A distillery exclusive until now, Ninety Nine Proof is finally in distribution across the U.S. One hundred days finishing in Gretzky’s own cabernet sauvignon barrels put wagonloads of ripe fruit on the nose, with some dry hardwood, peanut brittle, and a slight tickle too. This is powerful whisky, quite fruity, with long, fading dry pepper and an inviting hint of spent gunpowder leading to a dry, slightly woody finish.

Distilled exclusively with organic barley grown the previous year by Mid Coul Farms near Inverness, this 8 year old was aged in bourbon barrels. Barley, salted butter, peach, malt, and vanilla on the nose, plus cocoa powder. Quite piercing citrus fruits on the smooth palate, with more vanilla, fudge, overripe banana, and milk chocolate. Spicy oak and a suggestion of brine in the finish.

When they revived their distillery in 2001, they were struck by the industry's oversight of the importance of terroir—the unique environmental factors influencing whisky's raw ingredients. Determined to change this, they have since embraced terroir as essential to their single malt's flavor profile. Their latest release, PMC:01, part of the Port Charlotte cask exploration series, highlights this commitment by spending the latter part of its maturation in Pomerol casks from Bordeaux's Right Bank. Pomerol, renowned for its exceptional red wines, embodies a distinct sense of place, reflected in its grapes' flavor. PMC:01 embodies this story of place, marrying the rich fruitiness of Pomerol oak with Islay's maritime influences, resulting in a whisky that elegantly balances peat smoke with floral and fruit notes. Conceived, distilled, matured, and bottled solely on Islay, PMC:01 proudly celebrates its complex lineage and the unique flavors of its homeland.

The nose of this whisky evokes a maritime atmosphere, reminiscent of a beach bonfire with dry seaweed, followed by deeper notes of saltiness and marine elements, all underpinned by the scent of fresh linen. The Clynelish Distillery, situated in Brora, Highlands, Scotland, has a rich history dating back to 1819, with the current facility established in 1967 alongside the original Brora distillery. Initially struggling, it gained prominence in 1896 when acquired by Ainslie & Heilbron, later owned by John Risk. Despite closure in the 1930s, it operated during World War II. Clynelish is renowned as a premium Single Malt, notably used in Johnnie Walker blends. This 10-year-old edition, part of Diageo Special Releases 2023, is exclusively aged in American oak ex-Bourbon barrels.

Recently, a new “oldest Canadian whisky ever,” appears every year. In 2018, the honour goes to Canadian Club. Cedar lumber, fresh apricots, hints of bonfire, and sweet applewood on the nose. On the palate it’s butter tarts with vanilla, waves of pepper, pears, peaches, bonfire notes, and hints of pipe tobacco. Crisp, clean, and slightly bigger than Canadian Club 40 year old, the 41 is woodsy, silky, and mouth filling.

In 2006, Don Julio, with his family, planted their final agave field. In honor of his devotion and craftsmanship, this agave harvest was carefully distilled, barreled, and set aside for a special use. To preserve this tequila and the exquisite agave piñas behind it, we have implemented a Solera aging system. The Solera aging method combines and matures tequilas of different characteristics finished in unique casks, allowing the final agave harvest to remain at the heart of this rare Extra Añejo Tequila. Siddiqui Brown Rum, pronounced 'sid-dee-key,' is designed to serve as a bridge between whisky and rum. It starts with Siddiqui White Rum as its base, which is then aged in American oak barrels. This process allows the rum to acquire its distinctive color along with a slightly smoky, oaky, and caramel flavor profile. Although Siddiqui is an American brand headquartered in California, its production for the international market is undertaken by the team from Penderyn in Wales.

Koval Barreled Gin (47% ABV) is a unique, award-winning spirit aged in Koval's own oak whiskey barrels, balancing bright, floral gin botanicals (juniper, coriander, rosehip) with deep caramel, vanilla, and woody spice notes. It is smooth, full-bodied, and versatile, suitable for sipping or enhancing cocktails like the Negroni. 

This certified organic gin unfurls bold pine and spearmint aromatics, plus a hint of lime peel. The rounded palate echoes that pine and hint of lime, but it's the anise note that really builds and reverberates into the drying finish.

This rum blended with coconut extract makes one tasty piña colada shortcut. It's clear, quite sweet and palate-coating like a liqueur, with bold coconut flavor.
