice.

On the nose, astonishingly perfumed and filled with fruity complexity. Soft notes of rose, jasmine and carnation blend with ripe, red fruits, mint toffee and cake mix. Spicy notes on the palate with additional hints of soft, red fruits, pineapple, pear, oranges, ginger and sweet chili.

As you can probably figure out from the name, this is a peated expression, made specifically with heather-rich peat from the highlands. After distillation, the whisky was matured in first-fill ex-sherry casks and allowed a finishing period in virgin oak casks . the experience is a wonderfully floral and welcoming sweet BBQ smoke on the nose with floral undertones throughout. Notes of rich toffee and dark fruits combine on the palate with hints of tobacco leaf and dried apricots before a wonderfully rich and long finish with a hint of spice.
Glasgow 1770 Peated was named ‘Best Lowland Single Malt Whisky in 2020, 2021 and 2022' and is an absolute must for any peated whisky fans.

The Glasgow Distillery Company has gone and distilled its whisky not once, not twice, but thrice! This is its Triple Distilled single malt Scotch whisky, which has been fully matured in virgin oak casks, and it gets bottled up at 46% ABV without any chill-filtration or additional colouring. It's got that traditional triple-distilled lightness to it, but packs plenty of complexity in there too.

Nose: Dried dark fruits with tropical undertones on the nose, followed by hints of biscuit, oak and freshly cut grass.

Palate: Sweet butterscotch with a crème brulee char on the pallet. Hints of freshly sliced pear, dried figs, dates and raisin with sweet almond, honey and creamy shortbread notes.

Finish: A long finish of thickly spread orange marmalade, nutmeg notes underpinned by complex woodiness and a slight spice.

With its unique blend of rock ‘n’ roll roots, Americana and Scottish heritage, Wolfie’s is bringing something new to the Scotch whisky market. Distilled on the banks of Loch Lomond by an expert team with decades of whisky-making know-how, Wolfie’s truly has Scotland at its heart. Wolfie’s Blended Scotch Whisky is wonderfully balanced with flavours of warming cinnamon, fresh vanilla and baked apple. The whisky has a delicate taste of sweet peat and pears in syrup before finishing with candied citrus peels and a gentle oak spice.

This whisky is matured in re-charred red wine casks, oloroso sherry butts, and bourbon barrels. After maturation, a few drops of water are added to achieve a batch strength of 57% abv. The result is a monumental dram that marries Kilchoman's natural peat smoke and citrus character with notes of dark fruits, rich spices, and salted caramel sweetness.

The Bowmore Distillery, established in 1779 and located on Islay is so close to the sea, the Atlantic waves smash against the iconic sea-facing wall. This salt spray of this No. 1 Vaults release is a key tasting note. The aromas will give you bright orange zest and marmalade drizzled with the sea and the palate will give you salted honeycomb, iodine soaked blood orange, ocean spiced blackberry and kumquat. Ageing in ex-bourbon casks adds greater depth to this spirit.

Proudly offered at a natural cask strength of 48.4%, this Single Cask bottling was distilled at Invergordon Distillery in 2002. Sweet and creamy with a plethora of vanilla and a perfect spicy oak character

The GlenDronach 10 Year Old is a richly sherried Highland single malt, matured in fine Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry casks. A dram which encapsulates the heritage and terroir of Forgue: a cornucopia of brambles, ripe barley and resinous oak, with a long, lingering finish. Nose: A dance of Seville blood orange and cherry, with harvest-ripe barley, roast chestnuts and winter-spiced cocoa.
Palate: Sweet Valencia orange and Morello cherries with rolling waves of ripe barley. As the flavour deepens, savour dark currants, praline toffee and earthy brambles.
Finish: A richly satisfying, lingering finish of orange-laced tobacco and ground nutmeg.

Ardbeg Corryvreckan is an intense, peaty, Islay single malt Scotch whisky named after a whirlpool, known for its powerful, swirling aromas and deep, maritime flavors, featuring notes of brine, tar, dark chocolate, spices (clove, pepper), and smoky bacon, balanced with creamy sweetness and a long, peppery finish, often described as complex, medicinal, and not for the faint-hearted, bottled at around 57.1% ABV. 

Johnnie Walker Red Label 3L is a bold, vibrant, and versatile blended Scotch whisky with a rich and smoky character, ideal for mixing in cocktails or drinking on its own. The 3-liter size is perfect for parties and events. Glenfiddich 12 Year Old is a classic, Speyside single malt Scotch whisky matured for at least 12 years in American bourbon and Spanish sherry oak casks. It is known for its approachable, fruity, and balanced profile, featuring signature notes of fresh pear, creamy malt, and subtle oak. It has a long, smooth, and mellow finish.

"Highland toffee, dried banana, salted caramel, seashells flipped from rock pools, and crispy-skinned oily fish barbecuing over a fire. Sweet toffee meets cinnamon, pepper, and clove, as an express train of smoke clatters through, leaving intense citrus peel oils and green fruits in the backwash. A spasm of spice marks the finish: arid, amid baked fruits and toffee. Leave me now, I have everything I need."

Inchgower distillery is located in the village of Buckie on the Moray Firth coast and is known for producing a full-bodied and robust style of whisky. The distillery uses locally-sourced water from the nearby Burn of Inchgower to produce its whiskies.
In general, single malt whiskies from the Inchgower distillery are known for their rich and complex flavor profile, with notes of dried fruits, honey, and a hint of smoke.

Nose：Floral, with spring clover and boiled hot apples. Sweet aromas and flower meadow.
Taste：Boiled vegetables and light honey. Sweetness and very floral. A little mild pepper and vanilla bean. Hot red apples.
Finish：Pepper, sweetness, vanilla and finish with the bitterness of the coffee bean. Medium to short.

Nose: Creamy, aromatic nose with hints of hay, malted barley, oak and mixed peels. Palate: Soft smoke and gingerbread, oodles of toasty spices, Demerara sugar and boiled sweets.

Nose: Rich brown sugar and stewed apples lead to glacé cherries and raisins alongside a subtle touch of honey and ginger.
Taste: Dark honey and almond flavours lead to raisins, warm ginger and lingering fruit loaf.
Finish: A light and delicate finish with soft cherries and toasted almonds.

Nose: Sweet toffee and candied orange aromas with silky white chocolate and sugared violets. Tropical fruit notes come to the fore with hints of coconut and ripe banana. A nutty note lingers in the background.
Taste: Intense sweetness to begin then fading to reveal herbal aniseed and peppery notes. Dried tropical fruit; pineapple, lime, and coconut flavours complement madagascan vanilla pod.
Finish: Rounded, with lingering vanilla tones with an herbal edge.

Following on from Glenmorangie's A Tale of Cake, the magnificent distillery has gone and created A Tale of Winter (we do like the idea that "cake" is in fact a season and that it precedes winter, but we don't think that's what they're going for here)! Director of whisky creation Dr. Bill Lumsden wanted to evoke the feeling of winter, of sitting in front of a fireplace while the snow fall outside, and to do so, he finished a bourbon barrel-matured single malt in ex-Marsala wine casks. All those rich, comforting, chocolatey notes certainly put this one in the ‘winter warmer' category.

Hiding in a small valley east of the picturesque town of Pitlochry, Edradour is a small operation producing fruity un-peated distillate under the Edradour name, and a meaty and peaty version named Ballechin. This release from Equilibrium (aka Whisky Sponge) is a vatting of a cask of each, both matured in refill ex-sherry casks.

The founder's reserve is quintessential Glen Garioch; it pours a bright amber colour with aromas of sweet vanilla, grapefruit, green apple and subtle spice; the palate has buttery creaminess leading to more flavours of vanilla and green apple; citrus notes add to the cleanliness while the finish remains subtle and elegant.
