This Grangestone Single Malt has been matured in traditional American oak casks until it has achieved the perfect balance of flavours, green leafy notes play in harmony with its sweet delicate oak flavour. The whisky is then transferred into casks that have previously held premium Rum to allow for further development.

Aroma: A rich malty aroma with a biscuity sweetness and fresh fruit notes. A delicate leafy character is balanced with vanilla sweetness.

Taste: Sweet and rounded with a vanilla oakiness. The maly character carries through into the taste with subtle notes of caramelised fruits.

La Bota de Gin 81 "Bota NO" is a complex and elegant gin, perfumed with a subtle sherry character. It has its origin in the finest distillate, London Dry Gin style, with marked citrus and juniper berries aromas, later aged for almost four years in a single cask previously used for ageing Fino from Jerez until it has been bottled at cask strength. The outcome is a symphony of aromas and flavours and a delicate palate that reminds of manzanilla pasada rather than spirits—an exceptional gin. We do not know any other one like this.

At the beginning of 2014, we selected several old casks that had previously been used for maturing sherry or brandy for over forty years to mature this magnificent gin. One was almost completely emptied for this edition of the "La Bota" series. It is, therefore, an exclusive product, which will last as long as it takes to sell out the few more than six hundred bottles that have come out of this single cask.

A nod to the centuries-old practice of transporting and storing gin in oak barrels, we rest our gin in virgin American white oak, giving it a smoky, woody quality. Be sure to share this flavourful experience with your fellow gin and whisky enthusiasts.

Triple distilled and matured for over twelve years; this dram pours a lovely golden honey colour; inviting aromas of crème brûlée, citrus fruit, nuts and a touch of green leafiness; the palate is smooth with sweet hints of tangerine; ginger notes come through on the pleasant and nutty finish.

The Sovereign Port Dundas blended Scotch whisky is made using a combination of single malt whiskies from the closed Port Dundas distillery and other distilleries in Scotland. The exact composition of the blend is not disclosed, but it is known to have a light and floral character with a hint of sweetness and a smooth and balanced flavor profile.

This exceptional hogshead was filled in the same month as the premiere of the movie "Titanic". From a distillery that built its reputation on vintages rather than age statements, this epic cask proves 1997 to be a truly blockbuster year.

This is from refill American hogshead distilled in 1988 and bottled on 16th December 2020 producing 207 bottles.

Ben Nevis Distillery is a distillery in Scotland that is located at Lochy Bridge in Fort William and sits just at the base of Ben Nevis, the highest mountain in the British Isles, which rises to 4,409 feet above sea level. A coastal distillery in the Western Highlands, Ben Nevis draws its water from the Allt a'Mhuilinn which originates from two pools, Coire Leis and Coire na'Ciste. Founded in 1825 as an independent enterprise, it has been owned by Nikka Whisky Distilling of Tokyo, Japan, since 1989.
Nose: Treacle, strawberries and vanilla.

With fresh and floral fragrances, Lot No 29 unveils velvety aromas of mocha chocolate alongside dried fruit and hints of honey. Its prevailing rancio is characterized by the decades spent in old oak barrels - a true jewel of the Grande Champagne cru.

A 12 year old Glen Grant single malt, launched in mid-2016 with a rather sleek and handsome new bottle design. Still shows off the classic Glen Grant style - honey'd malt, sugared almond and ripe apple notes galore!

Nose: A rose bed after a summer shower, white pepper, rhubarb tart, salted caramel, popcorn, fudge, marshmallows, cherries, vine tomatoes.

Palate: White pepper, orange zest, almond, dates, lemon sherbet, liquorice, gentle maltiness and warm chocolate brownie.

Finish: Warm spices that gently goes to leave a cherry biscuit note.

This nut-brown liqueur, known best as a college shooter, has a sophisticated side, too. Look for a root-like nose that hints at sarsaparilla and a spiced, warming palate that suggests cinnamon, gingerbread, molasses and clove.

Created by longtime friends with a shared love of tequila. The focus was to create a smooth spirit that does not require salt or lime. Slowly crafted and aged for several months, results in a golden colour filled with notes of oak, caramel, and cocoa. Superb silkiness on the palate with a finish that is long and smooth.

Komos Reposado Rosa is a tequila made from Blue Weber agave that is aged for 65 days in French oak red wine barrels, giving it a pink hue and notes of dark berries, chocolate, and vanilla. It is double-distilled in copper stills and undergoes a final aeration process in Greek wine amphorae to soften its texture. The tequila is presented in a unique, handmade, up-cyclable ceramic bottle.

Komos Añejo Cristalino is a smooth, clear tequila that starts as an Añejo aged for at least a year in French oak white wine barrels. It undergoes a charcoal filtration process to remove impurities and color, resulting in a crystal-clear appearance, followed by aeration in Greek amphorae to enhance its roundness and softness. The resulting flavor profile includes notes of pineapple, lime, agave, chocolate, and subtle fruit and floral notes, with a dry, mineral-driven finish.

D'Eaubonne VSOP is a French brandy with a golden amber color and a flavor profile featuring citrus-orange, caramel, and hints of pineapple on the nose.
